Overall, I was not impressed with their used car salesman named Cliff or the attitude of their sales manager. He used the classic used salesman tactics at the expense of honesty. I felt like I got a fair deal in the end, but would not be comfortable referring anyone else to them unless they are car and sales savvy.

We met with Robin Skiff at Mike Castrucci and he worked my wife and I to provide us the vehicle that best met our needs. When it came time to negotiate price, we felt that Bobby understood the market competitiveness and sold us our Escape at a fair price. When we came in to pick up the vehicle Robin arranged to have us meet with the electronics person, so that we went through the new Sync 3 system and preset all our phones, music, Bluetooth, etc... and we were ready to go.

I inquired several times about a 2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350...I was informed it was being sold "quite a bit over the sticker price" ... I was never quoted a price! Why do dealers do this? Just to make an extra buck! What a joke....they alienate many potential customers by doing this... I currently own a rare Mustang and have owned several Shelby's and other Mustangs...without paying "over sticker" I have owned 36 cars in my lifetime and buy one or two per year... I won't ever buy one form this dealership! I hope it was worth it!

Went there to purchase a 2013 Silverado. I had asked them the condition of the truck and had them walk around the truck to let me know of any defects (asking them to look it over in detail). Flew in town to get the truck. They picked us up from the airport. When I was inspecting the vehicle, I noticed an excessive amount of rust. Someone had tried coating over the rust and put in a brand new bed liner to hide something. Even after telling the dealer that I was not interested in a rust bucket, they were pushy to make the sale. I was an obvious buyer; otherwise, I would not have flown in town to get a truck. I was not impressed with the service and was told no truck no ride back to the airport.

Found a used Chev Avalanche on the Castrucci website so called and got Chuck Shannon who was very helpful assuring me it was available and asking if I would like to test drive it. When I said yes, he gave clear, thorough directions to the dealership in Milford. We arrived he got some information from me then pulled the avalanche to the door and said go for a ride and even suggesting a highway route to use knowing we were not from the area. When we returned we were undecided and he did not pressure us at all and offered to help with any questions and added that if we wanted to make a purchase he would make it as fast and easy as possible as he was a consumer too and he treats his customers as he likes to be treated. Since he was off the next day we waited a couple days and called to see if he still had it. Again Chuck was very helpful and said he would have it ready if we wanted to drive it again. We arrived, he met us and had the car ready to drive. We we agreed to purchase it and he followed through on his earlier statements making the entire transaction fast yet efficient. Even managed to get it cleaned up in record time. He is a true professional and a person I'd recommend to anyone looking for a trusted salesman to help acquire a vehicle.

I went to Castrucci to look for a F150 that they have listed. When I got there the truck had bald tires on the front. I asked the salesman when is this going in for reconditioning. He said oh we don't do that anymore we just take them in on trade and place them for sale. He said we have to do it that way because everyone else does and they want to put it out for the lowest price they can. I told him if the owner of this truck with 48,000 miles was too cheap to rotate the tires then he was too cheap to change the oil, no thanks. Here is a news flash to all Ford dealers you are supposed to run a top notch facility like Corporate tells you. Yes you can put your garbage out on the lot and someone will buy it today but just wait till the market crashes again. I hope your sales people are saving their big paychecks because leaner times are headed this way. Buying vehicles is horrible in Cincinnati area.

Test drove multiple Fusions late in the evening on Sunday (8/2). Decided on a brand new 2016 Fusion. Filled out my credit application, and was told I would be given a call the next day (8/3) once they had made a decision/came to terms on what I was approved for/interest rate. The next day it is close to closing time and I still had not received a call so I called them myself, only to be told they were moving office buildings that day and had not had time to look at my application and they would call me the next day. Tuesday (8/4) rolls around and still no call when it comes close to closing time. I call yet again, get transferred around several times and then hung up on. I called back again and was told they still had not looked at my application and they would "for sure call me back the next day and they hadn't forgotten about me". Wednesday (8/5) I STILL had not received a call so I YET AGAIN call them back to be told my sales man (Jim Turner) was not working that day and they really had no idea what was going on with my application and I needed to call back the next day and speak with my salesman. Thursday (8/6) I call yet again as I am sitting at Jeff Wyler getting ready to sign for a new vehicle (because I am fed up at this point) and am told by my salesman that he still hadn't heard anything about my application and they had lost my phone number so that is why they personally had not been calling me back and he would recommend I go ahead and buy a vehicle from Jeff Wyler if they had something I wanted. L O U S Y way to be treated when you're getting ready to purchase a $20,000 vehicle. Never in my life have I known a company to just forget about a paying customer and then tell them to take their business elsewhere.

My daughter was recently at a horse show in North Carolina. I was in Loveland, Ohio. Then I get a phone call that our 2010 truck broke down. She had it towed to a dealer near the show. The service department told me it would need $12,000 in repairs. I knew we wanted to get a new truck in the upcoming fall, so I did not want to spend that kind of money to get it repaired. This all happened on a Wednesday. Our 4 horses and trailer had to be off the show grounds by the following Monday! In a panic I called Bobby Castrucci and in only 2 days, he and Charlie had me in a new F350! I drove it to North Carolina on Friday and we had everyone back to our farm on Sunday. I don't know of any other dealer that would put me in a new truck without seeing my old truck (I traded it in). My old truck was towed up to Mike Castrucci Ford the following Monday. Mike Castrucci Ford saved the day!

Bought a used 2014 Mercedes GLK350 two days ago. As I was leaving the lot I noticed a low tire warning. Immediately stopped and put air in the tires. Didn't really concern me much because I figured it might have been sitting for a while. Got a few more miles down the road and received a notice that it was 300 miles overdue for service. That's great they didn't even bother to change the oil in a used car which probably means they did nothing at all to it after receiving it as a trade. Later that same afternoon, a light came on telling me that one of my daytime driving lights was out. Wonderful. Took it to a Mercedes dealership to get it looked at and serviced. Ended up costing me $1100 to get all the normal service items done and the light repaired. Any reputable dealer would have done all this and had the car as "like new" as possible before I picked it up. I did send an email to the dealership since every time I've tried to call my salesman for the past two days he's either been out of the office or with a customer. And of course, no response from anyone at the dealership either.

Castrucci Ford had listed a 2015 Ford Fiesta online below invoice. Valued my trade-in through their "Black Book Value Your Trade" option available online. Spoke to Gary Plunkett over the phone; he acknowledged that he had seen the value of my trade-in online. I also made it clear that I was remitting payment for the remainder of the transaction in cash.On 06/30/15, I drove to Castrucci through a blinding rainstorm with the intention of buying the new car, & trading in my old vehicle. Took the new vehicle for a test drive, but found it odd that Plunkett didn't seem interested in looking at my trade-in while I was away on the test drive. Upon my return, Plunkett stated "our used car manager doesn't wasn't your trade-in" as an attempt to give us much less than what Castrucci's Black Book value had appraised the vehicle for. It also appeared that since we driven over an hour to get to Milford, Plunkett may have used the 80's mentality of car sales in thinking that we were desperate to make a purchase. I'm assuming that Plunkett's mindset was stuck in the 80's in thinking that we were going to sit in that musty trailer for hours listening to everyone scream at one another while we begged for a deal. Sorry, but I left my "I am an idiot" t-shirt at home. Plunkett and Castrucci Ford intentionally wasted my time and made this "the absolute worst car buying experience that I've ever had" BY FAR. Rating this dealership with a "1" would be rating it too high.Here's a message for Plunkett, and for potential customers of Castrucci Ford: Shop around (as I did) prior to visiting a dealership. Have multiple offers in place. If the first dealership attempts to play a game on you, leave immediately. As an FYI, I had multiple deals in place for a new car prior to visiting Castrucci. Virtually every dealership was chomping at the bit to get my business.Guess what Gary...my plan B worked. I stopped at your closest competitor, got the deal that I wanted, and left with a much better 2015 vehicle than the rain stained white one that you were attempting to bait and switch us with. Not only would I NEVER EVER waste my time with any dealership affiliated with Castrucci, I would strongly advise anyone reading this to NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with Castrucci. There are too many new car dealers around that DO WANT your business to put up with the 1980's type of games.

The 2-year lease was almost up on my Explorer and I was over the contract mileage limit. Not to mention I encountered some financial issues during the lease that created a financing challenge. At Mike Castrucci Ford, I was welcomed by Jim Turner, salesman. Mr. Turner did not waste my time and was very courteous and respectful! He spent the proper amount of time with me to make sure he understood my needs and showed me the new options Ford has to offer. My information was quickly passed on to Bobby Castrucci in Finance. He truly listened and worked hard to do the best he could for me and my family. We drove our brand-new 2015 Ford Escape off the lot a couple days later. Everything was ready, all I had to do was sign! Mr. Turner presented the vehicle features that I was not familiar with...and we were on our way! We stopped by Mike Castrucci Ford to look at the new Fusions and Escapes. We were undecided between the two. Charlie Cochran greeted us and from then on our experience was terrific. He told us to drive each vehicle so we could get the "feel" of each one. We decided on the Escape and told Charlie what options and color we wanted and we would return the next day to buy it.Charlie had our new car ready and waiting for us. We took care of the paperwork and had to wait for the guys to detail it. Most of us do our homework and know what a good deal is for a specific vehicle. I emailed the Mike Castrucci Ford Sales manager with my deal offer (new F150 purchase and I had a trade-in). Bobby Castrucci reviewed my offer and accepted the offer the same day (he called me and we confirmed details of the specific truck and details of my trade). Found an Escape Titanium at a price we wanted to pay on Cars.com. When we went to Castrucci, our saleman told us write away that the only way we get that price is if we financed using dealer financing and if we had a trade in. Both of which are not disclosed on Cars.com. After a while we found the car and the battery was dead, so after being charged we took it for a test drive. There was a high pitched whine coming out of the fan motor when the AC was turned to high (it dissapears when it is turned to medium or lower). When we got back to do a walk around there were scratches on the car that would need to be buffed out. What did all this tell us? Walk away, there were three red flags... Looks like we will order one from Ford Directly and skip the Cars.com experience. Two bad experiences in one day from dealers on this site indicate No Mas!

When it came time to help our son purchase his first brand new car there was no question that we would go to Mike Castrucci Ford. We worked with a young salesman who made a serious error in judgment. He failed to disclose all of the information on the car being brought from another dealership. The car arrived, we looked at it and we were not happy (to say the least). We were very disappointed in the car and the salesman. Bobby Castrucci called and apologized on behalf of the dealership (no excuses which was refreshing). I set out on April 11th to purchase a new Ford Fusion. Our first stop was Kings Ford. They didnt have the exact car that I wanted, so they said they would order one. I was told it would be ready in 4 to 6 weeks and I needed to put down $500. After 8 weeks of waiting, I was told that it was going to be another 8 to 10 days. On the 19th day (total of 10 1/2 weeks) Kings called and said my car was ready. I rushed up in anticipation and I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw that the car was not what I had ordered. They were unwillingly to work with me and just said we obviously dont have a deal and Ill get your refund out to you tomorrow. It was obvious to me that they had sold my car to someone else. (And it took a phone call and two weeks to get my $500 back.) I was ready to say screw it and just go buy a Camaro, but I reached out to Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford. It was the best move I made through the whole process. Jim Turner emailed me back within just a couple of hours. I went up on a Saturday and within minutes; he was able to find the exact car I wanted. The papers were signed right then, and 3 days later, I had my car. They will be my first stop in the future. My experience has been one of great frustration; brought in 2006 Ford 500 for service after noticed transmission issue. $1,500.00 repair bill later the issue remained noticed next day after car pick up contacted dealer, told to bring it in few days. Accident happen next day as a result of miss diagnosed problem; this I know because I was told it would be another $1,800.00 to fix the real issue (WTF). Dealership replaced throttle body on original visit. Now stating we need to spend another 1,800.00 to replace other parts. Insurance company had an investigation and totaled the car. Dealership is taking no responsibility, which is why the title is what it is. Hope your experiences are better.

Last week I called the dealer at 800am and asked their sales hours, they said they were open starting 730am. I show up and no one is in the sales room. We go outside to look at some C-Max which we came to see. By 830am no one had greeted us, we did run into a staffer we asked a question of, but he said he was only there to mark cars for recall. We went back inside to the showroom, look for a C-Max brochure, none in stock. Still no sales folks there, then we got help from a finance guy. Told him we wanted to see a hybrid model, and showed him the dealer's website said they had 2 in stock, and those are the cars we came to see. We followed him around the various lots looking for the cars, but didnt find anything. Went to his office where he looked up the 2 hybrids and confirmed they had not been delivered, didnt know where in North America they were, but would have someone look around the dealership for them... yet the website still lists them in stock. A salesperson finally arrives and we ask if they have the hybrids, but they say they still dont know. I have to introduce myself to the salesperson (I thought they were the ones supposed to be gregarious, not the buyer). He offers to let us drive an Energi version of the vehicle so he goes and looks through the lot for about 5 minutes. He finds an Energi, but says he has to jump the car because its dead. They bring a device to jump it and move the car 30 feet in front of dealership and put in park and idling. The salesman says the car is so quiet you dont know its running... and right after he gives me directions for a test drive, the car turns off. I get in and the ignition wont turn, key in the cupholder. I have to get out and go back inside to seek out the salesman who comes out and declares that the vehicle has stalled yet again. We decide its too great a risk to test drive the vehicle to have it stall on us at a stoplight. The best advice we received was from another customer waiting for help who suggested we go to Kings Auto Mall where they have every model of vehicle in stock we would ever want to see...

We were contacted by salesman Mike Green after we used Cars.com to contact the dealership for more info about a used Jaguar with very low miles on their lot. We had no expectations going in but my husband wanted to see it and it was worth the hour drive. Mike was in contact with us to say it was still available and had it pulled by the door upon our arrival. He knew we didn't necessarily need a vehicle so he wasn't pushy. He pretty much let the car sell itself. We test drove it and came back and decided to make an offer. They didn't come down to exactly what we wanted but we got a fair price and we're very happy with it. We've had the car for a week and we wouldn't possibly love it anymore. I was contacted saying they had located the truck I was interested in, scheduled a time to go in and test drive it. When I arrived the truck had already been sold. What made it worse is they didnt even have any other trucks similar that I could look at. A huge waste of my time. The place was also littered with old styrofoam food containers and everywhere you looked there was old dried out food. Very unprofessional. If you arent spending $40000 they act like you are wasting their time.

Found my 2006 Ford expedition on Cars.com and having bad credit didn't think we'd get it. Was approved elsewhere at 24%. They got me a loan for under half that. How great. Talked to A salesman named Mike. He was very helpful with any questions I had and went out of his way to help me out. Always called me back when he said he would. Told him were in process of adopting older siblings and needed something I could depend on. He was never pushy and seemed honest and upfront. Said only thing he could find wrong with it is had a slight amount of rust on the rims. Not bad though. I went ahead and bought the truck over the phone sight unseen except for pictures. Did give a carfax report and has a 24month 24000 mile warranty. Husband and I went up there(almost an hour away) and when we saw it and drove it we were loving it. They had it cleaned and shinning. Was everything he said it was. Drove it home and it is a great truck. I would recommend this dealership anytime. I just love my expedition!!!

Bought a new 2014 Ford Fusion from Glenn at Castrucci Ford and had a great experience. Glenn and the managers helped me narrow down the exact Fusion I was looking for with options I wanted. Not only did they take the time to help me with the options and pricing, they explained to me how the options worked and what/why I needed certain options on certain packages. I did a lot of my homework online with options and packages and was still having problems understanding how it all worked. Out of the 50 plus Fusions to choose from on their lot, the exact one that I wanted with the options and the exterior color was not available. 1st, wanted to buy a Ford because they are the only US car manufacturer that didn't use government finacial assistance.Passed up several other Ford dealers in the area, chose Castrucci because they had the strongest inventory of Ford Fusions.I have never dealt with Castrucci in Milford, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Gary Plunkett (no relation to the quarterback) greeted me in the parking within a minute or two. I told him my situation and he bagan showing me cars. He selected a few that met my expectations. Gary is very knowledgeable and focused on the features and benefits that the Fusion had to offer. Negotiation was minimal, more on the car I was trading in, and the entire process was complete within 1-2hrs. Gary spent as much time as I needed to review some of the technology the Fusion has to offer. Castrucci even has calsses every Saturday, 10-11:00 for more in depth technology education.I highly recommend Mike Castrucci, and if you choose to go there, seek out Gary Plunkett. He listens, he understands and he delivers!

I called the service dept. ordered them and had them installed all with in 3 days.Now, how is that for service!! Amanda is great to work with. She was excited to see that I had bought a new vehicle. My wife and I have bought a 2003 Ford Taurus from Mike Castrucci Ford approximately 5 1/2 years ago, and just a few days ago we bought a2001 Ford Mustang convertible. Both times were excellent, no high pressure sales or number games. Also, our salesman Tony Holden, was very patient and listened to what we had to say, what we were looking for and didn't shy away from us when we told him our credit history. My credit was damaged due to a motorcycle accident caused by another person, but Tony didn't see this as a handicap. He was able to get us a great rate and a great price. We will definitely send our family and friends to see Tony when it's time for them to purchase a vehicle. Overall, the dealership exceeded all of our expectations, and this is why I give them my seal of approval.

I had FOUR awesome reviews from people I know and because it was closest to my house, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! I am the kind of person who is crazy about my car, and I didn't want to hand it over to just anyone, but I had a check engine light and it wouldn't shift, so I knew I couldn't fix it. They had my car fixed and back to me the same day. I was SO glad I chose Mike Castrucci and I would definitely recommend them. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Having a limited budget, I had visited several other dealers who only wanted to sell me higher priced cars that I could not afford.. I found several cars of interest on line and visited Castrucci in Milford. I had called ahead to make sure the cars of interest were still available and talked to Mark.. He assured me the particular car I had called on had just finished being inspected and detailed and would be waiting for me to test drive when I arrived there..When I arrived Mark was waiting and from then on it was customer service deluxe.. There were a few problems with the car but I was assured they would be taken care of and these were put in writing.. I had a few glitches on my credit report such as co- signing on my granddaughter's college loan, but they took care of working it out.. They stayed well within my budget limits and never tried to oversell me. Mark was so helpful, even arranging the return of my rental car so I could drive my new car home. He called me the following Monday and set up a time to have the issues with my car fixed..I cannot recommend this dealership enough.. From Mark to Rocky to all who helped me with this decision, my heartfelt thanks.. I should mention I am an elderly lady and at no time did they try to take advantage of that fact.. Took Ford Edge in for misfiring and jerking. Castrucci dealership determined it was computer module and vehicle needed new sparkplug wires and battery. We trusted Castrucci and agreed to the service. After the service was completed, the cd-player no longer functioned, the accessory delay did not work correctly and the sun-shield did not operate properly.Returned for service on items that quit working after they "repaired" the car. The tech stated it was "most likely due to the weather" and the second tech said "it was only a coincidence that it quit working after we worked on the car". Without any further review, they determined it wasn't their fault and we needed a new radio. They proceeded to tell us how much they could sell a new radio to us. We complained to the customer service rep and she gave us Joe Spaw's cell phone number. I called Joe's number twice and left two voicemails and have yet to receive a callback or response.Overall there was minimal effort to determine what the issue was and great effort was made to absolve themselves of blame for faulty and poor repair work. The customer service effort was poor and made no attempt at helping the customer.The original service work created more problems, the response to the new problems was "not our fault" and the customer service was non-responsive to questions and phone calls. UPDATE:We finally heard from Joe Spaw. Joe took action to make sure that the issue was resolved and that we were satisified with the results. We were satisified with the resolution of the issue. It's unfortunate that the initial experience was less than stellar. The follow up to resolve the issue balanced out the disappointment with the initial experience.

We have bought new vehicles from Mike Castrucci thru the years. His Milford Ohio Ford dealership has lost my business. When we take our ford explorer or ford pick up down for normal service. They always say there is a problem. Its dangerous it will cost you $400.00 to $600.00. But you have a credit $100.00. This is every time. When the woman told my wife she had bad lower ball joints. You need to have it fixed now your wheel could fall off. When my wife returned home. I looked at the vehicle report card. It said requires immediate attention.. We took it to another shop. We Had them check out our front end. They said eventually Its going to need a front bearing because its a little loose. They said the lower ball joints were ok. No Problems. There wasn't any problems with anything on the front end. It seems when we take our ford in for service they can always fined a problem. But to deliberately lie to an old customer. There has been other red flags thru the years. But I was to lazy to check. Shame on me. They have lost my business.

The new car management team, and sales team have become like a second family to me over the years. Some days I just stop in and visit. I am always met with a smile and a handshake from the guys. I was one of the unlucky customers to purchase the new Ford Fusion that was recalled, i had only had the car 10 days, I was very upset with the recall and did not want the car back, they were very understanding and worked out a deal for me to return the Fusion and purchased the new Taurus, which I am very happy with. I have never had a dealer be so understanding and patient with me, I buy cars to last 8 - 10 years and want to know that I have a safe car to drive, my last was a 2005 500 Hundred,I loved that car, gave it to my son, he now loves the car stills runs great.

I was looking for a Ford Edge w/ towing package. I received a good price quote on line from Mike Castucci. This & the the location near my home brought me to their dealership. Although I did not buy this exact car quoted , I felt the dealership gave a fair & comparable quote on another model Edge which I bought. I was also very happy they could get the roof rack on the vehical even though it was equipped w/ Vista view moonroof. Also they were able to use the heavier duty Thule cross bars which I need for hauling material above the car. I called Glenn to see if he had a truck i was looking for before i went to see him and this was at 10 AM. I went to his dealer and looked at a truck at about 1:30 PM, bought the truck and was out of the dealer by 4:30 PM. Experience was positive.Only issue was that the finance person (Josh) was a little pushy trying to get me to buy the extended warranty. I would have done it anyway but felt pushed to do it based on how he prepared the paperwork.

Service is grate, but when I bought a used 2010 F-150 it was dark an didn't notice that the rear tail light was busted and the bumper was dented. I went to fill up after I had purchased the truck and gave it another look over in a well lit area and saw the damage. Needless to say I took the truck back told the dealer about it and the said they would fix the tail light because it was a safety hazard. When it came to the number they said there was nothing they could do. There was no car fax saying it had been in an accident so there was no proof if it came in that way or if one of the associates had done it and not reported it. End of story is they had aggressor to try and fix it but had succeeded in making it worse so now my deal is that they would pay for half of a 600 plus bumper. That's the grievance I have. Not fixing something that could have happened on their lot.

It was about 7 months ago that we first met Jim. When we were just starting to think about buying a ford focus. It wasen't about till the last week of July that we decided to go ahead and purchase a new Focus. There was no doubt in our minds who we were going to see, Jim of course. I first sent him an email and he responded very quickly. Over the next few days Jim and I conversed via email and when we arrived at dealership Saturday night Jim was there waiting for us. We spend about an hour going through the focuses he had on the lot. After many flip flops with my wife trying to choose 4 or 5 door what color and options, she finally choose her car. Jim immediatly took to the sales office to locate one. In a few minutes he said they found it and they would do a delaer trade and have it the next day. We signed the dotted line and the following afternoon he called and we drove off with our new focus. Jim was great and provided excellent advise and overall was just great to deal with. We were lucky to have him as our salesman.

My husband and I arrived at Mike Castrucci on Sunday around 5:15 and they had just closed. Bobby was driving out and introduced himself and asked if we needed any help and also to introduce himself. He was very nice. He said he was leaving since they just closed but if we wanted to ask a few questions to go ahead. He showed us the Fusion Hybrid and my husband explained that I drive to downtown each day would a hybrid be a good car for me. Bobby said for the type of driving you would be better off with a 4 cyc. He then went a step further and said that Ford doesn't offer any rebates or discounts on the hybrids. Bobby gave us his card and my husband called on Monday to discuss the price he would offer me for my 2007 Mercury Milan. They came to a good price and Bobby found the color that I wanted. We came in on 7/24/2012 and purchased the car from Gary who was very nice and gave us a good tour of the inside of my car on Saturday, July 28th. Thanks Bobby and Gary for making my car purchase easy and no stress! I hope everyone has the same experience I do.

I decided to shop for a new truck. I test drove the Toyata Tundra, The Chevrolet Sierra, and the Ford F-150. The Ford F-150 actually won hands down. My next step was going to the Ford Dealership just about 4 miles from my house. I test Drove again the F-150 that I wanted. I asked my sales person to quote me a price, and to print something out for me. He walked away, and returned with a business card that on the back of the card he hand wrote "$5000 off sticker, $6000 off with Fin". I walked out of Walt Sweeney shaking my head, thinking to myself, I asked for a print out, and they scribble notes on the back of a business card. A friend of mine named Dave had bought a F150 from Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford OH. This dealership is 28 miles away, and a 45 minute Drive depending on traffic. I went to the Web site, and checked out the F-150s in their inventory. I checked out the inventories of other Ford Dealerships online also, including Cronin Ford, Fuller Ford, Walt Sweeney Ford, Kings Ford, Beechmont Ford, and Woody Sander Ford. I began the process of shopping for the best price, and after only one day of trying to get the best price, I had a clear winner with Mike Castrucci Ford. I received a price quote from Jim Turner that I was happy with. I then received a better price from Woody Sander Ford for the same vehicle. The difference was over a thousand dollars. I really Liked Jim, but he had just lost my business, or I thought. A little later Jim called me back, and gave me the offer I could not beat. I truly could not have found a nicer gentleman to have for car salesman. I made 45 minute trip to my New Ford Dealer. Once I arrived, Jim Tossed me the keys, and said take her for a spin while I get some of this paper work started. I did as he asked, and I absolutely loved my new Ford F-150. I came back and Jim said have some breakfast. (Jim bought me breakfast) I had two sausage sandwiches, a diet Pepsi, and made the deal. We were unable to come to an agreement on a price for my trade in, so I decided to keep it. Jim offered to keep it at the Dealership until I could come back and pick it up. The next Day I asked Jim if their was someplace close by the dealership where I could get my old car Detailed, and Jim Offered to take it their for me. I felt as if I just made a new friend, named Jim Turner. I felt completely comfortable with everyone I dealt with, and spoke to. A Great experience for buying a new Ford. At first, I was very impressed by the reply email I received expecting my visit to look at a Pre-Owned Volvo X90. But, when we found the car, it was a disaster. It had not been cleaned, included trash and school papers from the previous owner, had a bashed in "un-safe to test drive" tail light, a messed-up electronic control panel (which we easily popped into place) and topper of all...it had a ROTTEN LEMON in it. We drove and liked it nonetheless. The real lemon was the dealership though... They attempted to belittle my husband's concerns and challenged our questioning of the shape the Volvo was in. They told us any reputable dealer would make good on all the broken and dirty things...we replied any reputable dealer with advance warning we were test driving a car would have had it cleaned at a minimum and ready/safe for us to drive. They had the car for 28 days! Finally, they NEVER bothered to follow-up at all. I could train this sales staff better and regret the trek to see a car that we realy did like had they cleaned it and followed-up.

I worked with the used car sales person John Clark and he is a nice person and would do best what ever he can to get you the best deal. He is very prompt in answering your concerns and would be always friendly. Pros: Best deal, best services, good price. Cons: Jerk sales manager and his way of talking.Issues: For me the second car key is missing and John promissed me that he will get later and mail it to me. Since the Sales manager's son miss placed the key. John has no idea how to question his boss or boss's son. he has to wait till the boss's son to be back and search for the key. BUYER BEWARE(cliff notes of bad service): it appears that Brandy and Joe have a reocurring issue with clients. They don't call and update them and the client has to call them to get the updates. Not good customer service. We took our 2006 F350 Diesel into this shop for repair. The truck was making a whistle sound. We took it here because of convenience. Not so convenient now. Any way, they told us it was the EGR Valve, and then the EGR seal and it was never really the same thing when we asked about the work. We also had called Ford since this truck only had 57000 miles on it when it broke. Ford agreed to pay 40% of the repair which we were grateful for. Yes, this is a 6.0 which we now know has had major problems in the past. They told us that it would be fixed the next day, which it was not, then it was supposed to be ready the day after that and it was not. We finally got our vehicle back and drove it off the lot thinking everything was ok. WRONG! We got 1/2 mile down the road and it started making the sound again. We took it back. They worked on it and we picked it up the next day. About two weeks later, while hauling two horses in a little two horse bumper pull trailer, the intake hose blew. We had not driven the truck since we took it home the second time. Had the truck towed to Castrucci where they proceeded to tell me that this happens all the time? Give me a break, not a good recommendation for a FORD. They "FIXED" the hose and we took it home. Guess what, the whistle is back again. Maybe the fourth time is the charm? I'm so done with this crew but what or where can a person go when the work is under warranty? In addition to all of this, the oil stick got broke, and the heat shield is damaged too. Who knows what else got damaged by them that we cannot see or have not caught. This truck is a utility truck and not an everyday driven vehicle. We use it only around the farm and for hauling horses, tractors, and trailers. It is in no way over taxed or abused. Normal preventative maintenance is done on a schedule. I don't have a problem with Ford only this dealer. If I could find Mikes number I would call him. I have a Chevrolet from their Chevy dealership and love their service and sales. What's up with the Ford service center? Bad Diesel Mechanic maybe? Don't know but I'm tired of the excuses. (By the way Castrucci did discount the work 10% since it was never ready when they said it would be) I just wish I would have found this site prior to taking the truck in for service here. I would have taken it someplace else. Better Business and Facebook is my next stop if they can't fix it this time.

mark johnson notified us when the van we were interested in arrived on the lot. we test drove it, had a mechanic look it over, and decided to buy. working with mark was a pleasure. he made sure the van was detailed and the few minor issues i had were put in writing to be fixed. the service department performed the repairs the following weekend. george in finance found the best rate for us, even beating our own bank. he offered an extended warranty with no pressure to buy immediately. i researched the warranty and found it to be a good policy at a great price and returned several days later to purchase it. i have every confidence the chip we found in the windshield would have been fixed had it been noticed when we picked up the van. i highly recommend castrucci, especially mark if you are in the market for used vehicles.

. I have been a customer since 1992 and have purchased three vehicles from your Milford dealership over the years. I also have sent commercial work to you when I was the Fleet Manager at a local Company. In February of 2011, I sent my personal truck in to have the oil pan resealed and replace the front crack seal and while we had to take the front of the engine down, to replace the water pump also. Since then I have been back on the following dates related to this job: April 20th 2011, July 21st, 2011, November 26th, 2011, December 29th 2011 (twice), coolant leak January 13th 2012. While all was covered by warranty and I think we all appreciate that, but six attempts for a repair? It is still not correct!On January 16th I contacted Joe Spaw once again indicating I still have an oil and coolant leak issue. Joe indicated to come on in and we would look at it. On January 17th I confirmed with Joe that I would be in on January 18th between noon and 1PM. On January 18th I arrived at approximately 12:15PM and waited till a tech was available and we looked over the vehicle. The tech did not say anything to me once I asked what he thought other than he did not know. Joe was there when I arrived but had left. Brandi then came over and told me that the tech does not believe there is a coolant leak and the oil leak was a different issue. Is this the same tech that needed six attempts for the repair? I can understand the oil maybe a different issue. The coolant is pretty obvious that it is leaking and not residual. It leaks once vehicle warms up and if you let idle, you can see it.While I need to have this repaired, your tech and Joe does not believe there is a problem. Did I mention Joe left and did not look at? Joe seems to not be too interested in the issue (not there not able to drive or check his words). I will be taking my vehicle to another repair shop and once again pay. I have contacted the mechanics at the former Company garage and let them know of my experience and they seem concerned about sending vehicles to your location. I will be posting my experience on the following: www.facebook.com , www.linkedin.com , and file a report on www.consumer-action.org Also on another issue that I filled out regarding the 2011 Ford Escape that we purchased in July of 2011. I had never heard back from anyone on why we had to have the rotors turned by 2,500 miles and why the wheel bearing needed replaced about 6,000 miles? Sounds to me like I should probably get rid of this new vehicle if that has happened in the first six months. What do you think? I just thought I would let you know what is happening at your location with your name on it. I will be taking my money somewhere else and doing my best to steer people away from your location.

After the closing i came home and reviewed my contract and seen i have over 6000.00 dollars in excess charges that was added that i did not want added onto my loan. Last wednesday, we had to drop our ford explorer off for service, and was debating trading it in on a dodge ram 1500 that we had seen on line. Spoke with a salesman who let us look/ test drive the truck which we absolutly fell in love with. There was a few things he didn't know about trucks in particular, so he had another sales associate (who we found out later was brought in for their "liquidation sale"), who at first was very friendly, but then once we started trying to talk prices, he wanted to run our credit before we even talked price. We were not going to let him run our credit without knowing what kinda ball park we were looking at, so we had a little bit of problems with that first. Then finally he brought a figure out that was $5,000.00 higher than the internet price. We told him this, and his reaction was "I don't care what our website says, this truck is worth $3000.00 more than what we are offering it to you at now, why would we drop it even more?". At this point we were done and walked out. The next day our original salesman called us and appologized and said his boss wanted us to come back in and talk to him, and the rest of our experience was awsome. We came back in and they worked with us and was more than willing to give us the internet pricing and worked out a payment that was comfortable. I would absolutly recommend the company, just had bad service from one guy who was brought in for that sale. They also gave us a very fair amount for our trade in.

I went to Mike Castrucci Ford because I was in a messy situation and needed help bad. I had just bought a 2011 Honda Accord one week ago and it turned out the seats were so uncomfortable and caused me so much back pain that I couldn't even drive it. 1 week later and only 750 miles on the vehicle, Honda told me there was nothing they could do. Jim was absolutely wonderful and took great care of me. He was genuine and I could really tell that he was doing everything he could to help me get out of a bad situation. I knew I was going to take a loss and after a bit of negotiation, Jim and Bobby really came through for me and did their best to minimize it. They got me into a 2012 Ford Fusion with amazingly comfortable seats and a zillion more features than the accord. I know I will be very happy with my vehicle for the years to come. I'm very thankful that there are still people out there that really do care about the customer and just aren't in it to make a buck no matter what they have to do. Dan was great and comes highly recommended; very knowledgeable, understood our needs, and went to bat for us in getting a fair deal. We walked in looking for a specific car model, the Fusion S. They were sold out of all 2011 models, yet gave us competitive discount on a brand new 2012 model that just arrived on the lot. The APR was fair given the discount we were getting, and they knocked the APR down even more after we got the extended warranty. In general, they made car buying an enjoyable experience -- something I did not find from a few other dealers -- and we came away happy with the car we wanted for a fair price.

They charged me $117.15 to pair an ABS module with my truck. Told me my truck was done and the ABS lights were off. I went out started my truck to find the ABS lights were not off. Joe would not have his mechanic double check his work on the truck and told me to get my truck off the lot. Very poor customer service and Very Very poor service department. I will not use them again!

Gave me the best deal around after shopping at mutiple dealers in the Cincinnati?Dalyton area. Got me financed when nobody else could. Staff was polite and worked with me in every way possible. Considering I spent 5 years in the automotive business, I am not an easy person to please when it comes to dealers. This dealership exceeded my expectations in every way possible! John, was very informative, not pushy at all. The finance terms they were able to secure for me were unbelievable. When I came to pick up the vehicle, it was cleaned, had gas in it, the finance paperwork was ready - I was out the door within 30-40 minutes. Did I mention that when I sat down in the finance office that the numbers didn't change at the last minute? The process was fairly easy. I got the truck I wanted. Looking back I think I could have received a better price or other amenities like a tonneau cover or 20 inch wheels thrown in. The normal dealership act occurred when working out our trade in and such but that was all the sales manager and didn't have to do with Tommy.

I had purchased a Ford Escape at this dealership about 2 years ago. I have used the service department several times to get my oil changed and have had wonderful service. Amanda has always helped me. She seems to handle several tasks at one time and manages to treat me as if I am the only customer. She always has a smile on her face and is quick to help other co workers. Amanda recently helped me with getting my Sync System worked on. I have had to come in 3 times this week once to have it looked at by the service team and found out they had to have an outside company that installed it come out, they could not get there until the next day. On the second day a part had to be ordered.on the third day it was fixed. Amanda set up a driver to drop me off at work while my car was there to be worked on and always kept me informed of what was being done. She is currently helping me get new seat covers put on due to problems with the fabric fading. This has so far been covered under my warranty and she has taken care of everything for me with no hassles. I also work for a company that requires servicing others and it feels good to get great service.

He helped us understand what was going on in the market with the Fiestas, what the availability was, how we could look elsewhere for the one we want, or we could special order. The quality of the Fiesta seems great. My daughter loves it. We know that Ford can't provide too much of an incentive on the Fiesta, but we were able to use the $750 cash we recieved in the mail from the new Explorer flyer, along with the X-plan. The dealership threw in the Valuguard and lowered the monthly payment so we could afford it. We were thankful.

We have two primary issues: 1) Lack of follow-up, and 2) Poor service management. The issues date back to late Winter/early Spring 2010 in which we brought in our Minivan regarding a stalling problem. The service representative (Brandy) and technician recommended a fix. Yhey went so far as guaranteeing it would solve the problem. It did not. We escalated the issue to the service manager, Joe Spaw. Joe did not provide resolution at the time because he wanted to check with the technician (who had already left for the day). We never received a return call from Joe.We brought our minivan back in for a warranty repair and oil change the week of 2/28/11. We experienced a separate service issue (detailed below) during this visit. We took this opportunity to re-share our experience from 2010 with Amanda Campbell. She was very courteous and asked if she could have Joe Spaw call us to explore what could be done to appease the situation. Joe never called. I left a voicemail for Amanda on 3/9 indicating that Joe did not call. I finally received a call from him on 3/10. It was very apparent that Joe had not reviewed our service records and was unprepared for the discussion. He asked if he could review the records and then call me back later that same day. I have not heard back from him since.Lastly, our recent service issue is actually a recurring issue that we have seen the last three times that we have brought our vehicle in for service. Specifically, we are asked to bring our minivan in first thing in the morning. Each visit, no one from Mike Castrucci has called us to provide an update on the vehicle. On each occasion, we have had to call late afternoon to check on the vehicle status. Each time we have been told, that they have not started work on the vehicle and did not have a status report. This has resulted in the dealership keeping our vehicle overnight and our family having to scramble to make alternative, last minute car arrangements.

The salesman omitted Carfax information which revealed that the truck we were going to purchase was in not 1, but 2 accidents; and the financier/banker, employed a scolding, near-gangster style tone attempting to salvage the deal. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing from Mike Castrucci, and if you absolutely must, buy your own vehicle history, and bring your own financing. Dealing with Castrucci financing is like dealing with the Cosa Nostra.

Took vehicle in for engine and transmission issues, they didn't want to accecpt the fact that it was still under warranty, they couldn't provide me a way home for over an hour and the appointment was scheduled. Then they said they couldn't replicate the problem, but wouldn't let me drive the car for them to show what it was doing. The problem are on going, but I will not return to this dealership.
