Quincy was exceptional! Since I know absolutely nothing about cars, he made me feel so good about the process and went out of his way to let me know that he was looking out for me. He did it all! I will continue to use this dealership in the future and refer anybody that asks! Mario always gives top notch service. I have been going to this location for years, inconsistently because of the previous owners.. and I was happy to see Mario was still there. I love Metro Nissan...and I'm glad Metro took over Clay Cooley, I was not pleased with them. Keep up the exceptional customer service Mario and the team from Metro Nissan.

Brought my vehicle in for a recall and state inspection and oil change work was done to my satisfaction, facility was clean. Trina Raleigh kept me posted as to what was happening with my vehicle. I brought the car back the next day because I heard a noise on the drivers side service guy (sorry I don't remember his name) test drove it a couple of times, we didn't find anything wrong but I was assured that if I had any problems to bring it back in. Lastly I had a part fall of a year are so ago , I didn't say anything about it but it was brought to my attention which let me know my vehicle had been checked.
