If I could give 0 stars at this point, I would. The dealership sold us a car a month ago, and everything went smoothly. Love my car, the selling process was easy, everything went great - until today. My husband stopped by to look at their current inventory. He was interested in trading his car in to buy a new one. He was there just to look, no plans on buying. He specifically told them he did not want our credit to be pulled. As soon as he left, I get multiple emails from different credit monitoring websites alerting me of new inquiries on my credit report. They claim they didn't run our credit. I have hard proof. I've reported them to their corporation and to the government. It's illegal to pull an individual's credit report if they do not get authorization, just a word of advice.

Unfortunately I’ve had to update my review for this place. The high turnover rate in service staff(?) has resulted in multiple car- related nightmares. I’ve had to take my car to this shop time after time before someone actually accurately diagnosed the problem (and I was forced to spend money each time). Most recently, Erik from the service staff shrugged off my “check engine light” until the car would not even start in their own service entryway. He was more concerned about receiving a “good review for his monthly bonus” than anything else. He didn’t even bother to send me a follow-up questionnaire regarding his service like the majority of previous staff have in the past. I also never received service for a headlight that needed replacement even though upon confrontation I was told by him that it had been taken care of. Multiple times my car has come out of their hands unwashed (even though other customers left with clean cars right in front of me) and still problematic. I can’t help but to feel taken advantage of every-time I leave midtown Kia now and therefore I will not be returning to this location. Overall, the service staff (doubtfully the mechanics) are unprofessional and unfocused. Maybe their sales team is adequate, but their service rep team is not. You’ll inevitably roll the dice if you choose to have your car serviced here. And yeah, I’ve already had to involve corporate on previous occasions. But hey, see for yourself...

I just received a spam email from this dealership and was reminded of my really negative experience there when I purchased a vehicle with them. In short, I flew in to pick up a used SUV with the plan to drive back home. It turned out that the vehicle had a deficiency that I hadn't known about. They refused to negotiate or help to correct the issue, knowing that I was effectively "locked in" to complete the transaction in order to get home. It didn't feel like a mutually respectful transaction, and I definitely wouldn't buy from here again.

The service at Midtown Kia may be the best I’ve experienced in a very long time. Everyone I came in contact with were quick to respond and as courteous as I could’ve ever expected. In a time when service seems to be severely lacking in most cases, the staff here are first rate FIVE stars! Thanks Midtown Kia!

Anytime I have an issue or something is due to be fixed or replaced on my vehicle, Kia Midtown always comes through with great service. It’s quick & easy to make an appointment or come to this dealership early to get your spot in line; when they give you a specific time frame, your vehicle is ready earlier than or spot on the time frame given!! Clean & Professional
