If you go to this place I would recommend going to Brandon. He is very down to earth and genuinely has your best interest in heart when It comes to finding a car that works best for you at the end of the day. He did a wonderful job on finding me the perfect car. Him and Jim did great on getting my car to me as well. They even took the time out of they’re day to finish detailing my car themselves. And made sure my car was up to par before giving it to me. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience today at Mid-Illini Auto. We were caught in an emergency situation. We waited in a comfortable space while the guys fit our Ford truck in! They did a tremendous job in a timely manner for a fair price. They even made sure we knew our part had an excellent warranty. We WILL be back!

If going to Mid Illini I recommend asking for Brandon. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers.

Bad review/good review time! My husband went to Mid Illini Auto Center and got a car. The car came with a list of what they had done to the car (new struts ect.) Had a good experience getting it, until less than 2 weeks later when there was a problem. His car had started making this noise going over bumps or uneven ground(it didn't make this noise until then). Called them and had to work it into our schedules to leave it there overnight for them to inspect it, which sucked but not a big deal. We went back the next day to pick it up and were told by a manager (James) that "it's supposed to make that noise"... oh okay, we aren't stupid. James handed him a paper saying it cost them 114 dollars for them to look at it and do NOTHING!! So we called Firestone to have it inspected by them. They found the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes! Only cost us 10 dollars. When Mid Illini changed the struts, they didn't tighten them, which was the sound we were hearing. So to conclude, I would NOT recommend Mid Illini Auto, but I will be recommending the Firestone inspection people!
