My experience with buying a car from metro west was absolutely amazing. Frank is a great car salesman & truly enjoys helping people get into the right vehicle for them, I didn’t have a single issue during the whole process and I’m in love with my Nissan Murano! I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to get a new car, they are all so professional and down to earth. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Do yourself a favor, and give them a call today! Only minor repairs were needed and they made sure everything was taken care of before I drove home in my new baby. So glad I came here for my new car!

Frank was our salesman and very helpful. His knowledge of the vehicles and financing was amazing. He got us approved within 30 minutes. I recommend going to see him gor your higher end end vehicles

We could not be happier with the service provided by all members at Metro West Motorcars. Frank was extremely pleasant, patient and thorough in helping my parents purchase their new 2018 Range Rover. Dave and Doug were also extremely personable. I would highly recommend Metro West Motorcars!

So we wanted to get my son his first car and we didn't want to spend a lot of money. We were looking for a reliable car with low mileage and didn't want to break the bank. We shopped around for about 2 months looking for the right car and just couldn't find it. We used cars.com and cargurus.com, but nothing seemed like a good fit. Upon a recommendation of a friend, we reached out to Dave at Metro West Motorcars and told him what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. A day later, Dave sent me an email with a car that checked all the boxes. Dave and Frank arranged a test drive for that coming weekend. Frank was extremely helpful and pleasant and went over all the features of the car with my son. After the test drive, we agreed that this was the perfect car. The buying experience was extremely easy and we highly recommend Metro West Motorcars to anyone looking for an honest dealership. Two thumbs up !!!!

After seeing a car that I liked online, I went to Metro West Autocars on Wednesday July 14th. Once there, I met one of the salesmen Frank Hamad. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed immediately. I was behind the wheel and ready for an independent test drive within minutes. I test drove three vehicles and never felt an ounce of pressure or salesmen hype. I let Frank know that I was interested in purchasing the car I had originally seen on line and we effortlessly negotiated a mutually agreed on price. Not only did Frank arrange for me to purchase my new Mercedes, but he willingly stayed after hours looking for a lost phone for us. He found it and stayed open way past closing time until our return. He also held the car for me until all my banking was completed without any pressure at all. Frank made me feel that he wanted me to have my new car almost as much as me. When I picked up my car on Friday, he arranged to have the gas tank filled, car cleaned and had all of my paperwork completed as much as possible. Frank was as happy as I was when I drove off in the car I really love and wanted. I am a 17 year old high school student who just purchased a beautiful car and had an incredibly wonderful, respectful and successful experience with a great salesman and an even better man Frank Hamad. I overwhelmingly recommend Metro West Autocars for demonstrating their sincere commitment to their customers.
