Sales person was very friendly and easy to talk with. Dan appears to have a great knowledge of the products he sells and was very thorough in explaining all of the features of our new vehicle. He has a repeat customer in the future.

I would definitely refer anyone to the service department at Midway. That would include sending them directly to Jason. They always use my first name and make me feel welcome each and every time I service any of my three vehicles there. I truly feel as though Jason values my business and he goes above and beyond to ensure I receive personal service. I wish that I could say the same about the sales dept.

I was just looking at new Cadillacs. Not intending to purchase one. I was fourinate enough to have Kimberly for a salesperson. She is very friendly and knows all the details of the automobiles. She was able to offer me a fair price . I would certainly recommend her to anybody who is interested in purchasing a vehicle.

When I went in to get my oil changed, I was treated with courtesy. The service was prompt and fast and I didn't have to wait long. When my vehicle was ready and before I left, Dan explained the inspection to me and what to watch for in the future. I didn't feel like any service was being pushed on me.
