We really appreciated our salesperson, Alex. He was willing to put in the time to get us exactly what we wanted. He was patient as we waffled between truck, small SUV and mid-size SUV and spent a lot of time test driving. He paid attention to details, was completely accessible to us via text and email, and answered all our questions promptly. He really made the whole experience easy. We also appreciated the finance specialist, Jason, who was very patient with all our questions and took the time to answer them to our satisfaction.

We were having trouble with a used for truck that we had purchased from this dealership, and we had brought it in a couple times before hand asking them to take care of it, and they were very hesitant and wanting us to believe that it was just in need of some dry lube, or grease and it would take care of the problem. When we went in and talked to lance, he made it right. he took really good care of the truck and us. He is the reason we will be back to have our truck be taken care of. He has excellent customer service, and a great attitude. He made the problem much easier to handle and understand. An excellent employee.

I purchased a new 2016 F150 XLT. I couldn't be happier with the truck or the service. I had all my questions answered, and I wasn't yo-yoed back in to re-sign because there was "problem with the loan." Also my little girl was treated to cookies and a friend to color with will I signed. So all in all it was great time which is rare when car shopping.

I have given Middlekauff Ford Lincoln a five star rating due to the authenticity and professionalism of the two individuals I interacted with during the purchasing process: Alex Grundmann and John Riddle.Alex was very friendly and helpful when I came by the lot to look at a used 2013 Honda Fit and take the car for a test drive. I never once felt like I was being pressured or manipulated in any way and Alex came off as genuine and trustworthy, two very important qualities I look for in a salesman. He made the buying process equally painless and explained the finance procedure the dealership follows in very clear, straight-forward language. John Riddle was equally helpful when it came time to go over the final financing and purchasing details. He was friendly and easy going which helped ease the stress and tension that comes with making a purchase of this size. He explained each of the steps of the process thoroughly and clearly and answered all the questions I had.I will be recommending Middlekauff Ford Lincoln and especially Alex Grundmann and John Riddle to friends and family and anyone else who asks for dealership recommendations.

I can't say enough about the way I was treated by Alex Grundmann. Alex had to work a lot for this sale as I didn't really need a new truck, but I wanted one. Alex didn't apply any pressure and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new F150s. I test drove a number of different trucks on several occasions and Alex, and the rest of the behind the scenes types, went out of their way to try to find a trade vehicle that would match what I was looking for.Eventually I decided to order one built and once again Alex was very helpful. The dealership ran many different build options for me and priced them out. Then they had to wait a few weeks for me to actually come in and order the truck because I needed delivery to come after I would return from a vacation. The process from the time I drove onto the lot to look to the time I actually ordered was well over a month. Alex was helpful throughout and he treated me the greatest every time.When the truck finally arrived I was still on my vacation, but I wanted to wrap up the sale to take advantage of rebates that would go away by the time I returned. Alex and the others at the dealership worked to complete the sale and sent all of the paperwork via FedEx overnight to me while I was in Wisconsin so that I could sign it and complete the sale. Kudos to Alex and the dealership! oil pan replaced & other work done , new ford pan . Old pan leaked at dipstick had to raise cab to replace pan. In about 20 miles noticed small oil leak at rear of pan, was raining so on sunday checked it again this time noticed larger puddle of oil. work done in vain. Also block heater cord stuck between frame & cab cover end pulled off.

I then drove to Idaho and found the truck as he descibed it and bought it. I had two concerns which they bent over backwards to correct. Michael greeted myself and family as we got out of our car. Very nice, friendly, helpful man. He seemed to know exactly what car I wanted before I did. Bought the Focus and I love it. The 5 spd is what made the decision. Something which no other dealer in this area had. I had checked several dealers both Ford and other makes but Middlekauff had the right inventory and the saleman, Michael Salsa put it all together for me. Great team! I needed a car. I was in the process of deciding what car to buy and which Dealership I wanted to work with. When I contacted Middlekauff Ford I was randomly connected to Salesman Mike Salsa and requested to take a test drive over my lunch hour. I made it very clear that I was not ready to sign papers because I was still in the decison making process. After test driving the Ford Fusion with Mike at Middlekauff I returned to work without any pressure from the sales department and was very satisfied with both the car and the treatment I received at Middlekauff Ford. I spoke to my husband and expressed my satisfaction and he met me that evening at the Dealership and was equally as pleased as I was. Long story short it was the no pressure no hype customer service I received as well as the agreeable pricing that made me purchase my car then and there. I will recommend Middlefauff Ford as well as Mike Salsa to anyone who asks me where should they go to buy a car!

We went to the dealership because we were looking for a new car. Brian Schroeder met us and was very informative about every vehicle that we looked at and drove that day. He was courteous, pleasant, and very informative. He offered information on all the features that were on the vehicle but we never felt pressured into making a purchase. Once we did decide he helped us through the process and while all the paper work was being done, Brian made sure that our new vehicle was cleaned inside and out. He then went through the vehicle with us making sure all the new electronic devices were set up for us. He assured us that if we needed assistance he would be there for us even though the sale was now complete. Brian stands by his word. On a follow up visit for a paint protection application, Brian offered to provide transportation and made sure that the vehicle was taken care in an appropriate way. I would recommend a visit to Middlekauff Ford and finding Brian Shcroedder to be your salesman!!!
