This review is solely based on the follow up from my initial request. In fairness to the dealership, I did contact them by phone and the person I spoke with was very helpful. My initial email request however, did not get a response and I was very interested in a vehicle they had so much so that I was getting quotes to ship it out of state where I live. Bottom line is it may be an overall fine dealership but they do need to work on customer inquiries and follow up. If you post your vehicle on a site like this then get someone to make some calls? Just a thought.

I was shopping online for a used car and saw this dealership I called to inquired about a 2013 BMW unfortunately it was available but the salesman was extremely nice and offered to get me the same car. I was impressed he called me the next day and told me he found the car I wanted he invited me to the dealership to see his inventory. I went there and saw how many clean cars they had I ended up getting a different car even though he went out of his way to get me the car I asked for, he wasn't upset at all. He made it so easy for me and Hassel free. I love my car and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a great used car.

I just bought a 2012 Mercedes C class and was overly satisfied with the experience I had. As a female shopping for a car can be a frustrating experience however here at Milan motors it was the opposite. I have been shopping for a C class for awhile now and every other dealership I went to the prices weren't what was listed. When I went to Milan motors the price was the same, they didn't try to take advantage of me because I was a female.

I had a very hard time shopping for a vehicle. Every place I went to I learned the hard way that the Internet price meant nothing and there are so many additional fees. When I stopped at Milan motors they actually kept their word and stuck to the Internet price which was very fair. They told me on the phone that the car had a few scratches on the bumper and other than that the car is perfect. They were very honest and honorable and I am very happy with my purchase. This dealership really stands behind their cars and I wouldn't purchase another car elsewhere.

I love my new Mercedes Benz ML the car was in excalent condition they provided me with free carfax report and went over all the options in the car finance was a breez even with bad credit they really got me the payments that I wanted and get this no hidden fees there where very honest people I will be sending all of my family and friends there Thanks again Milan

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Never thought buying a used car would be this smooth and easy. Staff is easy to work with and understanding. Their prices are real just like they state on their website. All their fees made sense and there was no hidden catches. Made my experience a great one.

On 2/26/15 I was looking for a reliable vehicle with a touch of quality . That is exactly what I found at Milan dealership. Manny was great, honest and overall a good guy . This is a mom and pop dealer that actually has the owners working for their money. Overall great place !!!!!

I tried to purchase cars from many dealers and had no luck. There was always a story or 3,000 dollars worth of fees added onto the prices. When I came to Milan motors they honored my price and did a full inspection on my car before they gave it to me. I highly recommend them and will send all of my friends and family there!!!!

i bought a car from milan motors i don't know if they treat everyone like that but it was so professional the salesman was very smart & helpful the finance guy got me a good deal and he was very friendly..purchasing a car these days is not an easy task that's why i strongly recommend these guys because of their rare honesty

WENT IN TO LOOK AT A USED CAR ADVERTISED ON CARS.COM. THE SALES PERSON MANNY WAS VERY PLEASANT AND NOT PUSHY . HE ALSO SEEMED TO KNOW A LOT ABOUT THE CAR.THE DEALERSHIP WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD SO FAR.

I called this dealer multiple times to get the condition of the car and if it had been in any accidents, because there was no history report available online and it looked good in pictures. I told him that I'd be driving over an hour to get there so I wanted to be sure the car wasn't in any accidents. He proceeded to tell me the history report didn't have any accidents then he started reading the report to me. So after being told the car was in great condition and hadn't been in an accident, I drove over an hour to the dealer and found that the history report had an accident on it. He told me he mistakenly read the "wrong history report" and that it was an honest mistake. 99% of me tells me he's lying and the other 1% that says he could have made an honest mistake still doesn't excuse his apathy and lack of decency and respect for me driving over an hour to a worthless car. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place is a nightmareplease dont by anything from these guys. We bought a 2006 Honda Odyssey and it was a nightmare. Battery Dead which I had to replace, then they cut me a check for my trade in which I tought was nice, because I got the cash in hand. Untill the CHECK bounced!!! Then they never got back to us after multiple phone calls, wrote us another check, I went to the bank only to find out there was no money in the account. They got a free car out of me. Please dont ever buy anything from this place. This business is unbelievable, NEVER do business with them.. Please

Very crowded lot, but very nice cars. Ended up with a Honda Element at a fair price and the car drives great! Helpful salepeople and not pushy in the least.

I'm writing a review because I wanted to share my experience with this dealership .. I recently bought 2005 Audi a6 from Milan. The car was in perfact condition and very reasonably priced .. Although I have terrible credit I had no problem getting approved. I'm very happy with my new car and ill be sure to be back at Milan for my next car !
