They snuck me in to get recalls done on my Subaru Crosstrek. I was offered a ride with their shuttle service which was wonderful. The service guy Chris was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and would take my Subaru back in a heartbeat.

Great friendly and professional service. The service person I had was Christine, and she was wonderful. she answered all my questions and explained every detail to my understanding .I also used the shuttle service and both drivers were terrific. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Richard and Marian Dortch

The service center was super helpful when all the lights in my car started going off. I brought it in and they verified it was covered by my extended warranty and fixed everything free of cost and provided a loaner vehicle. Christina was awesome - kept me updated as progress was made. Thank you, I will be back!

Once again we had excellent customer service from Celso. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. We appreciate everything he does for us. My car is running perfect. The mechanics also do a great job!

I brought my car in for an airbag recall. Service was excellent. Making the appointment was fast and friendly and flexible. There was no wait time when I arrived to drop off my car or pick it up. All service representatives were friendly. Keith helped me and was very helpful and informative about another problem with my car. I appreciate Michael Hohl Subaru taking care of my car and fixing the recall problem.

Lie to,bait and switch. Zero customer service, none at all. Sold the car that I put a $5,000 deposit on and tried to sell me something else. No return phone calls. Salesman yelled at me on the phone and then hung up on me. General manager doesn't return messages. Subaru should take the dealership away from them. They give Subaru and black eye! Take the time and go to Reno Subaru, you will get what you want and at a bett price.

I went here to get a 2017 wrx base model, they charged me 35k for it. I Called the Reno Subaru they said they could get it to me for 30k. To late I bought the car already, they are scam artists and very unethical. Horrible place.

A pleasant, courteous, friendly automotive buying experience in a relaxed environment. Our salesperson, Homi Moghaddam was open and receptive to our request for a specific vehicle, the Forester 2.0 XT. Vic was able to procure the unit from another dealership, as one was not readily available at the Michael Hohl location. Jason Petronzi in finance, an easy going individual managed well the paper trail that follows any new purchase. Two days later, ourfamily took delivery of our new Subaru. After reviewing the 2016 Forester Accessories Guide,Dana in parts was able to accommodate our needs for a few items to add to our new vehicle. The impressive efforts of everyone that we had contact with radiates a spirit of TEAM. Now with slightly more than a week of pleasurable driving and some 400+ miles added to the odometer, our family is happy that Subaru was for us the correct choice.

These guys at this dealership are pathetic they keep calling my hassrasing me saying if i dont turn in my paystubs to them there will be problems. Which i did 2 weeks ago when i had to travel to them to refinance the car i got the week before. They want unneeded stuff like my w2 forms.one of the workes called me without even knowing my name and he told me to shut up and do what he said. ive never wanted to trash and return a car so bad. They have no idea what there doing there when they had to log my miles on the car they shorted me 500 miles on my warrenty they said the car was at 32100 but when i got in the car the dash said 32600.

I bought two 2013 Subaru Impreza's new in 2013 and got apretty good deal. Since I do my own basic services, I went to the parts dept. and bought four oil filter, which I thought were rather expesive. When I got home I called Lithia Subaru and asked for a price of the filters. They were almost half the price of michael holh subaru price. Since then I have ordered parts on line or from Lithia. I went in to trade my 2013 WRX in on a Crosstrek and experienced very high pressure on a very hot day. My fault as I should have walked out. I ended up buying the Crosstrek, but realized it was a mistake about ten minutes after I left. I will never buy another car from them again.as an aside, my girlfriend took the 2013 Impreza in for servicing and they told her she needed a cabin air filter, which I had just removed and inspected (it was very clean ). She went ahead and had them install a new one for 70% more then Lithia cost. She told me the one they showed her was filthy and gross looking. Next time I will take a picture for documentation. Sad they are like this.if you are a senior citizen do your homework before going in there.

We had shopped another dealer first and had a terrible experience and decided to try one more time before buying out of state. We had the most wonderful experience with Dom and the rest of the staff at Michael Hohl Subaru. We bought a 2014 crosstrek and couldn't be happier with it. The whole experience from start to finish was one of friendliness, and genuine let's see what we can do to put you in the car you want. I highly recommend this dealership and will recommend them to friends and coworkers. Hands down this is the dealership in the Reno- Carson City area to buy a vehicle from. Thanks for a great experience.

I purchased my 2011 Outback from Michael Hohl Subaru (and it was a good experience) so went back when I decided I wanted a 2015 BRZ. This was probably the best experience I have had purchasing/leasing a vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was comfortable paying. Michael Hohl left out all the horrible sales tactics employed by other dealers and we struck a deal within minutes. Rob Swartz was a friendly, attentive, and informative sales representative. If you are in the market for a Subaru, new or pre-owned, Michael Hohl is the place to go! Kim, Reno, Nevada

After a poor experience in Reno I went to Carson Michael hohl Subaru. It was an excellent experience. It was refreshing from the high pressure 'buy this car you really don't want today" to sitting with someone who listened to what I wanted! I ended up ordering it from the factory. From the gm Bryan to Jason the finance mgr to ed my sakes specialist an excellent experience!

Michael Hohl Subaru was the best experience I've had at any dealership. I was never pressured and was always treated with respect regardless of my level of interest or commitment to buy on any given day. The Entire staff from my salesman Scott Hilford to the Desk Manager Bryan Worch went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get the exact car that fit my needs. This dealership exceeded my expectations by far. All of my concerns were addressed and questions answered promptly. Bryan Worch was very informative and professional ensuring to explain the Financing and Contract information from start to finish. My Salesman Scott Hilford was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Subaru product. When it came to delivery there was not a single feature or aspect of the car that wasnt explained. If anyone wants a truly exceptional car purchasing experience, I would highly recommend Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson City, NV. This was without a doubt a company that is committed to exceeding customer expectations. Michael Hohl Subaru has earned my business, and I have since recommended several friends and family to share the truly exceptional purchasing experience only given at this dealership. **Note: Not to mention this is the only dealership that I have been to thus far where the sales staff actually know their product inside and out and own at least one Subaru themselves. ** That speaks volumes as theyre not just there to sell cars, they are there to sell cars they believe in and have purchased. Sincerely,Casandra Proud Owner of 2014 Premium XT Forester

The Subaru WRX I purchased was vehicle number 17 for me lifetime. Many of those 17 vehicles were purchased from a new or used dealership. I will say that hands down my experience at Michael Hohl Subaru was the best overall experience I've had at any dealership. I was never pressured and was always treated with respect regardless of my level of interest or commitment to buy on any given day. Any and all of my concerns were addressed and questions answered promptly. When I made inquiries about after market parts and modification I was surprised to find the sales staff not only extremely knowledgable but eager to find me the best and most affordable options even if they weren't dealer parts. I attributed this to the salespersons I dealt with being Suabru owners themselves. Any other dealer in my experience has no concern whatsoever about what you choose to do with your vehicle once they've managed to separate you from you money. I was able to choose financing that best suited my needs and financial capabilities. I was never hoodwinked or given the back and forth routine from sales to finance manager (AKA The Wizard in the back room pulling the magical levers) each time being hit with more unreasonable terms and larger sums of cash down required. I clearly stated what I wanted, what I could pay, how long I wanted to pay on it for and those parameters were accepted and acted upon. I've revisited Hohl Subaru numerous times since delivery of the vehicle and each time was met with a smile and a handshake. Whether the visit was for an extra signature to lower my payment due to new finance rates or my first oil change, I've always felt valued as a customer and respected as a person. Nearly 2 months after my deal was done, the sales staff continues to go out of their way to answer questions I have about my vehicle and the brand as a whole. I'm very pleased in my decision to purchase from Hohl Subaru and have since recommended several friends to do the same. Sincerely,Shawn HappySubieOwner

My last transaction with the dealership was to purchase a new Subaru Forester XT. I had previously purchased a new Subaru WRX. The salesman I worked with on both purchases was George Simonian. He is highly knowledgeable and was very helpful in getting me in just the right vehicle. I purchased accessories at the dealership, had them installed and had all my service done by them. The gave me time estimates for installations and service and always had the work done right and on time.

This business advertised a car for sale online. We called them right before leaving the house to make sure the car was still available. They guaranteed us that after checking the inventory, it was indeed still on the lot. And if was sold, she would call and let us know. We drove an hour to the dealership to be told that the car sold that morning. Another similar car (but much more expensive) was aggressively pushed on us. Several suspicious activities made us wonder if the advertised car ever even existed. When we got back home (after wasting 2 1/2 hours), we again called to inquire about the advertised car and were again told that it was on the lot, but we better hurry because several people had looked at it. We called a third time to talk to management, but first asked again about the car (just to see what they would say). This time the car was being sold as we spoke. When we finally spoke with a manager, he was very rude and disrespectful. He made several excuses for why the ad was still up and why his employees kept telling us the car was still on the lot. We are confident that this business scams people with bait-and-switch tactics and lies. This should not be legal.

We did our homework before even thinking on visiting this dealership. They had the car the met our check list. Did not even want to look at other cars and still the sales persons insisted. Upon fill out a credit application and setting a price for a monthly payment. Was told that a manager had to be found even though we were the only ones there at the time. Was suggested we look at more options while we wait, even though we stated that we were only interested in one car. Manager did not even come back with an offer. Was not even willing to run my credit nor submit anything to the bank to see if we qualified. Was told it was a waste of their time. Manager Brian could not even answer our questions correctly, was completely unprofessional and rude. Could not answer what was the ball park figure in regards to monthly payments. Told us sorry if he was offending us!! Really?? Completely talked us out of purchasing a car. As we stood in the parking lot completely astonished. All the managers and sales personal stood in their glass office and stared at us. Completely unprofessional, rude and by far the worst dealership I have ever been, will never return and never recommend to anyone.

Rob Swartz and the team at Michael Hohl Subaru are miracle workers in my eyes.Through an unfortunate accident I found myself in dire need of a car as soon as possible. After nearly a month my insurance company gave me a check for my vehicle which was totaled. I have always owned Subaru and am quite fond of them. When I rolled into the lot of Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson City. I was on the lot for no more than 2 minutes before I was politely greeted by Rob. He introduced myself and asked if he could be of any assistance. I told him my situation and he offered a few vehicles that seemed right. We took a test drive in a brand new 2013 Impreza Sport. I instantly fell in love with the car. Unfortunately since it had been nearly a month since my current vehicle was totaled and the insurance company took some time to help pay off my loan... My credit was greatly affected by a late payment/payoff notice from my loan holder. So in the long run I wasn't able to be financed for this beautiful car. A few days went by and I was having no luck with a new car due to my credit score being affected. Rob called me up and told me that I had a few options available if I'd like to come by the dealership. I made my way there as soon as possible. We took about 6 cars on a test drive and in the end Jessie (dealership financing) Brian (sales manager I believe) and Rob were not only able to get me into a new car (2008 Subaru Outback). They helped me get into a new car, with the lowest interest rate I've ever had! ...and all this with a very poor credit score. Through my time without a car I dealt with about 10 different dealerships in the 200 mile area. The team at MIchael Hohl were BY FAR the most personable and understanding. Not to mention willing to work with me and guarantee and exceed my satisfaction. I will most certainly be recommending them to anyone I know in need of a new vehicle or just looking to upgrade from their current one.

While returning on a ski trip to LA from Reno, our Outback's idler pulley froze up shredding the serpentine belt and catching it on fire. lucky for us we were 1/4 mile from Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson City. We pulled in worried about arriving midday without an appointment and about spending an unscheduled night in Carson City. Service Advisor Brad Kiesow recognized our concerns and told us the parts were on hand and he'd try to get it done that day. He provided us a loaner car and directed us to local points of interest. In short, he provided outstanding service to two stranded travelers. In just a few hours the car was fixed and we were on our way. Unfortunately, that night we found we had left our ipad somewhere during our stop. Brad and other staff looked for it and found it a couple of days later. Brad shipped it to us in Los Angeles AT NO CHARGE! Terrific service- thanks Brad and Michael Hohl Subaru, Doug & Pat Patterson

I'm surprised to see the negative reviews on for Michael Hohl Subaru. We bought our first car from Michael Hohl Honda and got nothing but amazing service. We decided it was time for a new car and were deciding Honda CR-V and a Subaru. We decided to check out the Subarus first. We went in on Saturday at noon and heres how things went for us. Sean Lyman was the salesperson who helped us out. He was very knowledgeable about the Subarus without being pushy. We were leaning towards a Forester based on internet research but checked out the Outback as well. Sean asked us what we wanted out of a car and explained the difference between the two cars. We test drove both but fell IN LOVE with the Outback. Next was deciding which color/package we wanted. We went with a dark grey w/the all-weather package. Let me tell you our car ROCKS! Sean wasnt pushy throughout our whole time on the lot making up our minds. He gave us privacy when we needed it and was there when we had questions. When it came time to make the deal and discuss our trade in. Seans Sales Manager came over, Bryan Worch. He was very nice and was wonderful to work with. We talked about our trade in which was a 2007 GMC Acadia. He gave us an AMAZING deal. Better than we thought we would get and then it came time to run the numbers. We had a number in our head that we wanted to be (like most people). We were still deciding between 2 of the Outbacks at this point so Bryan ran the numbers for both for us and with different down payment options. He spent a lot of time with us talking about our needs from the car as one of our picks did not include the all-weather package. After looking at the numbers and talking to Bryan we picked the all weather package. We never once felt pushed to buy the car. Bryan (like Sean) knew when to give us our privacy and talk but was there when we had questions. We really appreciated the time he took to make sure we looked at all our options and felt comfortable with the numbers. Sometimes when buying a car you get the feeling that the sales people just want to sell you the most expensive car with all the bells and whistles but we never once felt that here. They always talked about what we wanted and needed out of a car and most importantly what we felt comfortable paying! Speaking of paying, we moved over to the finance department and worked with Nick Reinhardt. He was quick and efficient. We had already been at the lot for a while now and he didnt waste time lolly gagging. He went over all our warranties with us and talked about some of their extended plans. We originally werent going to purchase one but after looking at the prices and the length of them we decided on an additional one because the value was there. Like Bryan and Sean he gave us our privacy but was there to answer questions. He also ran several numbers for us so we could really see our options and what worked best for us. We never felt pushed to buy the extended plan, we bought it because for us piece of mind is worth it. The guys who cleaned the car up for us did a great job. Being as it was a brand new car they didnt have much to do but there was a few scratches behind the door handles (people when opening car doors be easy for pete sakes someone is going to buy that sooner or later!). They were able to get them all out and cleaned up!! Woohoo!!!! As you can see, we had an amazing car buying experience. Even though weve only had the car for a day, we will be Subaru owners for life. The car could sell itself but everyone we dealt with at the dealership went beyond for us.

I am an experienced mechanic, but brought my car in for dealer service due to it being a tricky diagnostic issue and possibly under warranty. Angi was condescending and would not even listen to some very important information I had that would help with the diagnosis. Ultimately, I was charged hundreds of dollars for a repair that did not fix the problem. Compounding this, I was told a bald faced lie about what was found when they inspected my car. I was told that there were "dirty connections", when in fact everything looked like new. I feel truly sorry for anyone that uses the michael hohl service department. They are clearly set up to charge top dollar for service that is average at best. I would question if the training of the mechanics is up to the standards set by Subaru of America. Consumers should be aware that dealers hire from the same pool of mechanics as any other shop. They are not always trained specialists as we are led to believe

We had the most positive experience with the Subaru Dealership in Carson. George Simonian was one of the best and most thorough Salesman ever. We had a horrible experience at the Reno Subaru and so glad we decided to go to the Carson City Dealership. Not only were we referred by Sam Adams who was employed there but Nick was fabulous and explaining everything and was able to make the deal happy. Thank you so much to everyone who helped us. Tracy

Traded my 2006 Subaru Forester in for a 2013 Forester. Kevin was beyond awsome in the way he helped me purchase my new vehicle. He had to go to numerous dealers to find one in the color I wanted and he did in short order. Kevin was able to get me the financing that I was looking for and was successful. Bottom line I am very happy with my new Subaru. All of my servive on the 2006 Forester which I purchased from Michael Hohl was performed by their shop and my new vehicle will also be serviced by them. Thanks Kevin and Michael Hohl!!!

The entire staff was beyond excellent. I went in with specific criteria, and their crew went out of their way to find the vehicle that worked perfectly for me. My wife and I were in need of an inexpensive truck to fulfill a niche in our lifestyle. This vehicle would be a third vehicle and not be something driven everyday but only when we needed to haul our bikes and kayaks, and make our Costco runs. I had been looking around and noticed a 2006 Honda Ridgeline that would meet our needs and likewise would not break the bank. I had previously looked at a Honda Ridgeline, liked what it had to offer, and my wife and I decided to go look at this one on 7/17/2012. On that night they tried to pressure us into a purchase, but they kindly agreed to let us take the vehicle home for the night. On 7/18/2012, prior to going to the dealership, we had done some additional research and knew the Kelley Blue Book price for the vehicle so we could come in prepared, and likewise had the vehicle inspected to ensure nothing was wrong with it. When we arrived, as is the norm, we haggled back and forth for quite some time regarding the price, but we finally agreed to make a deal if they could come through on their promise of an "out the door" price and a 1.99% interest rate. Since they mentioned the interest rate, not us, I explicitly asked them if banks' were lending at this low of a rate, and they said yes, based on our credit. About 10 minutes after they left they came back and asked if a higher interest rate was fine, but that they were still waiting for responses to come in. As is the norm, they immediately followed up by saying, "well it would be only another $X per month". We said no and that we would only have a deal if they came through on their price and interest rate promise. By this point we were sitting in the showroom area and could tell, by looking over at the area where they were "waiting" for the bank responses to come in, that they were not doing anything outside of waiting a predetermined amount of time. They then came back and quoted the same higher interest rate that they mentioned previously. By this point we both did not have a good feeling about this dealership because of their way of doing business and told them that we were going to head home, think about things, and would get back with them. We were pulling out of the parking lot when the General Sales Manager, in his bright red shirt, came out and asked why we didn't have a deal. Both my wife and I told them that we were going to think about things, thanked him for what he had done thus far, and told him that this process did not leave either of us with a good feeling and that we wanted to take the time to talk about things. He then proceed to verbally insult my wife and I, told us that the deal would not be good if we drove off the lot, told us to go get our own loan, and was just all around rude. We were shocked. By this point we had made up our decision because you should not only feel good about the vehicle you are buying, but likewise feel good that your potential dealings with the dealership in the future would be pleasant. It is because of this that we cannot recommend this dealership and will never consider them in the future.

I had driven a Subaru before. I knew I liked the way the car handled - and the gas mileage - but I didn't know much else. Fortunately, Kevin and Dom are encyclopedic in their familiarity with the Subaru line. These two have really done their homework and I felt genuine benefit in their abilities to enthusiastically share that information with me. They understood that if I really knew about the value Subaru puts into their cars, I would want to join the legion of Subaru owners. They were right! When I really appreciated their professionalism and authenticity, was when we weren't in agreement and when we had some real issues to work out. It was then that I came to appreciate my good fortune to have encountered your sales team. When I decided to visit the dealership, I expected the sales staff to be an obstacle to my success. That I would have to work around them to get the car and the deal that I wanted. How pleased I was to discover that contrary to my initial expectations, Kevin and Dom really listened and worked to match me with just the right car. They were successful, and it's a beautiful thing.

Gordon and Tom were very pleasant to work with. Very quick to correct unforseen situations or errors missed. Definately out for your best interest. They even got us a better percentage rate than what they originally gave us! I would absolutely recommend Gordon and Tom for your next purchase of a new or used vehicle.

The engine light came on after 150 miles, Replaced alternator. Transmission starts to slip, so back in the shop AGAIN, but this time for 2 weeks. Their cheap warranty company would only pay for a (REBUILT) transmission. Then (since they couldn't work on the VW they sold me at the Honda dealership) they sent it to Lithia VW in reno who then Replaced the transmission but would not warranty the work, because the parts weren't brand new. This happened again, and my 'new car' sat in the shop for almost 2 months while i waited for another 'authorization' from the warranty company. Then yesterday, i felt the transmission slipping.... this cannot be legal! This car has had a $500.00-$700.00 repair bill every year for 8 years running. The loan was upside-down up until the last payment. $22,000.00 for 72 months i paid for a lemon. No one cared. I begged the CEO to do something. NO ONE CARED. NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING!

I bought my new Subaru a few weeks ago from Michael Hohl. I ordered the new Subaru Impreza Sport Premium site unseen. I was able to get it exactly how I wanted it. I was happy that Subaru finally came up with a high mileage per gallon model. I love the seatback mats My salesman, Dom, was excellent. He made sure I bought the right model for my needs, explained all the features very well and made the buying experience wonderful. The whole process was no fuss, and I love my new Subaru Impreza and would recommend both Dom and this dealership to anyone.

Purchased my Honda Ridgeline from Michael Hohl Honda in July of last year. I LOVE IT! Got a great deal and an amazing mid size truck! I do everything in it. Bought it from Gordon and Tom in the Internet Department. Both great guys that were very helpful with everything. I could not be happier with my experience.

When we bought the car we had it for 1 day and it wouldn't start. we had to jump the car to get it to run. After being parked over night it wouldn'tstart the next day. I called the dealership and took the car to them. We left it over night. They called and said it was fixed. we took it home and the next day same problem. We couldn't start the car. So jumped it and took it back. They had it for 2 days and then called and said it was really fixed this time. The service department really did a good job and found the problem. A couple of weeks ago we started hearing a very loud noise so we took the car back to the service department. The guys found the problem and said it would cost around $250.00 to fix. It has to be fixed and I told them and the sales people that I was real unhappy about the car. I had just bought it and all ready it has been in the shop at least 5 times. I have no faith in this car I wanted to see if they would trade the car for a better car. One that doesn't have problems before I get off the lot. No one seems to want to do anything to help make this a more happy experiance. The service department is the only ones that have done a really good job. I found out today when I got the car back that I have to take it back again because there is a berring that has to be replaced now...This has been the worse car buying experience of my life and I am 70 years old.

Just in case you don't want to read the whole review I'll sum it up here for you; Do not buy a car from these people they will screw you over, leave out info and are just generally all around immoral. If you care to read more here is the complete story: On 01/27/12 my wife and I went in to look at cars, we spoke with a salesman who immediately wanted a credit app. No problem here, we expected this because we already knew that we were planning on using Honda's first time buyer program, the salesman said we were a perfect fit because we have no credit history except for a small credit card that we use and pay off each month. So after that was approved we went ahead and test drove a 2012 Honda Civic, nice car, but in the middle of the test drive the salesman tells us it won't work unless we are able to put down $7,000 dollars. Just to preface that last sentence when we got there and did the app they said that we may have to put down 1-2k max which wasn't an issue, but 7k, if I had 7k I would have bought a used car from a private party. So we asked the salesman what we are approved for and he said $14,000, ok, fair enough we can do that. We test drove several cars and then settled on a 2010 Mitsubishi Galant with 35k miles on it, the sticker was 14,999 and it would work with the financing. Perfect...ummm not exactly. We go through all the paperwork meet with the finance guy and get everything all signed and set to go; by the time all is said and done it is 7pm, they wanted us to take the car that evening but since we live an hour away and my wife doesn't have a license we agreed that we would take the bus down to Carson the next day (01/28) and pick up the car, they also needed a few more documents such as references and a few other things which we also said we would bring. On Sat (01/28) we wake up at 6am, get dressed and walk the 2.5 miles to where the bus picks up, we take the 1hr ride and then walk about 1.5 miles from the Fandango to the Dealership. We arrive at approximately 9:30am and go in to talk the Salesman, he tells us the car is being detailed and he didn't like the way they did the windows so he was having them re-do it (typical), we wait and he pulls the car around and I cut them a check for 2k. All of the sudden some guy comes out from the little glass cubicle and tells us that since my wife was buying the car she needed to be on the insurance...ummm, she is listed on my insurance however it's as a non-licensed driver since she only has a drivers permit (she has a European License and is working on the US one now). We explain this again to the guy, we had also spoke with him the evening before and there was no issue what so ever we brought every document they asked for and there was no mention of this. But all of a sudden it's a huge issue and we couldn't take the car unless she had her license...but wait a minute...I have a valid license and I'm the one driving home so what's the problem? We can't add her to the insurance until she has a license otherwise she has to go on as a non-licensed which she already is and has been for a year now. All of this was also explained the night before and I say again there was no issue whatsoever with us taking the car. So this guy says that we have to get her license before we can take the car...now this is a problem because we got up at 6am on a Saturday walked about 3 miles total and now we were stuck in Carson City with no vehicle an hour away from home and the next bus doesn't leave until 3:30pm and it's only 10am right now. Did they offer to take us back home since it was their mistake for not telling us the previous evening? NO THEY DIDN'T! They offered to take us to the Fandango Casino...umm seriously? What are we going to do sitting at a bus stop for 5.5 hours. At this point we had it with them and told them to give us back our check for $2k and they could keep their car, this was their mistake for not telling us the night before and they wouldn't even give us a ride home so now we are stranded in Carson City. Matthew Hohl runs this dealership and I seriously think that he should take a long hard look at how his people are treating their customers because this is an awful deceitful way to do business. I'm also going to find his e-mail address and send him a copy of this review, that way he can look into it himself and see that it is all true...Customer service is not at the forefront, neither is honesty, fair dealings, morality or just plain old doing the right thing. If you are thinking about buying a car use this place as research and then take your business elsewhere, any company that would strand a customer an hour away from home due to their mistake will try to screw you in every other way possible.

I started the service with Dave and Tom ended up finishing things up. Dave was very nice and pleasant, Tom was WONDERFUL and would come back to him again. I feel that both Dave and Tom went above and beyond to help me. Even when my father got a little upset over things. I will sent friends and family to this dealership and have them ask for Dave or Tom. I want to thank them both so much for helping me with the process. Thank you.

i live two hours away from the dealership and had an appt. for in the morning and was told that they would work with me when i got there since i work 3rd shift in the military and when i got there a 11:00 am i was told that they were expecting me earlier and that they were booked for the afternoon and that i would have to reschedual my appt. for another time but i had already had a part there that i needed so instead of paying $200 for gas because the repair would take 4 hour my wife and i drove both of our cars up there so we didn't have to sit around at the dealership bored. So i decided to just buy the part instead of going all the way back up there. So all in all my experience was horriable and it just reinforces my hate for dealership service it sucks. I wish they would just schedual a normal appt. at a set time like they do on the east coast.
