This is the third car I've bought from Michaels, and they are the best, they treat you like your family. I walked in and Rick said "How can I help you" I said, I want to buy a car, and he said " Great I want to sell a car, lets see what we can do." we hit it off right away. I explained I had to be to work by 12 and he got started right away. They saw where I had bought two cars from them and they got me a lower interest rate than my Credit Union was going to do. They said if there was any problem let them know. I called them up about a week after having the car and told them the fan sounded funny. Rick got my car in right away and they replaced the fan unit. Which I know isn't a cheep fix. The car sounds and runs great. Once again Thank You Rick and all the great people that work there.

Brandon was able to get us into a 2017 Equinox the same day we came to see them. As our family expanded he worked very hard to get us in a 2015 Yukon in just 7 short months of owning the Equinox! Thank you for all your hard work we couldnt imagine going anywhere else as you have a customer for life!

I called this dealer today 4/16/16 for price on a truck, he said he would call me back as soon as he talks to his manager, well it is now 4:20pm and no call. If they can't make a simple call back then I don't what to deal with them.

I was working out of town and my daughter went there and traded her old car in and two thousand of her own money. They jacked the price on the car and gave her a bunch of mumbo jumbo and she got in accident three weeks later. Now she's out both cars and her two grand. But they are a deeler for the people. Ya right.
