Let me tell you it was the best buying car experience in my life!!! I was disappointed due to another dealer in Worcester....had no hope of getting a new vehicle and several people mentioned to me to check Mid State Auto in Auburn...was I ecstatic I did...Joe was super professional from the get go. I had to write another review since I couldn't figure out how to edit my first one. I give them 5 stars across the board, and didn't designate that in my first post! Anyway, these guys will take care of you. I was paying a ridiculous monthly payment for a car not even worth it and the guys got me a lower rate on a newer car ...I'm happy!

Nate and the guys at Midstate made it easy to pick out and finance a 2015 Tahoe that we just bought for my family. Nate was very accommodating. My wife will be the primary driver. She was concerned with the size of the vehicle. Nate took her on a few test rides during our decision making process to make sure the Tahoe was the right fit. When it came to trading in my vehicle they gave me more than a fair price. Finally, they even arranged for a sunroof to be installed and ordered an additional key fob for us. So my advice is to shop around, and when you're ready to buy visit Nate at Midstate so you'll appreciate the value they're offering you.

Just bought yet another car from Midstate. I love the atmosphere and knowledgable staff. I was never a big fan of car shopping until we started coming here years ago. Several of my friends and family members have bought vehicles here and I have yet to talk to anyone with a bad experience. The cars are the best around and the prices are great. I love being able to just walk around the lot and go through the cars at my own pace. Staff is always around when needed but they are not constantly breathing down your neck and using tough sell tactics. They let the cars and quality service do the talking for them. I recommend them highly to anyone that needs a car.

I recently bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from Brian Lindsey. I have bought cars at 4 different dealerships and Midstate blew all of them out of the water in all categories. Not once did I feel pressured into buying anything and I got to choose something I wanted and got a great deal on it. The buying process was easy and extremely convenient. I picked up the car on a Friday. I tend to be very picky with my cars and had a couple very minor things I wanted changed. I called up on Monday and they gave me everything I requested no questions asked. They were able to get me in the very next day! Exceptional service and this dealership stands by its word on service. This is the only dealership I will deal with going forward. I got an honest good feeling when I bought my Altima. Hands down the best of the best. Comparing other dealerships to Midstate is apples to oranges. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I have to say my experience at Midstate Auto Group in Auburn Ma was phenomenal! I came here to buy my first vehicle i didnt have a ton of money and i havent established much credit but due to great customer service and quick easy steps i drove out here in a beautiful Chrysler Seabring Convertible! For my first car! I have to commend Keith Baker on his great customer service he was extremely nice very helpful very informative and very enthusiastic! He helped me through all of the steps to buying this vehicle and setting everything up so that i was ready to go right from the dealership! When i was all set Vinnie took very good care of me in taking care of all the paperwork explaining everything and making great suggestions for a successful buy! I just want to say that i am very grateful and very appreciative to be dealing with such a fantastic dealership! I recommend anybody who is just starting out or even coming in for a new vehicle, to come down to Midstate Auto Group in Auburn Ma for an all around great easy experience in buying a vehicle! I hadn't bought a car in 5 years so I was not looking forward to it. BrIan, Eric and Vinnie were all very friendly. I went there at 1 and at 430 I was driving home my new Sonata. I am very happy with my experience. I will definitely go there again .

The customer care that Brian Lindsey showed to my family made it completely worth the drive. My brother and Mother left extremely happy, As did my wallet. I would highly recommend Midstate Auto Group of Auburn Ma. Brian Lindsey went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable during the purchase. My brother is happy with his Toyota. I know this because he was sending out pictures before he even picked it up asking, "do you love my new wheels?" This all made me realize I'm going to see Brian now because he gave us such a great deal that I want to buy all my cars from him.
