My clutch went out. I live a hundred miles away. A friend recommended I take it to Troy. They got me fixed up in no time and even fixed my cruise control (which hasn't worked in 7 years). Great work, fair price, speedy turnaround.

Overall we enjoyed our experience. Great staff. Even though we knew what car we wanted and had a pre-approved financial application through their company, it still took 4 hours of sitting around, which I don't understand. Love the car so far!

Customer service is severely lacking in this dealership. I work odd hours in a remote place where email is the only form of communication I am authorized to use due to the nature of work and have to take a day off of work to buy a vehicle and things of that nature (this was explained in the email). Because I was unable to "call or come by" they just stopped communicating. I'm sure the response will be "we can't find your info in our system" or "give us a call to discuss". No wonder they have vehicles sitting on their lot for months.
