Very quick service and friendly staff! Will return for future service needs and new cars when needed. We bought our last two GMC's from Mike Young, Frankenmuth! Was in again this week - for an oil change, tire balance, etc. I barely got settled in at the Customer Lounge, when they came to tell me it was all done! I was so surprised! Thanks for the great job you always do

My engine light came on in Detroit no dealer there would or could look at my car. I called Mike Young and they said they would look at it. Aaron,the service writer was so polite and calming on the phone and in person. I was given a loaner car to get back home in. They were quick and thorough with the engine repair. As a single women it was a relief to know they were there for me and willing to go that extra mile to make sure I was safe.

My wife and I have always purchased our vehicles around the metro Detroit area. There always seems to be this “Uncomfortable” feeling regarding the salespeople hawking around you. At Mike Young, it was like we walked into a friends house. Really nice friendly atmosphere. Ron Crawford met with us and he was real gentle in his demeanor. He let us take our time and make our decision on a 2021 Yukon Denali. His knowledge of the vehicle was second to none!!! He walked me through all of the bells and whistles with ease and allowed me to ask several questions before proceeding to the next one. Our experience was incredible!!! We drove off blown away by not having that bad taste of feeling bullied or pushed around with our purchase. Ron helped me order some GM accessories as well and he did all of the leg work for me. Nick in the finance department was equally helpful. He diligently worked on getting all the required docs aligned for us to complete our transaction. He was so professional!!! Great guy with a fantastic demeanor!! I called Ron when we arrived back home with our new Yukon and I thanked him for the small town Mike Young experience. Although they are approximately an hour drive away, they are my family’s new GM dealership. Getting that small hometown experience with such professionalism was so incredible!! Thank you Mike Young Staff!!!

Mike Young Buick GMC has always been synonymous with quality and customer service. Every time we've gone in for service we are greeted promptly, professionally, and courteously. What more could you ask for? The customer service area is comfortable. They provide coffee, donuts, TV, Magazines, and comfortable chairs. You really don't feel like you're wasting any time for service, it's that relaxing. This is why we drive 30 minutes to Mike Young's for service. It's why we continue to go back for the last four years.
