This is the worst place that I have ever done business with. I went and signed my contract for my truck on Friday, I had it put on my insurance, everything but the remainder of the down payment (which i brought in Monday morning) was finished. On Monday when i went in to give the remainder of the money my friend paid $660 off of his debit card which they were happy to accept over the phone, with no problem. Just when i was about to walk out the door they said oh we changed our mind. O.K. no problem i'll go someplace else, give me my $4,000 back. Well they returned it all but the $660 they took from my friend over the phone just ten minutes prior to them changing their minds. So now all of a sudden they need the card to do any transactions they can't refund the money without the card present. My friend is an elderly gentleman on oxygen that never leaves his home and is uncomfortable letting his bank card go, that's all he has. They still have his money all they say is for my friend to call the bank and take care of it! Its been over a week now that they have had his money. Very unprofessional and unhelpful except when it comes to getting your money from you!

Very very unprofessional management...i helped out a friend with her down payment and paid $560 off of my debit card for her. Well the deal didn't go through and they refuse to give me a refund in the same way made the payment. The deal fell through ten minutes after i paid the money off my card. All they tell me is i have to call the bank and dispute my transaction. So i just now was able to get through all of the red tape at the bank and they say it could be up to 90 days before i get my money pig back on my card. There had to be an investigation to verify everything. I would never do business with this place. They are so incompetent its a wonder how they are even in business. After looking at all of the other reviews it appears that if we would have been Hispanic things would have went much better for us.
