This was my first purchase with Mich's but it probably won't be the last. I was not expecting to buy a car but I happened upon an awesome car and couldn't pass it up. They were very easy to work with and very friendly. All of the issues that I had about the car were addressed.

If you are searching for clean, dependable, and reasonably priced vehicles sold by friendly and personable staff members then you have come to the right place. I recently purchased a 2008 BMW from Mich. The car is in excellent condition because Chris only selects the finest cars to place on the lot. Vance and Melissa, as well as the owners, are easy to work and very personable. Concomitantly, they are not looking to rip you off or sale you something you don't want to drive. For price, service and quality of foreign cards, I don't go anywhere else but Mich's Foreign Cars. I have used their services for over 25 years. I have purchased 10 cars from Mich's for our family. I consider myself fortunate to go to a place where I can buy a beautiful, clean, reasonably priced car from a friendly and inviting environment that i can trust. Initial visit good, test drove car a week later engine light comes on, spent much money still not repaired, went to another repair place spent more $$$ , but I guess when you buy used you have expect this type of thing. Sounds like most people have bought a good car and I am glad, just did not work for me.

I have read numerous reviews on what an excellent place this is to purchase a vehicle. At first, I was starting to have my doubts, but they have since proved me wrong. I appreciate a business that goes above and beyond to resolve a problem, big or small, and that is exactly what this dealership has done. I have lived near them for 15 years and have always admired their cars, but I never thought they took trad-in's, let alone a car that was only a-year-old. So I stopped in one day to ask if he took Trade in's, and after hearing the answer we started looking at cars on the lot. The next thing I knew I traded in my 2013 Camry for an E 350. We had originally planned on purchasing a C class but Mitch's was able to give us much more car for the same price that many dealers were asking for a lesser vehicle. So without even thinking twice we purchased a car from him and at no point did I ever feel pressured. They were very helpful with financingas well. The experience was easy and stress-free therefore I would highly recommend them to anyone. Feel free to tell them Jim Miller's review was helpful!

Car buying made simple! Family owned and friendly! Highly recommend Mich's over the high pressure big box dealers in the Triad. No pressure, no exasperating phone calls or emails, no disingenuous promises or sales manager song & dance, I knew the make/model of car I was looking for, made an offer and done. (even received a fair market value for my trade). Title work & fees were simple, cheap and painless. If you are in the market for a high quality used European sedan, I highly recommend taking the short drive to Hickory NC and meeting with Cris and or Vance. If they don't have it on the lot, they're locate it for you! My teenage son will be in the market soon and we'll head to Mich's for another no pressure, family friendly car deal!

When i start to tell people about my experience with Michsforeigncars in Hickory, N.C., they can hardly believe it....probably because they have never been treated so royally by a car dealership. What made me drive 2-1/2 hours to Hickory from Waynesville was how Cris took the time to explain to me why they do not stock the Mercedes model that I was interested in because it had a drive train problem....all the other dealerships that had this model in their inventory were ready to sell me that vehicle..... These people go beyond the call of duty in every sense of the word.....and I can personally attest to it....when I read all these other favorable views, it doesn't surprise me. The quality of customer service places Michs Foreign Cars at the top of the list when it comes to car dealerships. You can trust them. Now whoever writes that about a dealership? Even my stepson who is a master BMW mechanic and has sold cars and knows all the ins and outs of used car dealers was astounded with the TLC I received from Michsforeigncars and he is now telling others about them. Though I was looking for a Mercedes, I understand that Michs stocks domestic cars as well....therefore, it doesn't matter how far away you live, or what you are looking for....go to Michsforeigncars FIRST....you will not be disappointed.....their service is exemplary....and when you get there, tell them Nancy sent you.....I"m a walking advertisement for them now. I love these people.....they are first rate......try them...you will love them too.

Am a proud owner of a new 335i BMW that i just purchased last Friday from Michs foreign cars!!! Sure you can buy a car from anywhere. But if you truly want not only the best car buying experience, with the most helpful and knowledgable staff, this dealership is where you need to go! As soon as you walk in the vibe is welcoming, friendly and non rushed. They got me the exact car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. The sales department cared more about putting me in my car than the actual sale. To me that speaks volume! They went above and beyond for me to get everything the way I wanted it and put me at ease with any and all questions/concerns i had. I've bought cars in Orlando, Tampa and Los Angeles and I have to say bar none Michs foreign cars was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. I highly recommend you visit this place for all your car buying needs. I will continue to have my BMW serviced here as well as other cars I plan on purchasing from here in the future!!

I purchased my car from Mich's Foreign Car. I got a great looking 2008 Audi from them. I am very pleased with the car and very much pleased with the service. I traveled from out of state to get it from their dealership because they had the car I wanted and they accommodated me and went over and beyond to service me. They were very quick with my paper work and because this was my first time buying a car from a dealership, they took their time to explain to me the process and looked after my own interest. One of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not only that they are very professional, but I found everyone at Mich's Foreign cars to be trustworthy. I've known the Mich family for many years, and can testify that they are people of integrity and operate their business accordingly. I personally have bought two cars from the Mich's, and have many friends and family members who have also purchased vehicles from them. In every instance, we know we are getting a quality product because they simple won't sell it otherwise. Was just looking at cars on lot out of curiosity when Vance Hardin spoke of 750li he had just gotten in but yet to be serviced by Mich's. Saw the car upfront before they serviced it and my interest was piqued, I thought not too bad. After it was cleaned up, it looked and ran as well as new even though it had 60k plus miles on it. Vance, Chris and Melissa were all so helpful and knew more than I could have hoped for, not only on the 750 but about all the vehicles on their property for sale. This was the easiest automobile experience I have ever had from the trade-in, to the financing and all around sale. Kudos to all at Mich's and if I could give 10's I would. Go to their dealership and see what they can do for you.

I have bought my Mercedes E 320 from MIch's Cars, and I could not be happier. When i went in, they took the time to listen to what my needs were and what my price range was. They did not try to sell me something that was out of that price range and explained to me all the pros and cons about each car that they showed me. I got an amazing deal on this car that I could not find anywhere else. They are a family owned business so you can tell that they care a lot about their customers and keeping relationships going.

Went shopping for a used car with nothing specific in mind. Wanted a nice car in a payment range I could afford. I had a hard time finding a place that would take the time to deal with me because of credit issues from years ago when I lost my job. Some places were telling me I am high risk and I have a very low credit score so I would have a VERY high interest rate. I figured it wasn't going to cost anything to look, so I stopped in at Mich's. Their selection always seems to be the cream of the crop and everyone always talks about how they have the nicest cars around. Well, with little expectations of buying, I stumbled in here late one evening; to my surprise they were still there so I started inquiring about some cars. Not really knowing what my credit looked like, Vance offered to check. Much to my surprise, my credit score was good enough to qualify for a 4.5% interest rate! I test drove a few cars that were in my price range and settled on a very low mileage Mercedes E class. I was literally blown away; I was expecting to get something like a Chevy Trailblazer or Malibu and pay 29% interest because I was told by other dealers that my credit was bad, but instead got a 40k mile Mercedes E320 for less than $16k at 4.5% interest. Needless to say, I am beyond excited with my car and I've referred everyone I know looking for a car. If only you could see the looks on the salespeople's faces (the ones that told me I had bad credit) when they see me cruising through their lots in my Benz - PRICELESS!!!

I bought a CLS after searching for a few weeks. I shopped around at a lot of dealers and was really worried about buying something on my own. Everywhere I went just wanted to do business NOW and I just wasn't ready to make such a big step without more consideration. After being referred by a client, I decided to go and view some cars at the Mich's. There was literally no pressure and I felt like it was more than just a typical car buying experience. Chris offered to help me find the car that fit my needs and went on to show me what to look for when buying a car; he even offered to do a free pre-purchase inspection on anything I was looking at from other dealers. He showed me how I can tell if a car has been in an accident even if the history was clean. With the little that he showed me, I was able to avoid making some costly mistakes when shopping for a car. As it turned out, the cars with the lowest prices always seemed to have something wrong with them and it seemed that salespeople were telling me what they thought I wanted to hear even though at this point I knew what to look for. After all the aggravation, I went back to Mich's and found a CLS I am happy to call my own! The car is absolutely beautiful and the experience was fantastic. I wasn't taken advantage of because I'm not a car person. Chris showed me what to look for and addressed my concerns. Vance took care of my financing and got me a much better rate than I was able to get on my own. Overall, I highly recommend Mich's and look forward to doing more business in the future!

I normally don't leave reviews, however this was such an outstanding experience that I felt compelled. First off, I have been searching for a very specific car due to my previous car being totaled. They happen to have exactly what I wanted. The price was very fair and Cris even helped me negotiate with my insurance company to get me the fair value for my car which was totaled (who does that??? and this was before I even committed to buying a car). We were referred by many different friends and family that have all had nothing but praises for Mich's. The transaction was super easy. Overall I loved the experience and I felt like I was just hanging out with old friends. The car was better than I ever expected, and although I don't see myself needing another car anytime soon, I look forward to just stopping in and saying hi to my new friends!

A warranty was purchased on 3-23-2012 through Mich's Foreign Cars in Hickory, NC for the amount of $2,245. The warranty was not used and cancelled on 6-7-13. A check in the amount of $1,027 was sent to Mich's. This amount was minus a $35 cancellation fee and the prorated amount for the months of warranty. The Preferred Warranty representatives stated that the remaining amount of $1,218 would be refunded from the dealership. This action was in breach of my warranty contract. All refund amounts are required to be sent to the Lien Holder. The Salesman has lied repeatedly about the amount of refund, how the refund should be handled, and even down to the dealership not refunding any money from the warranty. We have filed official complaints with the Better Business Bureau to address this unethical and illegal business practices.

Initially everything was great,no pressure to sell, willing to let you drive whatever was on the lot, very helpful and excellent finance rates. However once you drive off the lot they revert to the typical used car dealer tactics-make commitments they won't keep, never return a call and the biggest issue...It took 50+ days to receive registration/plates-perhaps a indication of a business in financial trouble.

Soon we will be purchasing our fourth car from here. We keep going back because the purchasing experience is par to none we have encountered. It most likely has to do with being family owned and operated. Plus, they are really genuine and open with you. When it comes to service they go the extra mile. I was surprised when they took the extra time to educate me about different cars and advice me which vehicle would work for me even though I wanted to get the bigger more expensive car, which I really didn't need. They were right!

All cars that I purchased were excellent vehicles with no deferred maintenance or for the months following. The staff is extremely pleasant and polite. The vehicles on there website have been accurate as described and I plan to do business with them in the near future. I live in Tampa FL, an area inundated with BMWs and Mercedes and it worth the day drive to Hickory and back over trying to bargain with any dealership over an already too high ock bottomprice and then back it up with quality. My number one goal is peace of mind after a purchase and Mich help me attain that goal. I am happy to have gained this rapport with them. I plan on trading up my current vehicle for a custom requested car and look forward to more years of good driving experience.

Recently purchaced a 335i from Mich's. Very easy and hassle free purchase. Ive looked for some time for the right car and the cleanest one I found was here. The price was very fair. I quickly learned, in the general market, that the ones with the lowest prices were usually the crappiest cars. I wish I would have saved myself lots of time and money and just came here first!

I have bought five cars from Mich's over the years and they are my go to dealership any time I am in the market. They were able to get me very low interest rates on financing when I needed it. And the cars that I purchased were excellent vehicles without a lot of deferred maintenance like other dealers or individuals that I have purchased from. Vehicles have been as described and I plan to do business with them in the future. I am considering trading up my current vehicle and will be in the area so I will definitely be paying them a visit in the next month or so.
