This has been the best car buying experience at a dealership that I’ve ever had! We were not pressured into anything; Tony just answered our questions and let us take our time. When he couldn’t remove the rusted license plate from our trade-in, they paid for a new tag for us. This small family owned dealership is the place to check out for a stress free car buying experience!

Purchased a 2003 Jeep Cherokee from Metro America last week, and it was the best experience buying a car. Erica is amazing to work with; she is super friendly, knowledgeable and she makes car buying fun. Tony was also super helpful even though we only got to talk about the Jeep over texts. They make it feel more like buying from friends, and we loved meeting Bruno the bulldog at signing! Highly recommend this awesome family business, and would definitely buy another vehicle from them!

We purchased a Hummer H3 from Tony, it was hands down the best buying experience we've ever had. We drove down from Buffalo NY, signed some papers and were back on the road with our new truck within a few hours. Highly reccommend Tony & Metro America Auto

Not very pleased with my initial experience from Car Guru's Website. Was told to be on location @1:00pm Saturday for a test drive from one of the websites (Car Guru's) representatives and the offices were closed. Posted time on the Car Guru's website is different from the actual locations hours, my mistake I shouldn't have assumed as such. ________________________________________________________________________ Tony gave me a call 3/22/2021 and was very open and nice about the situation even considering how my review was initially worded. They sound like they really do care about their customer experience. I will be driving back up 4/3/2021 to test drive a car, hoping that all goes well. ~I will update this review following the appointment.~

My son just bought a 2007 Chevy Aveo from this dealership, and we found the experience to be excellent. Very friendly sales people. Information about the vehicle was forthcoming and accurate. They gave us a few days to consider the vehicle, which was much appreciated. The entire process went without a hitch, and the actual purchase was completed in about an hour. We will be glad to recommend Metro America Auto Sales in Manheim, Pa. to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

Great place to buy a car or truck. Hard to find old fashioned family business. Large selection, fair and honest pricing. Didn't feel pressured like I did at other dealers. By the time I left with son's new truck, we felt like part of the family too. Was worth the ride from West Chester,Pa. Thank You for everything.
