I had an appointment this morning 830am, regarding a recall. I made this appointment for 3 weeks just for them to tell me they have not received the part! I missed a day of work because their "recall mechanic" is not available on the weekend. No one apologized for the inconvenience! This is unacceptable! If you did not have the part, you could have at least called me before I made the trip! You deserve zero stars! And although I'm very angry over this, I still wish you to be better accommodating to others!

I had a really pleasant experience here. Juan helped me over the phone and through email, then Tony T had everything all ready when I arrived. They polished up the car, filled it with gas, explained the cars features and even walked me through downloading the app and getting it squared away while we waited a short time for the biz office. There was no pressure in the biz office, another great guy. Just good vibes here and a I got a great deal.

Your service advisor was pleasant and explained what repairs were needed.The gentleman who drove me home while my car was being serviced was also pleasant.My only complaint is that some services seemed to be billed twice: B and H on myinvoice both refer to spark plugs, and the $99.95 labor is listed twice.C and F both refer to fuel injection cleaning service. Please explain.For several years, I have purchased Ford automobiles, and I would like to continuedoing so.

The employees are very good, the only think I will suggested is that they should let as know whilewe are on the waiting area, specially the person that is in the desk should be more aware that customer should wait that long, this time they totally forgot, and wait for a almost 3 hours for an oil change is a pretty long time. It was only one more person in the seating area so there was not a busy day.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. I came in to have my first oil change since Ive had my car. I called the service department to set up an appointment and I was told I didnt need an appointment, just show up. So I did and i was greeted by Maria in the service department, she quickly asked me to pull my car in. She took all my information and then she led me to a waiting room with big comfortable chairs and it was nice and cool. I didnt mind waiting while my vehicle was waiting to be serviced. Once everything was complete she gave me my copy of the mechanics report. My car received a clean bill of health. I got an oil change a complete inspection plus a tire rotation. I will definetly be coming back for any warranty work and basic maintenance work.

Luis was very polite and thorough. He made sure I understood what your service involved. He told me I should change the wipers (I said I could do that myself), the fuel filter and the spark plugs. I told him to go ahead on the filter and the plugs. I appreciated his thoroughness since I'll be taking an extended trip in a few days and need to know that the car is OK. I didn't have to wait as long this time as the last time I brought the car in, and I appreciated that. Luis was very helpful and professional.

I purchased my Lincoln 18 months ago and bring it in for an oil change when it's time... The staff are always welcoming... and professional in their treatment... This time around I had a problem with the remote key fob.. I actually stopped at a Lincoln dealership and was given the runaround about looking at it... etc... This is the second car I have bought from Metro Ford. I would have had the first one, a 2014 Ford Focus, for a much longer time than just two years, but it was having problems with the transmission computer. After talking with Avery, and thinking about what was possible with my budget and what was available, I decided to trade it in for a 2016 Ford Fusion. I am thoroughly enjoying it, and even though it was a long morning and my parents and I came earlier than expected for Avery, he was very helpful and patient working with us, looking into things, and coming to a price I was able to afford. Everyone I have dealt with at Metro Ford has been pleasant to deal with and very helpful, even the guys who helped move the stuff in my trunk to the new car. I also appreciated the full tank of gas! Special Thank you to Maria! She s q u e e z e d me and my 2003 Ford Focus SE in to your schedule on May 9th when I had my car towed to your facility (my Very first time there). My car is 13 years old but, it has never stopped on me in traffic and it had been doing so almost daily since a tune up my car received about a month ago at another company. When I would try to start it, it would resist, with shaking and rumbling and then shut-off. On May 9th when I attempted to go to work, when I tried to start the car, the engine light came on (that's never happened). I called for towing through AARP and when I arrived to your facility, Maria took care of Everything on my behalf. Making a long and disappointing story short, Metro Ford came to my rescue. I had a problem with the headlamp wiring twice the headlamp burned and went out they found the problem replaced the entire headlamp & wiring. Second problem I could hear rattling when I drive. The technician test drove the car with me heard the noise found it order the anti rattling clips replaced them within an hour I was done. Service technician was amazing polite and very detail in finding the problem and fixing it he made sure I was happy. Marvin was excellent in his assistance with getting the technician to take me out on a test drive and asking him to do what he could to fix what every noise I heard. They are extremely professional and I would return for service to my vehicle every time. I'm always greeted with a smile and customers first that's what I love about Metro Ford!

I had purchased a maintenance warranty because I was leading to believe I would be able to go to any Ford dealership for service. This turned out to be false and I was turned away from a few Ford dealerships for service while trying to use my warranty. So I would just go to the nearest jiffy lube or such to have it serviced instead of dealing with the hassle. I was later diagnosed with a few issues outside of my warranty. Which I felt would have been found had I not been forced to take my vehicle to non Ford service departments. So I called corporate about the issue they did nothing. Thanks in called Metro Ford, whom I purchased the vehicle and warranty through to informed them of my situation. Kevin told me to bring in my vehicle right away set me up in a loaner car and fixed all the issues with my vehicle at no cost to me. That's simply great service from people who stand behind their products and promises.

I was very pleased with my recent oil change & checkup on my 2013 Mustang. The service rep took care of making sure I got the best deal on my service. It took a bit longer than anticipated for an oil change (2 hours). But they were very busy that day with many customers needing service. As a resident of Chicago, I appreciate businesses that are still in Chicago. They are not a massive dealership, but I appreciate the local neighborhood dealership that feels more like a local neighborhood store than a mega store in the suburbs.

I finally after 2 years of bring my vehicle to Metro about my radio, I had my radio fixed. Previously on several occasions was told I needed a new one; although the radio and cd player worked. I had a blank display screen.There was a miscommunication between your staff and myself, but everything was resolve.I previously referred Alfred and his wife Beatrice Dellahousaye, and they are satisfied with the vehicles that they purchased.A little disappointed that the car was not washed, but just a minor disappointment.

I went to Metro Ford this week and we discussed a Ford Fusion over the phone. I told them of my situation ahead of time, and since the car was going for a good price for a 2012, they pressured me to come in on that particular day rather than the day I preferred. With that said, we negotiated (we as in the Internet Manager and the Sales Manager) a note around $230/month and they told me that they would definitely be able to work with this. Being optimistic, I drove in an hour and a half commute (in traffic) to take them up on their word. When I got there, they introduced to me to this other sales employee who would then take over the whole process of financing. Fine. What would then infuriate me was when he immediately told me that the Fusion wasn't a go because of my situation and that the car did not have any book value; quick question, you didn't think it wise to discuss this over the phone? Let it be noted that they did run my credit over the phone as well, so during that conversation they could have told me all of this rather than wasting my time. After that occurred, the sales person whose name is now coming to me as Alex, took me across the lot to an upstairs building where he showed me a 2012 Hyundai Accent that needed a jump when he tried to start the car. This car wasn't in any listing on the website and I didn't have access to any prior knowledge of the carfax. Along with this, the car was too small for my liking, and had noticeable scratches on the exterior and interior. When I told Alex that I wasn't quite fond of it, he told me, "Yeah but it's something to get you started." So in other words, that's the only consolation in buying a car? I don't think so. I left the car where it was and Alex then told me that there was nothing else he could do unless I would be able to pay a note of $350 and with my budget, that wasn't happening. I'm the type of person who likes to work with what we've already agreed to and just because I'm in your presence does not mean you are then able to persuade me to your "deals." On the very little bright side, customer service was prompt and they made sure to reach out to you simply because they want your business. If you do decide to go to this dealership, make sure you get all the facts over the phone and CONFIRMED, otherwise you may be setting yourself up for a huge waste of time and a heap of frustration.

Everyone on staff took time to introduce him/her self, was courteous, and best of all, no one tried antiquated "hard sell" tactics on us. The owners took the time to introduce themselves, which we have NEVER experienced. Our female salesperson was a very welcomed change of pace from the usual "guy" environment. On a scale of 1-10, Metro Ford on Western Avenue is a 10 for value and overall experience.
