Great experience. Nick was super helpful and made getting a great deal easy! Definitely made a customer for life. Edit. Lease return was nightmare. Returned at 16,000 on a 36,000 lease, a month early. Tim Working lied to my face about the lease disbursement fee, and they're claiming damage to the car that was not present when the car was turned in.

Alex Biddle at Mike Castrucci Ford Lincoln of Alexandria is the man. His honesty and integrity was beyond refreshing after a couple shady experiences trying to purchase the new Raptor. Even though I am ~2K miles if I Ever buy another Ford it will be through Alex! I can't recommend him enough. No BS tactics, hyper responsive, etc..

After taking one and a half hours for an oil change I was about to leave when luckily Ken noticed the service sheet said the rear brakes were at 0, which is metal on metal. The previous service said the brakes were at 6, which is half gone ( half there). How I lost that much in 5500 miles I don’t know. But if Ken would not have caught this problem my son would have been driving the truck to Tennessee the next morning with my 3 grandchildren with him. This is not acceptable.
