When I first walked in, a salesman told me right off the rip there was nothing that Metro Ford could do for me. Josh grabbed me while I was leaving, and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Josh, as well as the financial and management staff, were nothing but nice to me. I'm glad to see a dealership that doesn't have the typical " car salesman" attitude.

It was a sunny day. A few clouds in the sky but overall generally blue skies. I had McDonalds breakfast. Always a good choice, but generally regrettable after consumption. Later on I bought a car and drove it home. I thought to myself that was a good experience and josh made it easy and was helpful. I like this car. I think I am over 25 words now.

Josh Sawyer hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with! He got me the truck I came to look at for an amazing price and exceeded all my expectations when it came to making the truck perfect! Everything I asked for; spray in bed liner, new tailgate, radio reimbursement and even replaced a broken console piece I found after a few days of owning it at no charge!! He even helped me put my kid's carseats in the new truck and move all my stuff into the new vehicle as well!!! Couldn't ask for a better experienxe!!

I visited here 3 or 4 times, and I found the people at the service are really terrible - they never helped me.Episode1 : I have a recalled Ford vehicle and asked them about the parts to replace, but they didn't have it then. So they told me that they'll send a letter when it's available. It was 1 year ago, and I still haven't receive anything from them.Episode2 : My car had a wrench light, so I asked them how to reset it. They answered "Get an oil change." I told them I already did that just before the visit. Then, they said that my car is old and a wrench light doesn't mean "Need an oil change" but it's a kind of transmission problem or another problem and you can't reset it blah blah blah...The wrench light went off after we left the shop.They always say irresponsible things in an unconcerned tone. They never worry about my car even if it's a recall one. I always feel that they want me to go away. I always feel I'm exposed to xxxxxx.

Went to buy a car from them cash in hand . The car was damaged and I was told it oils be fixed after being sold and prior to deliverie and was not going to fix the car inless it was sold first . The tried to say the navigation didn't work because of a simple fuse needed to be changed . Yeah right I asked why a 30 thousand dollar car would sit onThe lot broken for a month without changing a simple fuse to fix it and make it sellable . They are dishonest and had no excuse .also noticed the back end was painted even though it ran a clean carfax .they Played hard ball . I bought the same car in Chicago way better deal and honest dealer , well worth the extra travel and extra money it cost me .merto ford called back 3 days later lowering the price because the fuze didn't fix the nav just like I told them it wouldent . They dropped the ball . They could have made a easy sale but their dishonesty and lack of professionalism made me not ever want to buy a car from them . If they are dishonest and untrustworthy before you pay them I can only imagine how bad the service is if they already have your money .

First time buying from Metro Ford. They did not install the trailer hitch on my vehicle that we agreed on. As a matter of fact they installed the exact hitch and wire harness that I told them I DID NOT WANT. Very dissatisfied with this dealership. Left a very bad impression for my first buy from them. I will not be back and I will not recommend them to anyone unless they address the hitch issue and install the correct hitch and wire harness that they promised me on my vehicle. I filled out their survey and expressed my displeasure with this hitch issue and the survey told me that someone would contact me. Nobody has contacted me.Typical. They are like every other dealer out there. CAN NOT BE TRUSTED TO DO WHAT THEY PROMISE THEY ARE GOING TO DO. Too bad. I thought they were different but this trailer hitch issue has left me with an attitude that they do not care what the customer wants or what they promise the customer.

1)After agreeing on a price I met with Michelle Hamel in Finance. First, she had the interest rate at 3.99%, when Ford Credit was offering 1.9%. When I told her the rate should be 1.9% she pretended to look at something on her computer, and said oh, yes, they do offer 1.9%. Seriously? She knows perfectly well what the interest rate is. This is simple deception for the dealer to make more money on the financing. As for the extended warranty, the premium or platinum tier increased the financing payment from $342/month to $493/month! When I declined the extended warranty (since the truck had a balance of the factory warranty on it already and was Certified Pre-Owned), she became very angry. Drilled me on why I would not opt for a warranty. After it got into a heated confrontation, she slammed down the paper and said HERE, just sign that you decline!. I could not believe what was happening. I was waiting for the hidden cameramen to come out and expose the joke. But.it was real. I walked out of her office on the verge of trembling, I was so angry. Walked out of her office and straight out the door of the showroom. She never said goodbye, thank you.nothing. I was in disbelief as to what had just occurred. Then, after taking it to my local Ford it did not meet the CPO guidelines, which they sold me the vehicle under. They did pay for it to be repaired, however, they clearly misrepresented the vehicle. Joe Dariano and Kevin in Sales were good. Cannot believe Michelle Hamel has a job.

I found the Salesmen Joe Shank to be a really nice guy, very helpful. Everything was going good until we met with Michelle Hamel the business manager. The way she explained the extended warranty sound really good and inexpensive. We had to ask her what our interest rate was going to be and what our payments were. Once she told us what the payment was going to be I almost fell off my seat. I asked why it was so high, she said because of the extended warranty. My husband and I said forget we don't want it. Michelle turned on us got very snippy made us feel very uncomforable, when we left she never said thank you. We are thinkiing about pulling out of the deal.

Demetrio is hands down one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond and out of his way to take care of me and see this deal through all the way to the end. I just wish the people actually processing the paper work were competent. Being registered with the Mass Department of Revenue and being able to process a sale for a Massachusetts resident means you should be able to properly fill out an RMV1 form and contact an insurance company. The wild goose chase this has become is unreal. Don't have your salesman relay messages if you aren't sure of what is going on. Hopefully this car gets registered soon and properly. To the people behind the scenes you are awful. Besides the disorganized mess this final piece of the puzzle has become, Metro Ford was honest about the car and has been taking care of me throughout this mess. Chances are I will be back now that they know exactly what is required for a Mass resident to register their car.

I found a used truck online at Metro Ford and talked to Josh Sawyer. Knowing that this was a used truck and had spent it's life in NY, I asked very specific question about the condition of the truck. I let Josh know that I would be coming from out of state, and relying on him to inform me of the condition of the truck. I called the dealership back several other times to ask additional questions insuring the condition and reliability of the vehicle. As it turns he misrepresented the condition the truck was in. The underneath side was completely rusted, and numerous rust areas on the body. Josh knew that I had over an 800 mile trip home, and yet the alternator, water pump, and air condition belts were cracked. In the end, Mr Sawyer did not even have the courtesy to come out of his office to apology. Instead he left his sales person the responsibility of dealing with me for his short comings. This has not only left me with a bad experience, but also the time and expense involve

I have never written an online review in my life but Metro Ford made me want to warn potential buyers!! My wife and I were lied to by two different members of this dealership. We spent two hours there after we were assured that a car was all wheel drive. Then, once they realized they made the mistake and screwed up (all paperwork was complete), they apologized and said they would make it up to us the next day. The used car manager, Jim, called us the next day and said they couldn't help us and it was too bad... they ran our credit through false claims and this dealership is very shady... BUYER BEWARE!! Don't buy your FORD here, trust me.

For over a month I was going back and forth between a C Max and a Prius. I visited the dealerships, test drove the vehicles and had long conversations with sales representatives. By far the most helpful and I felt honest advice was given to me by Allen Powell. There was no pressure at all. Allen answered all my questions and allowed me to come to my own decision. Once I decided I called and asked if I could come over and finalize my order. He found the time for me right away and listened to me as I explained what I wanted. I was always greeted by name, and taken care of efficiently. I never felt rushed. I have owned Saturns for the past twenty years and was very concerned about finding a new dealership and service center. I am very pleased that my friend recommended I go to Metro Ford and happy I connected with Allen.

When I went in to pick it up I was hurried through the forms sign here etc. When I got home I discovered I had purchased an extended service plan and the promised $250.00 discount was not included. I told them I did not want the extended service plan and was told you signed the form there is nothing we can do. The total extra cost which I was forced to finance was $2,277.00

I went into Metro Ford the beginning of June to purchase a car. I ended up purchasing an 03 Hyundai Sante Fe. When I was driving off the lot I noticed that the back door was jammed and wouldn't lock so I drove it back. They fixed it and I also said to them that it appears the Pass side window is stuck. They said I would have to bring it back so there parts dept. can look at it. So I drove it home and brought it back a few days later to have the pass side window fixed along with the AC button that was not working. They said there was a short in the wiring. Then over the next few days the engine was making some disturbing noises so I called them up and they said well they are not sure what they can do but to bring it in. I brought it in and they called me to say that the engine was shot and it needed a new one. So they replaced the engine with a used engine and when I asked them what was the mileage on the used engine they said they didn't know. I also did not tell me what the warranty was on the used engine. I then got the car back and now I heard a knocking noise in the front so I brought it in again and they said it was the Sway Bar Bracket and since it was not a safety issue they were going to charge me $165.00 to fix it. At this point I called the owner Dave Dariano and explained to him my whole experience and his reply to me was that I bought a "T CAR" I said what is that? He said well it was explained to me. I said no it wasn't! He said well they are cars we keep on our lot that are not in perfect shape but they are safe to be on the road and that they are sold as is. I explained that I had NEVER been told that and I would never had bought a "T CAR" and nowhere on their lot or on the internet does it say anything about these types of cars. On my paper work it does not say I bought a "T CAR". He then said I am not going to continue this conversation and hung up on me.

Bought a Certfied Preowned Mustang GT convertible with 7200 miles. Mechanically, the car is in very good shape, but cosmetically, it looks like hell. Scratches, dents, chipped paint. The rear bumper cover was pushed up into the quarter panel and cracked. Additionally, the CD player does not work and has a CD stuck in it from the previous owners. Many of these issues were pointed out to the salesperson and the sales manager before signing on the dotted line for the car, and they agreed to fix them. As it was raining both on the day of the test drive and on the day of delivery, some of the damage was not seen until the car was dry. Basically, whoever authorized the sale of this car as a Certified Preowned was asleep at the switch and basically saw low mileage and rubber stamped it. It's taken almost a month to even get the car into their body shop, and while they repaired the rear bumper cover, fixed a major dent and sprayed the inside of the door jams with a quick coat of paint, much of the cosmetic damage still remains. The excuse is "we can't make it new". Additionally, even though I told the salesman twice about the CD player AND reminded the body shop personnel twice about it, it was not repaired by their service department when it was brought into service after the bodywork was done to replace a bent antenna. This is the second vehicle I've bought from these scammers and it will be the last, as I had to ride them with the first vehicle on tires they promised to install upon the sale. I only returned the second time because the salesperson was decent on the first deal. Avoid them - they'll back out of promises and ignore making it right. Even when you pay a premium for a car because it's "Certified".

Horrible dealership to work with. Never tell you the price of the car, just want you to agree and sign. Call me to come to dealership and after 2 hours finally confirm that the car I came to pick up was sold the night before.Then tried to sell me something else.VERY horrible experience with the internet sales, (Kenny) and the salesperson (Matt) and the sales manager was absolutely the worst but I do not know his name.DO NOT buy a car from this crowd they are bad news and dishonest.

Absolutely the most horrible experience you can imagine. The service department has no clue as to how to diagnose and repair a problem. They told me one thing was wrong with the car and replacing this $900 part would resolve the problem. Well it didnt. In fact a whole new problem happened after my car left the shop. This problem was completely independent from the original problem. Needless to say, the destruction they caused to this vehicle resulted in another bill of $2,000. The service manager was completely incompetent, ignorant, arrogant and rude. I would never trust the service department here. The only reason I ever went to these shysters was because I had recently purchased a new truck. I had an amazing experience with the sales person and thought that would be an indication of the entity as a whole. Well, I was in for a rude awakening.

Metro Ford was very rude and dishonest to me. My agency has a deal with Metro Ford, which I was told they would honor, only to have them change their minds right before I was about to sign for my car, which I ended up not purchasing. Our agency is now aware that they apparently keep their word when they feel like it, and pretend to provide proper customer service until you are about to buy a car. I will never go there again.

I went to Metro Ford to have our Expedition repaired. They were great and worked the repair around my busy schedule! While I was there I looked at the Ford Flex! I really like the vehicle and thought it would be perfect for our busy family! I will be back. Howard gave me all the information that I needed. Our Expedition was repaired excellent and we are pleased with the work.
