Everyone was very friendly and helpful about making sure I had a ride home after dropping car off, and then a ride back to pick up my car. Car was finished in a timely manner, and received a call when it was done. Appreciated that.

I was given a loaner vehicle even though the service only took a couple of hours. It was going to be very expensive to replace the "0-2 Sensor" which always seems to go hay-wire on vehicles and causes the engine light to stay on for years, but changes nothing.

Aron is great to work with, oil change for synthetic was reasonable as was full transmission flush. Rotors were turned and Honda covered 1 time under warranty for premature warping. Honda Odyssey is a great vehicle but the service we receive I trust their opinions and appreciate the relationship we have, that's what makes the difference.

Dan Downing, my sales consultant, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He and his boss, Jeff, made the sales process very easy and enjoyable. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They explained every step and walked me through the entire process, since this was my first time buying a car on my own. They even put a huge bow on my car as a surprise, which was a very personal and kind touch.

I had been unhappy with my present car for some time. I had bought 4 other Hondas in the past and my present car was not. I started searching for different cars and their ratings after my daughter bought a new car. It sort of spurred me on. I went on line to do my research. I checked 3 different cars. Other than a good rating I wanted heated leather seats. I didn't want to break the bank either so I looked at certified used cars. I put in notes to 3 different dealers. Corey Sandstrom, from Mick McClure Honda, contacted me. I was very interested in the 2012 Honda Civic EX-L NAV. but they were located a couple hours away and I told him there was no way I could come see the car. He said no problem that he would bring the car to my home. He did just that and for me it was love at first sight. He had the paperwork all ready. I was pleased with the deal we had made and he left with my old car. It has been a love affair ever since. I am so happy to be back in a Honda. I have never have such an easy time buying a car. Corey was so nice and down to earth. Life is better when you love your car.

this dealership is the best I have ever been to. bought our pilot from them. drove 2 hours since we had the deal already made over the phone. got there the car was so clean! Kelly was great to deal with loved how nice everyone was. got a call the next day making sure everything was ok and then today we get a care package sent with little food goodies I have never had any other dealership do this and we have bought a lot of cars too! I will never go to another dealership as long as we are in Spokane!

I drove 2 hours to buy my Honda pilot because all the dealerships in Spokane were shifty. I was greeted by Kelly and she was awesome to deal with. we worked out all the numbers over the phone before I made the trip out there the pilot was in spotless shape! they checked on us the next day to make sure everything was ok. well today we get a care package from them filled with little food goodies. I have never gotten this from any dealership let alone a real estate agent so I was amazed. I recommend this dealership to all my friend because they are worth the drive. I will always buy from them as long as we are in Spokane!

It was time for our family to get a bigger vehicle that could also make it to the ski hill. I had an older accord that I had also purchased from McClure Honda. Eight years ago the experience was good and I loved my car so I wanted to give the Pilot a try. I called and said what I was wanting and they had everything ready within 2 phone calls and 30 minutes of paper work. Great customer service and friendly staff! I would recommend them to anyone.

We had looked for a car for a long time and believe that the Lord sent us to McClure. Their starting price was way below other dealers and they still let us negotiate. The car was missing an item and they ordered it to be shipped to our home before we left. They also filled up the gas tank for us at their cost! Drive north and get a better deal-much better deal. I am local, wish to buy local and have reviewed prices with this dealership at least 3 times in the past 10 years. 3 years ago I decided to pay the extra money and buy local. Now I am in the market for another new car and when I got a trade in price for my current CRV (that I bought from them and is in excellent shape) thier offer was almost 4k under what NADA, Kelly BB and Edmunds recommended. So I decided to look at another dealership-same new car-and thier trade in price was almost 4k higher than Mick McClure-I have never felt like they were even close to giveing me or anyone I know a good deal. They depend on those who have more fluid funds and are not willing to shop around-therefore are not aware of how screwed they are getting.Dont think Mick-THINK DICK!
