I feel confident that my vehicle is getting the proper service here. The staff is friendly and the service area as well as the lounge were clean and welcoming. My only complaint is the price but I was able to use my points which brought it down $10.

I took my vehicle in for service. Have never been disappointed with it. Purchased my vehicle from them and have gone there for all my servicing needs. Phil in service is great. He did everything in his hands to ensure my vehicle was taken care. I did have a small issue with a part coming in but he was willing to accommodate and keep me informed. Much appreciated!

I was originally told I would have to find a ride to come pick up my car when it was done, but then later told I would be able to get shuttled back to pick it up. I was a little disturbed thinking that the shuttle driver only drove a customer one way and not both. I was so relieved when I was told I would be shuttled back. The service took a little longer than I thought, which would not have been an issue if I did not already have another appointment scheduled the same day.

A++ customer service! I came to this dealership before the new owner bought it and the service was horrible including management. My experience with the staff at Michael Bates was awesome. They were attentive, professional and respectful. Those are character traits that makes them successful at what they do. I wish them continued success!
