These guys are total crooks. I purchased a 2014, Jeep Cherokee. The pictures showed a almost pristine car. As we are 200+ miles apart, I purchased it based on (1) their sales person, saying that the car was in "amazing condition", "perfect", "quality car", "gorgeous", (2) the car fax and (3) the pictures they posted on line which is their legal representation of the car. Well, I wish they were close on any of the above, as they were not. Car has no less than 10 golf ball size dents. Most on the drivers side. All of the pictures were taken at angles to avoid showing them. I had a body shop look at it, and the first thing the body shop noted was that the car had not been waxed, but rather "oiled" I guess an old trick to make the paint look shiny and quickly cover flaws. There was enough Armor All on the interior of the car, to sponge it up, bottle it and resell it. Then we had the engine inspected. Again, all things that the sales person put in writing and text message were "perfect". So.. you buy an "AS IS" car, but you make the purchase decision based on representations of the seller. That's called Fraudulent Inducement. Emailed and called the dealership about returning the car, also my legal right. No return call or answer. These guys are piss poor, grab your money and run. I just purchased MiamiCarPlanetFRAUD.com. check there in a few days to see the details, pictures and my actions to bring these crooks to justice.
