Incredible! Incredible! Incredible! Imagine going to an auto dealer where you are treated with the utmost respect and accommodated on a moments notice by professionals who seem to have all the answers. Problem diagnosed in a minimal amount of time and immediately notified me. This establishment is the epitome of what a business should be! Their Service/Parts Manager, Jason, is “OVER THE TOP”. WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! Don’t even think about going anywhere else for your foreign car repairs!

A great experience deserves a proclamation from the mountaintops! Greg and Dallas could not have been more helpful, communicative, or interested in helping my wife and I with the purchase of our XC90. Multiple emails, phone calls, and in person visits were all handled as if I was their top priority! I anticipate working with Mid Atlantic on many future transactions. It was an thoroughly enjoyable process that must be experienced to be believed. The entire experience was THAT good!

Phenomenal buying experience with Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes! Super smooth transaction purchasing the car sight unseen from cross country! Greg (the owner) and Dallas were amazing to work with. They were always available to answer any questions and made sure everything went perfectly. When the car arrived, I was blown away by the condition of the car… better than advertised! Everything checked out with the car even after a thorough post-purchase inspection. 10 star experience!! I keep going back to this dealership because the deals are great the staff is great and they carry a very unique array of vehicles. I’m not sure how many vehicles I’ve bought here but it’s a lot and every single time I was treated very fairly and the transaction was expedited very quickly. The service department is also second to none as far as I’m concerned. Who knows how many more vehicles I’ll buy from Greg but I’m sure there’s a few more in the future. Thank you so very much

I purchased a 2006 Z4 some time back and unfortunately it was totalled in Oct 2013. I loved the Z4 so much I started researching on the internet for same year or newer. I first came across Mid Atlantic during a search and found a 2011 Z4 with all the features I was looking for. I continued my searching for other dealers and their prices were higher and options less. I made several call to Mid Atlantic asking about the car, warranty, recalls and car fax reports. They did without hesitation provide all the information on the exact spec sheets they had on file from BMW. I made the 2 hour drive to their dealership and purchased the car in Dec 2013. Then in March of 2014 one of my other cars was involved in an accident which left me with only 1 car. I immediately went to the Midatlantic web-site and found another car, this time an X3. I called and within 3 hours (2 of driving) I purchased another vehicle from them. Because it was late, the salesman stayed open passed closing waiting for me to test drive the car first, then I purchased after a test drive. I will continue to purchase BMW's from Midatlantic, there is no pressure from the sales associates and they provide quality cars.

My husband and I were shopping around the charlottesville area and then discovered Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes in Harrisonburg... We are blown away not only with how comfortable these folks are to deal with, but the pre owned BMWs they have on display are top notch and clean, most importantly the pricing is far better than the 'dealer'! I was informed they service everything after the sale with 3 mechanics on site and that made us feel great about our purchase experience with them. keep up the great work by not acting like the 'dealer' in this tough business you must deal with on a day to day. good dealers are hard to come by and you have our business for life! we will NEVER get away from BMW! :)

It's rare these days to find a independent dealer that specializes in european autos that is as friendly and knowledgeable as these folks at mid atlantic motorwerkes. Before you run out and purchase from some place like Washington DC or similar, give these guys a close look and you'll find they are better pricing and the pressure is NON existent! Helpful and caring about the end user is why me and my wife ended up buying a really nice BMW from them and they are worth the drive.

I spent 28 years working in the retail automotive business but that doesn't mean I am any more comfortable shopping for a car than someone who has not worked in that industry. I requested some information on a vehicle late one night and Greg Shaffer, the owner, responded quickly and professionally. He was able to thoroughly inform me and work out the deal over the phone and through email. Greg Shaffer has been a friend of mine for many years. I was excited when Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes opened their doors. Greg has a passion for customer service and a "going the extra mile" business mindset. The reason I am giving this review is, not only did Greg and Dave fix my problem as a friend, they will take care of everyone at Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes. I found I had a leaking tire on a recent trip to Virginia and was leaving to come back to Pittsburgh on Monday. I contacted Greg and met him at the dealership Monday morning. What I thought was going to be a quick fix turned out to be more than repairing my tire. Dave, the technician who took great care of my car, did more than fix my tire. He ended up making 2 trips to a local tire distributor to replace my badly worn lug nuts. This is how Greg operates and this shows the kind of people he has working at Mid Atlantic Motorwerkes.
