While traveling from Washington state to Texas, I found myself in Twin Falls, ID in need of an oil change and 30K warranty service. I setup a service appointment online for Saturday, the first available slot, but this was going to cut into our plans to see the town because we were working remote during the week. Using the email address provided, I asked about possibly getting an appointment sooner than Saturday. Josh with the Middlekauff Ford service department called me within a few hours after I sent the email. He was able to get me scheduled sooner and coordinated shuttle drop off and pickup. The shuttle driver was born and raised in Twin Falls and knew a lot about the area. He even told me about his experience during the Snake River Canyon jump attempt by Evel Knievel. Overall I was very pleased with the service experience and would bring my truck here for service if I lived in the area. The experience here was SO MUCH BETTER than what I’ve experienced at the dealership where I purchased my truck. Thank you, Josh and Middlekauff Ford, for a great service experience (and recommending some local establishments).

EXCELLENT dealership all the way around! The sales team were very professional and knowledgeable. Buying a used vehicle is always questionable because no one really knows it's history. My son and I purchased a used truck recently. From sales, to management, to finance took care of all of our questions and any concerns. They set us up with everything we wanted and things went very smoothly. I have bought several vehicles at this dealership and I have never been disappointed!

I went here to trade in my car and the person that helped me was great, Eduardo. He was nice and was good at customer service but the entire experience was weird, they just asked for my keys and started driving it even though I don’t want to trade it for a couple months and all in all felt like the staff thought I was a waste of time as I’m a 20 year old girl. Not going back as I felt unwelcome

My husband and I were interested in a car that they had just gotten in about a week ago. They still needed to inspect it and make sure everything was good to go so they promised us that once it got through the testing that they would contact us so we could come and get it. We had been in constant contact with them asking when the car would be finished. They told us this past Wednesday it would be ready. We contacted them but no one replied. We finally got in contact with someone today saying that they had sold the car this morning. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I am very disappointed as we’ve been in contact with them over a week now trying to get this car and to have them sell it right from under us is very disappointing. Now we will have to start all over in this terrible market.

Had my first service done on my new 21 F-150 Ecoboost here. 5000 miles. They left oil all over the engine compartment, serpentine belt is squeeling like a hungry pig. I noticed an air whistle sound so when I got home I looked under the hood. They forgot to put the air filter back in after pulling it out to check it. I asked if they would of warrantied the motor if I wouldn't of caught it and they said no because the fine print on the invoice I signed says....... Next time they might forget the drain plug, or to put oil in it. Nobody in that place should be working on anything worth $60k.
