First time using Hilltop Ford. We had our first oil change done on a 2021 Ford Ranger Tremor and unfortunately the skid plate was left with only hand tightened bolts so it was super loose by the time I noticed it. We also noticed a small dent in in the driver's door after the service... Dealer is taking care of the dent thankfully, hopefully the repair turns out like new since the truck is brand new! The three stars is for the dealer being willing to take care of the dent.

I have been purchasing Vehicles from this dealership for 20 + years, my most recent experience with the service department was terrible. I took my truck in to have oil changed and they put a big nick in my trucks door. When I showed them what had happened they agreed to have there guy touch it up, as I thought about what a touch up would look like I decided I wanted it done by a local Body shop that I know and trust so I called my insurance and put in a claim. To my amazement when my insurance called Hilltop ford they declined to take responsibility for the nick. I will now need to come out of pocket for the repairs. I will never trust My truck with Hilltop Ford again!!!I am sorry it took me so long to update this review. The manager took care of my concern and satisfied me 100%

From sales through finance and up to my first service(oil change check up) Hilltop FORD has been great. Not to mention the fully loaded Mustang 5.0 Premium with the Performance Package deal they pulled off me. I could not be more pleased or satisfied with their departments. Plus the product they sold me is awesome. Ford Fan For LIFE! I Recommend Hilltop Ford!!
