Randy Schmuki sold me my first Acura RDX almost five years ago, so when it was time for a new Acura I sent him an email stating what I wanted. He called me the next day and we arranged an appointment. When I came in to see him, he had exactly what I wanted. Randy is low key, never acts like he is trying to sell me something, rather that he is helping me get what I want. He is so knowledgeable about every detail of the car and made sure that I understood how to operate each button and light. We have been planning to buy a new SUV for a few months but hadn't started looking yet. We planned on looking at 4 different manufactures. Yesterday we were driving down Havana St.and saw Mile High Acura and since we had some time and Acura was one of the SUV's we wanted to look at, we stopped. We were met at the door by Tunisia Bollig she was holding the door open for us.Tunisia ask if she could help us, we naturally said we were just looking at SUV's. We ask a couple of questions and she showed us exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure! Tunisia knows her product! She answered all of our questions and was very pleasant and helpful. After an hour or so with Tunisia my wife and I decided, why look anywhere else we were shown just what we wanted and a fair price was agreed upon fairly quickly. So we bought it. After the hand shake was done we were on our way in our new SUV in less than 60 minutes. I would recommend this Dealership and Tunisia to anyone who is looking for fair prices, honest product information,great friendly, no pressure sales approach. We went to the dealership to find a good deal on a 2016 Acura since the 2017s were out. Robin was able to show us several different cars and SUVs after telling her the colors and features we did and did not want. Robin made several recommendations in order to get everything we wanted at a price that worked for us. We were able to find a 2016 Black Copper Pearl TLX Advance in our budget after working out the deal on paper. After signing the paperwork we found a scuffed door trim, a smudge on the headliner, and days after driving the car we found two hail dings on the trunk. Robin did a great job following up on all of these items to ensure they were all fixed. Some of the issues she had to address multiple times with service but she made sure everything was resolved. Unfortunately, my experience with their service department has been the exact opposite of the excellent service provided by Robin.

The sales staff was knowledgable and friendly. They clearly know their cars and all the features. My test drive with Tunisia was actually quite enjoyable, and I didn't feel in any way pressured. I felt as if I got a fair deal, and I'm quite pleased with my new TLX, although it's going to take me a while to learn all its features.

I worked with Tunisia Bollig for several days looking for the right Acura RDX. Being very particular about exterior/interior colors, condition, year, mileage, and value, I was not an easy sell, but Tunisia stuck with me. She was one of the most professional automobile salespeople I have ever worked with and was very skillful at moving me toward a great decision. We women love our cars just as much as men, but may have different priorities so it was wonderful to have that female point of view.

We could not have picked a better dealership! From the moment we walked in everyone was incredibly kind & very knowledgeable about every detail of each car that we were interested in. They helped us weigh the pros & cons like they were good friends instead of a sales team helping us. We walked in and within a few hours I drove away with a brand new vehicle (& a tank full of gas). I was somewhat disappointed when I checked in but when I was turned over to Shane Madison, all was great. Shane made sure all my concerns were addressed in a gracious and efficient manner.I had called in about the air bag recall and when I checked in and both times was told parts were slow to come in. Shane registered me so I would not have to follow up and could be confident l would be taken care of.I checked out before 9:00am, before the car wash was operating and instead of being disappointed Shane advised me he washed my car.I left Mile High feeling very pleased and greatful Shane was my Express Advisor. Customer service is becoming a lost skill, happy it exists at Mile High with Shane. Thank You

I had taken my wife's Acura TL in due to a check engine light, tighten gas cap error and the vehicle not starting when letting sit for a few days. The battery was recently replaced but the issue is on going. We were told the issue was due to one of the terminal wires being clipped in the past and allowed liquid to get inside the housing and caused it to corrosion. The cable was cleaned and oiled by the service depart and I was told that was the only issue causing the battery drain. The check engine and gas cap issue was due to an evap issue and we were told it was related to a bad gas cap, which has been replaced twice. Replaced the gas cap and the service department cleared the errors. Well upon scheduling my initial appointment my car was never looked at the first day and I had to make multiple phone calls to get an update on what was going on. Why make an appointment if the vehicle is not going to be looked at? I can understand not that exact time but not until the end of the 2nd day? I was told my vehicle would also be ready by 5 and when I called again the service advisor Max had left for the day and the individual I was speaking to said the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning. That advisor got the technician to finish the job as he knew I was already on my way to get the car. The next day after driving the car, the car had the same issues with the tighten gas cap and check engine light. I took it in and was told the next day that no issue was found after again making multiple calls. I was out of town over the holiday to come back and my vehicle has the same problem of not starting after sitting a few days, followed by the tighten gas cap. I called and left a vm over 2 days ago and still have not received a call back. This also doesn't include the "multiple issues" with my car and the main issue I asked to be addressed with my extended warranty with the fuel pump leaking. This couldn't be done due to the tech washing the car and no visible oil for the wareanty company to see and to drive for another 1,000 miles and bring back in. When I pick up my car, it was not washed and I was given a voucher for a car wash. I also explained I am on a limited warranty based upon miles but the advisor didn't seem to care.The overall experience has been very poor and if no resolution is met I will take my business else where.After my review I have worked with Mile High Acura again and the service was a complete 180. I worked with Christopher Smith, who did a phenomenal job. Christopher came and picked up my wife's car from her work and left her with a loaner, until the issues could be resolved with the vehicle. He constantly stayed in touch with me providing daily updates. He was able to resolve all issues previously mention and went well above and beyond my expectations. I DO look forward to working with Mile High Acura in the future.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the way we were treated at Mile High with one exception. Randy Schmuki, our salesman, did not engage in high pressure salesmanship; I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I would have given Mile High five stars but for one glitch; the dealership advertises online that their fees are included in the sale price, but then tried to add them in just before we closed the deal. We worked it out but this was a bit disappointing.

We had to deal with the Takata Airbag issue, and also knew we were due for an oil change after a drive out east. We were given a rental car and so far that has gone well. My Acura sat in the garage waiting for the parts and time to schedule the repair since the day I picked up the rental. When we finally got scheduled, the Acura would not start. So then on Saturday we called back spoke with Micheal, and after 3 calls got a tow truck arranged to pick up the Acura for my appointment on Monday at 8am. Monday afternoon I got a call that the tow truck driver did not leave the keys and had to take them down there before they could service the car. Tuesday all day I waited for the call from Acura that the work was completed, and even called the number that I have been using to talk with Micheal (which went to voice mail) before leaving work around 3:15. I got home and found a message from Max that the work was finished. I called Max back and asked about the rental. I was told to bring it there and Enterprise would come get it. So I went to get my car. The service department was a little busy. Mack Jarvis tried to help me. He checked me out, but gave me next to no information about why my car would not start, even when I asked him. I felt brushed off and like a bother to him. I think that a newer 2015 Acura not starting is a big deal, and thought the question was justified. I handed him the keys to the rental car and he got it quickly moved. During my interactions with him, he motioned to the lady that came in behind me , and mumbled something about how busy they were, and that the rental was taking up a parking place. Again I said that Max told me to bring it there. He quickly said something that I asked a question and he was trying to answer it, and then stopped talking about the topic. He did go get someone to help my sync my new phone to the car though as I had asked. In the meantime, the rental had been moved with all our stuff inside and no one said a word. It wasn't removed earlier because I had no where to put it until I got my own car brought out. Halfway home I realized there was stuff left in the car and had to return to get it. I was mostly concerned about the garage door opener. (I still haven't been able to sync the garage door opener to the Acura.) Driving home I noticed that my car was not vacumed or cleaned up like I was told it would be when I brought it in for the oil change. No point in arguing about that though. Clearly he was having a bad day, and I felt like he saw me as pestering customer (woman) that he did not have time for. We have always had our new cars serviced at the dealerships since they are suppose to know the specifics about these cars. Second bad mark for this dealership though where I left feeling less than a person and unimportant. My treatment was not great. I am still not sure why my car would not start and how to prevent that from happening again.

I recently traded in a 1996 Acura Integra that was previously purchased at and serviced by Mile High Acura for the past twenty years for a new 2016 Acura ILX. That car was the best car that I've ever owned and I hated to give it up. Acura builds and Mile High Acura sells and services quality cars and keeps their customers happy. I have always received great service, excellent treatment by and communication from the sales and servicing staff, and felt like I've gotten my money's worth and much more. As a long-time customer and buyer of a second Acura car, I am hoping to continue my relationship with this organization for many more years to come. I cannot thank my sales person, Tunisia, enough for her making my purchasing experience a great one. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to help out in any way, answering all my questions. Also, kudos to all the other employees that I have dealt with at Mile High Acura over the years.

In contrast to the double-dealing, incompetence of a typically greedy and ineffective sales force and finance department, the service department writers are efficient and professional, I would recommend the service department, but never the front end of the business.

Frank was great! The original gentleman that greeted me and checked me in was rude. Then, I was handed off to the expedited service desk and couldn't have been better taken care of. It was fast, I was well informed and could tell that Frank was interested in turning my impression around after I told him how I felt I was just treated. My car was turned around so fast I didn't even get to finish my lunch I had brought with me. Frank is personable, funny, and definitely knows how to diffuse what could have been a very upset client. He told me the truth, didn't perform any unnecessary procedures on my car and I was out of there in a jiffy. If I do come back to mile hi for service, and I'm not sure if I will use the dealer again, I will definitely only go to his counter!

Mile High Acura was extremely responsive to our requests for efficiency in the experience. My wife and I do not like to waste time on the experience of buying a car. The salesperson, Jeff Thornton is the the biggest reason we bought our MDX from Mile High Acura. He is a no pressure, knowledgeable salesperson. He even drove to my house after I bought the car to remove sticky stuff from the price sticker and the dealership logo off the back. He also picked my car up to have accessories put on and left me with a loaner car. I negotiated the price over the Internet. We went back and fourth a few times and based on my research I got a fair price for the the Denver area. For what it's worth, I almost purchased the car from Dan the Internet sales guy at Courtesy Acura, because it was closest to home. But, in his emails he sometimes did not pick up the conversation where we left off, which was time consuming. It was like starting the process over sometimes. But the final straw was when he sent me the offer we negotiated. A couple numbers were transposed, totaling an overcharge of about $1,000. Could have been an honest mistake, but I am pretty sure the sales manager reviews the offers that go out. My gut told me to bail and I did. I highly recommend Mile High Acura, in particular, Jeff Thornton.

I made a fair offer on a vehicle on a vehicle through e-mail communication. Salesman Jeff Thornton and GM Robert Groves accepted my offer. These gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. The transaction was quick and easy when I was at the dealership and decided to purchase the vehicle. I had a very good experience there and would recommend dealing with these two employees when purchasing a car there.

Thid team is truly outstanding. I wnet in for a software upgrade only to discover that all brake were in the Red zone at 4 pm. Dave Metzler took it on, got the job done in just 2 hours vs. 4 and they mounted my snow tires to boot! Supperior service adn quality job. I REALLY appreciate this dealership which is why I ahve been coming here for nearly 30 years...and three cars later. TOp team. I love Britney and highly recommend this dealership.

I'm 50 years old and have bought more than a few cars in my life but have never had an experience as good as I had at Mile High Acura. Matthew Heintz gently guided me through the pros and cons of each model of MDX and made the sales process a pleasure. As an example of the level of support I received; my family and I had just relocated to the Denver area and needed to return a rental car after we bought our new MDX - Matthew left the dealership on a busy Saturday and gave me a ride to the rental car return location at the Denver airport. I could not have asked for a better experience with my most recent visit to the Service area. I asked fo an appointment on a given day, and I got it. I was told they'd call me before noon with an analysis, and I think i was called before 9 AM. They later called my by 1:00 to tell me the car was ready, and the charge was exactly what they estimated.

Was surprised to learn that Mile High Acura is no longer taking reservations for service. Just drive up and walk in at your convenience. Service took a little longer than with the old traditional reservation system, but if it wasn't for Morgan Llewellin, I would not be servicing my vehicle at this dealership. Morgan has proven to be courteous in greeting upon arrival, knowledgable about the servicing process as well as vehicle parts and how they affect the vehicle's performance, and honest in evaluating a fair cost for replacement parts and whether or not the parts even need to be replaced.As long as Morgan is there, i will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Mile High Acura.

I know this is a trivial thing, but I really appreciate real cream w/the coffee in your waiting area! I hate that fake, powdered stuff and the real stuff allowed me to truly sit and enjoy a nice cup of coffee while waiting for my car to be repaired. Not sure if the next vehicle I purchase will be an Acura, but I hope so because your Service Dept. has always taken great care of me and my car.

I just recently purchased a 2015 MDX. It was my second time around with Mile High, as I had bought a 2014 MDX in late 2013. Matt Heintz took care of us for the most part both times. He was extremely personable and very knowledgable in going through the details of each car to make sure we were satisfied! We had an issue with our 2014 and Erik Traeber, Sales Manager, stood by a motto I saw at one time...."our #1 priority is to have satisfied customers". I felt I was treated fairly and, again, would highly recommend Mile High and the MDX is a very comfortable and classy SUV. Last but not least, I would give David Meltzer, Service Manager, 10 stars if I could! He is a super man of intrigity and passion for us, the customers, when we have an issue with our cars. Our experience at Mile high was by far the best experience ever at a dealership. My family has owned Acuras for over a decade, and they just keep getting better. This is the first time I have bought a computer on wheels. My new Acura TLX, which I purchased at Mile High Acura, presents a steep learning curve for me, but I am excited to have these extras--which offer top safety resources--e.g., backup camera, blind-spot and lane drift alerts, and navigation directions. My car also comes with four driving modes--economy, normal, sport, AND sport-plus! I am now looking forward to road trips to explore beyond my usual drives. Randy Paige and Matt Heintz from the sales staff spent a lot of time with me to make me comfortable with the technology--first for a test drive and then again when I came back to the dealership twice more. Their personal tutorials and followup have given me the confidence that I will be able to take full advantage of the technolgoy. I also found the financial staff supportive and helpful, making sure I understood all the aspects of the documents and agreements I was signing. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed; instead the whole process was quite enjoyable.

I purchased an Acura TL, in 2006, from Matt Heintz and because that experience was so great, I never forgot his name. Fast forward to the end of December 2014, when me TL had to have some maintenance work done on it. I was given a 2015 RDX to drive, while mine was being worked on and I fell in LOVE. Although I wasn't planning on purchasing a new vehicle, I was able to work with Matt again and drove away with my new RDX. It's always nice to work with a friendly face, especially when it is so rare to find a sales person who remains at the same dealership. (Branden is really courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his product. Work with him if you have the opportunity). Be prepared for exemplary customer service, and being put at ease with the whole process. Highly recommended. (Facility gets 4 stars - To be honest I've seen more posh dealerships but that's okay)

Travis worked well with us. He knew the car. He allowed me to check the price online. This was NOT like my previous buying experiences. Detailing left something to be desired. I believe this is because the car i bought had just gotten through the inspection. Oil was changed, but indicator said life was at 40% Wish Hard Disk Drive had been cleared. Updated maps would be nice, but over-all i'm happy with the deal.

I just drove up there to do a test drive of the 2014/2015 Acura RDX and the attitude of these guys suck. I told them I am still doing my research in the car buying and not decided yet. As soon they learned i m not buying today, their attitude was like " why waste our time?" Guys first of all realize that when there is lot of resources and research online people r just not dumb enough to come and listen to any dumb salesman and buy the car then and there. Before Investing for a 40K car, we do our due diligence and if u guys show your attitude then..you will just sit there without selling a single car of your lot FYI. This guy Matt(Dnt remember the full name- who cares anyways) dint even have the courtesy to invite us inside for 10 min at 12 noon and I had to ask him to let us inside for further talking. Not only that they dint even honor my gift card for the test drive and gave a crap reason that it expired. Anyways there are 4 Acura dealerships in Colorado. From now on, I will just assume there are only 3. Mile High does not get my business anymore.

Our experience during my purchase of the 3rd Acura at Mile High Acura was excellent and the service I received during the purchase was of the highest quality that could be expected. Matthew Heintz demonstrated excellent knowledge about the car I intended to purchase, and was able to explain the operation of the features, even though it seems the latter get more and more complicated all the time. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful, from service all the way up to the management team. Overall, my experience was very good, even though initially slightly rushed considering the circumstances, which had more to do with the fact that we arrived not thinking that we were going to purchase a car at the time. But the management team was very good at convincing us we should purchase, considering the deal we were able to get on the 2014 model, combined with the trade-in, even though we did not feel pushed into the deal, which we considered very fair. We would work with this sales team if there are future needs.

Very disappointing. I'd been to this dealership for service for years. When it was time to trade in the MDX, the sales people were extremely disappointing. They don't quite understand the information age and only want you to come into the dealership. Questions about price take multiple people and multiple trips to the GM's office to get answered.I ultimately emailed the salesman saying, in part, "in the future, please try not to treat a customer like a criminal when he wants to take an MDX home to see if it fits in his garage. Also, when a customer is shopping via the internet, it's critical to provide as much information as possible beyond just insisting I come into the showroom. Finally, after you insist that I come into your showroom, it's a terrible response to tell me not to come on a Saturday because you will be busy."The tragic part is that when I started looking to replace an older MDX, we thought we'd receive outstanding treatment since we've been to this dealership for service multiple times over the past few years. I was SO completely wrong.

I stopped by to do some more research on an RLX at around 6:45PM on a Monday. I was going back and forth between the RLX and MDX. We talked about the features of both vehicle and I gave Matt some information about what I was looking for etc. He suggested that I drive the RLX, so we did just that. After we got back we did the typical see what your trade is worth. A manager, to whom I can't recall came out and talked with me about the trade. So after awhile Matt had me seated at his desk asked what number can he get back to me at. I asked, So are you send me on my way? He said yes, we can't really get an exact number and we want to get you more money. He said they can't get a hold of the Toyota dealer. My response was, so you have a customer here that is serious and you are sending me away? He then brought about a car that I looked at one of their competitors. I thought this was unprofessional. (I still have no idea how they knew this) Turns out it was approaching 8PM and I got the impression no one really wanted to work the deal and they wanted to go home!i then got up, had a few choice words and stormed out! A few minutes down the road, I get a call from the manager apologizing etc. So two days later I get a call from Matt apologizing and said they got $2000 more for the trade. Great. However, they did not have the car in stock (color etc). So really didn't matter. It was a pleasant conversation and all. I have already decided that I would not give them my business. I believe first impressions are important. They already lost me on that Monday night. I ended up buy the car I was looking for at a nearby competitor.

We've owned our 1998 Acura TL for 12 years but since the mileage was getting close to that 100k we decided it was time to look for a replacement. Our search started on Cars.com. An Acura RL with very low miles listed at Mile High Acura seemed like something we were interested in. Upon our arrival we met our salesman Matthew Heintz he was outstanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the differences between the Acura RL we were looking at and compared it to the Mercedes, Audi and BMW models we were also considering. But once my wife drove the RL it was all over. The entire experience from the time we arrived at the dealership to the time we drove home the new used car was a pleasant.

I just had one of the best shopping experiences ever - and it involved buying a car! Matthew was very attentive - listened to everything I said about what I was looking for in a car and then walked me through the features of the car in detail. He knows his "stuff" inside and out and had an answer for every question. He was very good about asking if I had questions and then addressed all of them. The paperwork process was painless and I was quite surprised about how little time it took to trade in my car and buy a new one - 3 hours from start to finish - when I came in not really knowing if I would buy one or not. There was no fooling around with numbers either. He gave me a deal I could live with and I got an excellent car for the money. I will definitely ask for Matthew the next time I buy an Acura.

I dealt with both Matt and Peter on this visit, and found both to be extermely professional and knowledgable about the RDX I was looking to purchase (I did end up buying a 2014). They were able to answer all my questions and throughly explain things. There was no high pressure tactics, and the process of buying was very simple and streamlined. Everyone at the dalership acted in a highly professional manner, including the business manager. I highly recommend this dealership, and in particular these two salesman.

When we first walked into Mile High Acura we were just shopping, we were greeted by Peter Fischer and he completely understood we weren't looking to buy that day and we're shopping around. Peter explained everything about the RDX that we were interested in. On our second visit Peter allowed us to take a test driving dealing with our brand new baby crying in the back seat. His patience and thoroughness was extremely helpful, now we just need to become comfortable using all the systems this car offers. Recently purchased a used Acura and after this super cold (Bronco playoff) weekend, I discovered that the original battery needed to be replaced. Fortunately, the car was still under warranty so the new battery was covered! Service department was great and took care of me right away. I called in on a Tuesday evening and the service was completed the very next day! Don was very courteous, efficient, helpful and professional. What more could one ask for? I was very pleased with the new car buying experience provided by Matt. I have never been a big fan of the process of buying a new car and he made it as easy as possible. The customer service was outstanding. He was very respectful and helpful during the whole time. I loved how he brought the car into the showroom and went through every feature in the car. He programed the car settings, blue tooth, etc. They he called me several times after the purchase to make sure everything was OK and if I had questions. He did everything he could to give me the experience I was looking for.

I never felt any pressure and he was able to answer all my questions and worked with me to get the right RDX. His knowledge of the vehicles and the functionality of the technology was a bonus, he spent over an hour with me making sure I understood how everything works. He really does go above and beyond which made this experience so easy and simple. The vehicle is all I expected and then some, I'm really pleased at the performance and comfort of this 2013 RDX, we are really enjoying it. This was my WORST car buying experience ever! It took me 7 hours to leave with my truck. Unless if you plan on going there and bowing down to these turds don't expect any kinda respect whatsoever! It took 4.5 hours after the deal was finalized and agreed on. This dealership is the most unorganized dealership I have ever stepped foot in! Way too much standing or sitting around, especially since they were extremely slow on this day.ALSO!!!!! WATCH THE FINANCE GUY!!! He was trying to sell me a warranty and would switch my interest rate on his computer screen to a much lower rate to make the payment seem not so bad and switched it back when I asked what my normal payment was! THIS LOOKS FRAUDULENT TO ME!!! I will be contacting Honda Motor Company about this finance guys tactics! His name is Georges "G" something. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A PLACE!FYI: The Service Department is excellent to work with!!!!!

Purchased a CPO 2010 MDX where Matt Heintz made himself available to assist after I had researched the model/color on the Internet in advance and showed up to the dealer without an appointment. The overall purchase went very smooth as Matt did a great job going to bat for me with his Sales Manager on my trade in and price. As you will see on his profile, he has been with Mile High Acura for a long time hence brings great knowledge and experience when it comes to the Acura product line and the sales process. MYTH: Everyone loves a new car but everyone hates the process of buying one. Mile High Acura debunks this myth. My first experience was the purchase of a TSX in 2007. There was no pressure and the staff went through everything piece by piece and we didn't move on until all my questions and concerns were answered. Over the next 5 years I serviced my car at the dealership and everone always greets you with a smile and recognizes you from before and they even remember personal details about you even though I was only there once every 6 months. Now it's 2012 and it was time to trade in my still perfect TSX for something new. I evaluated every vehicle manufacturer and more than 15 dealerships with what they had to offer and I kept coming back to Mile High Acura because I felt very comfortable there and, more importantly, I trust the staff to treat me respectfully and fairly. Now enters Amanda Sittner, a wonderful addition to the team that I hadn't met before. She led me through every step of the process with clarity, precision, and had my best interests in mind when explaining different models, features, packages, etc. I ended up purchasing a 2013 RDX which I absolutely love. For me, the service is just as important as the vehicle. Ask yourself this, "besides family and close friends, who can you really trust?" For most of us that is a very short list but I'm proud and outspoken to have Mile High Acura on my list!

Mathew took a lot of time at delivery to thoroughly go through the features and functionality of our new Acura TL. Robert Groves was extremely helpful during the brief negotiation period and also very pleasant and professional throughout the entire experience. Luke Lucas was very experienced in the finance department during our leasing paperwork, and was also very timely(very appreciated) in getting through the paperwork and into our new car. We will recommend our friends and family to Mile Hi Acura and to these professional gentleman now and in the future. Being the indecisive Libra female that I am- I felt extermely sorry for any salesman that had to deal with me during my 2 months worth of recon trips. But I met my perfect match- MATT Heintz at Mile High. I bought my first honda from mile high ten years ago and had a great experience then. But working with Matt as far more than what I expected. The first day I went to research some cars, I was greated by Matt. Not only was he cute, he was professional, knowledgeable and most of all patient! Matt let me test drive several cars. He kept in touch during my weeks for research, but not in an annoying way- it was super refreshing. He was honest with me about all of the cars on the lot, and did not pressure me too look at more expensive cars. Needless to say I finally made my decision on October 6th at 9pm right as the dealership was closing... Matt and Luke (the finance manager) stayed there until 11pm while I figured out my next steps. The next morning I was greeted with hot coffee, a fresh set of paperwork and an AMAZING interest rate considering my subpar credit score - thank you Robert Graves! Matt educated me on my vehicle before I left the dealership and has been in contact since. Matt is a master of his craft. Matthew Heintz took the prerogative to call us a few months before our lease was up, in order to review our options. We stopped in and he made us such a great offer on a new lease, we couldn't refuse. We walked off the sales floor with a new car and a lower monthly lease payment than our "old" lease. The icing on the cake, and really one of the top reasons we will return to Acura, and specifically to Matthew, is that he drove an hour each way to our home to drop off a loaner while he returned with our new car to the dealership to have all the accessories installed. Six hours later he was back to pick up the loaner and deliver our finished MDX. Service above and beyond!!!

When My wife and I went to the Acura dealership, we had not planned to buy a car. We were looking at different cars at different dealerships that we wanted to consider. Acura was on our list. John met us at the door with a very pleasant personality and showed us two vehicles. He was very thorough in explaining all the features, including safety features. Then we went for a drive and he continued to talk about all the good features the Acura has. After we returned to the dealership, we went to his desk and he showed us a comparison with other vehicles we were considering and we decided to stop looking. We made Acura our choice. John did a fantastic job convincing us that our Acura was the best choice for us. Also, after the sale John followed up with us to find out if we needed any further instructions of information. And, he offered to assist us at anytime if we needed information or assistance. Also, we had some items added to our vehicle and he followed up to insure we were taken care of. The service and treatment we received from John was the best we have ever received from a Car dealership in over 50 years. John should be commended for his knowledge of the vehicle and excellent and friendly personality in dealing with people.Jean did an excellent job handling all the documents required to finalize the deal. More documents were required than what is required to get a mortgage. However, Jean took the time to explain each document and he was very patient and friendly. Also, he extended the sales process by convincing us to purchase the extended package for our vehicle. Jean did an excellent job explaining and completing these documents. He too should be commended for the excellent job he did with us.Brittany did an excellent job scheduling and completing the additional items we had added to our vehicle. She too is very friendly and committed to making customers feel comfortable and good about the high level of service your dealership provides.Acura should be very proud of these employees and commend them for their contribution to the success of the dealership.The Sales Manager Bryan was also very friendly and pleasant to work with. We bought a new Acura MDX for my wife through one of the big-box club buying programs. We have long-preferred this method because it takes the negotiation out of the car-buying process. Once you know, to the penny, how much your car will cost, then your interaction with the sales staff becomes much, much easier.Matt Heintz made the process even more customer-friendly by telling us all about our car, showing us the multitude of features it offered, and letting us take a test drive that put the vehicle through its paces. All the while, never once did we feel like he was trying to "sell" us on anything. The lack of high-pressure was a welcome respite from the typical car-buying experience.I would highly recommend the buying experience offered by Matt and the sales staff at Mile High Acura.

Particularly want to recognize Brittney Waters for somehow squeezing us in to her same day service log and not only diagnosing the problem, but providing a same day fix. We were traveling through the area from out of town and were in a pickle with a major breakdown. Brittney was incredibly accommodating despite a service schedule that was fully loaded. This was my first vehicle that I was purchasing on my own and I was quite nervous about the overall experience. However, I was able to enjoy the experience as I was treated very well and received great service from John and the rest of the team. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle and had narrowed our initial list down to 5 or 6 vehicles based on Consumer Reports studies. We were partial to the Acura based on a driving experience a couple of years before. John greeted us as we walked in, showed us a car and had us in a demo in about 10 minutes with no problems. He explained many of the details of the different levels of car avaialable in the Acura MDX and took us on a demo drive that highlighted the benefits of the car. He also provided us a brochure that we looked at later. We also liked the explanation of how the "negotiation" worked (basically a set price over invoice) that made it very easy to make the decision later. After test driving a few more cars, we narrowed it down to two. We test drove the other car and were not impressed and returned to Mile High Acura. John again took us on a test drive and that was the final point in our decision. The sales, financing and the post-sales experience have all been terrific so far.

Evan Lucas was friendly, efficient, and explained all the paperwork we went through. The sales manager was nice also. The only thing we would have changed is the length of time it took to complete our purchase.

I found my car on the website and sent an email to the dealership. Within 20 min I had a call from Brenda and we set up a time to do a test drive. Upon arriving I was greated by Randy who had the car pulled up and ready to drive. I have a 5 year old so I needed the process to be quick and easy. We moved the car seat in and went for a drive. I fell in love the car but was at a point that I needed to get my son home for a nap. Brenda and Randy arranged for me to be able to take the Acura home while an appraisal was done on my car. We were able to work through everything over the phone so when I arrived to purchase the car, the paperwork was done. I walked in, signed papers and took my car home. This process could not have been any easier. Every person I came into contact with at the dealership was kind and warm, not only to me but to my son as well. Buying this car was a fun and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Randy and Brenda, as well as Mile Hi Acura!

It was a pleasure to purchase my new RDX from Matt! In my initial test drive visit, he was very thorough in pointing out all the features of the vehicle and answering my queries. I was relieved when he understood that I was not going to be making a buying decision at that time and that I was only interested in checking out the RDX and going for a test drive that day. He didn't pressure me, try to hold me hostage or chase me out to my car as I was leaving...which was something that I had just experienced at another non-Acura dealership! When I decided that I did wish to purchase the RDX, Matt was great in all aspects...from reviewing my trade-in, the purchase price of the RDX, going through the options and all the paperwork, and finally, ensuring that the seat and key settings were synced, etc. Matt has been following up to see if I have any questions or if there is anything else he may assist with, and that is very much appreciated.I then returned a couple days ago for the installation of the options, and Brittany in service was also a pleasure to deal with. She efficiently processed the paperwork and had me on my way in a loaner vehicle very quickly. We had been looking for a different SUV for the past few months, but my husband and I could not decide on which car and we had not really loved any of the dealerships that we had visited. The two main vehicles we had on our radar were the Acura RDX and the Nissan Murano. In the end, the Acura felt more reliable, the warranty was great (4 years, 50,000 miles from the day we purchased the 2010 RDX), and the car is so much fun to drive (I love the Turbo)! Matthew Heintz was great and definitely played a part in our purchasing the RDX the day we went in. He was nice, never pushy, and was very transparent and honest during the price negotiation. The attitude of other salespeople had turned myself and my husband off from other dealships, leaving us walking away feeling as though people were trying to swindle us. However, we never felt this way at Mile High Acura. We feel happy with the price of the car and the price of my trade-in, and are excited to have purchased my car from the Mile High Acura dealership since everyone is friendly, including the service people, and always willing to help in any way they can.

Mile High Acura's service department was the best I have ever encountered. Mark and the other service employees always took the time to explain the various services for my vehicle. They maintained a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness that I have not experienced anywhere else. In addition, the prices I was quoted and service recommendations were always fair and in line with maintenancing my vehicle given it's age and usage. In summation, the services provided for my vehicle at Mile High Acura were exceptional, and I would make a recommendation to anyone needing services or a vehicle to this location.

One of the sleaziest dealerships I have ever been too! I went in to help me make a decision on my next car. After an hour when I had to leave, they put up a fight to get me to stay and kept giving me lines insisting I have to buy the car right now. Since leaving, I have gotten three postal letters, countless e-mail and phone calls, even after telling them to stop calling me. They keep using lines like, you have to come in today or your trade in wont be accepted anymore. They keep saying the are my friend, and trying to help me out, and then quoting numbers which are clearly inaccurate. I have looked at many cars in my search for my next car and this is the only dealership where I have encountered any pressure or any sleazy lines. I do like the car, but this makes me want to go elsewhere to buy it. After repeatedly telling them to stop contacting me I fell like I should be reporting to to the BBB rather than Dealer Rater.

All of the employees are so nice and welcoming. I brought my 2003 Acura TL in for service and was greeted immediately by all of the service employees. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to take the courtesy shuttle, and the Mark Jarvis had arranged for a courtesy rental for me. Mark is always very attentive and makes sure my car is taken care of and I never have to wait longer than I am expecting. I know that my Acura is in good hands when I go to Mile High Acura. I highly recommend their service.

Matt is an incredible sales person, and a valuable part of your company. We are return customers and will only deal with Matt because he always goes out of his way to make sure we are treated with the utmost respect and taken care of. He always has what we are looking for out and waiting for us to drive and choose between. The buying a car process has been a pleasure. We have used Mile High Acura for many years now and keep purchasing our cars there because of the outstanding service and personnel at the dealership. Follow-up service and car maintenance service is high quality and performed in a timely manner.Corey Robertson accompanied me to test drive several models and did a very clear and concise job explaining the features of each. When I picked up my car he did a very thorough explanation of the features and has followed up to make sure everything is working well. I will meet with him again this week to fine tune some questions I have.Yuri (head of dealership) always gives us a lot of personal attention and makes sure we are happy with our new car decisions. Randy Schmuki (sales) made sure that I had all my paperwork in order (handled by Robert who did a great job) and explained the different features of the 2 models I was considering. He has followed up to see if I am enjoying the car so far or need anything.We have referred several friends over the year to Mile High and this dealership has a very good reputation in the Denver area.

My husband and I recently purchased a new 2011 MDX from Corey Robertson at Mile High Acura. Corey was extremely knowledgeble about this vehicle, as well as very friendly and professional. He spent plenty of time explaining how everything worked in the vehicle and setting up personal preferences for me, which was really nice. I didn't need to come home and read the manual for hours trying to get everything set up. We were also introduced to the sales manager, service dept., and the finance gentleman, and they were all very friendly as well. Matthew was both friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to test drive an Audi TT I had found on the internet. After a great test drive I decided to work through the numbers with Matthew. I ended up getting a fair price and a good dollar amount on my trade. In the following weeks I had some follow up questions and needed an extra key. Matthew was able to find the key for me and has been available for questions any time. I wouldn't have any problems recommending friends and family.

Went to Mile High Acura. After test drives, we attempted to purchase a used 2010 TSX (dealer-owned program car). Sales manager "Brian" started by offering us price that was above their internet-listed price, then he claimed published price on Internet "was not in effect yet", even tho it had been on the internet several days at that point. Woulnd't negotiate in good faith. We made a bona fide offer which he refused. We left, then came back and increased our offer by 1/2 of the $500 difference beteween us. They wouldn't meet us half-way. We walked out again, went to Courtesy Acura and bought a new TSX at a fairer price.What a bunch of bozos. We won't go back to that dealership.

Top notch service. No complants. Service was limited to installing options, including towing package and hitch and floor mats. My wife delivered the car and was provided an LDX to use for the day. She was very pleased with the prompt and coutesous service she received.

The only reason I don't give a "5" rating for the dealer is because I simply like to leave a little room at the top for a truly exceptional experience. I probably already have had an exceptional experience. Maybe a little selfish I know, but what if I have a truly unbelievable experience in the near future and I can't leave room to give Mark Jarvis a "5" then? Mark and the staff already deserve a "5" but he always seems to get better.Case in point: I recently had an issue where my 3.5RL (2000 Year Model) would not start. Luckily the car stalled at home. I called Mark and said I potentially have an emergency that may require a loaner car and that I would have Triple A tow the car to Mile High Acura. Mark actually diagnosed the problem over the phone and added that he had the same problem not to long ago but wasn't lucky enough to have it happen at home. He was dead on with his diagnosis. He said he would let me know when the car got to the dealer and whether or not it would need to stay over night. In that event he would have a loaner ready but thought the problem could be repaired the same day. Everything went smoothly.Before I found Mark Jarvis and Mile High, my wife had taken the car to another Acura dealer and they gave her the runaround and a long laundry list of repairs that needed to be done. The way they treated her left a bad taste in my mouth. I told her that I would take the car to another dealer for a second opinion. That's how I came to Mark Jarvis and Mile High Acura. Mark and his team did find some problems but what I appreciated was that he presented the problems in a prioritized format in terms of time and budget. That left me feeling good about how to approach the repairs and just as importantly he communicated everything in a efficient, professional manner which displayed his knowledge and experience.Don't let him leave the dealership either for another position or for retirement, ever.Thank you,Andre Hodlewsky

I had my Legend serviced with Mark for the four years I owned the vehicle. I was extrememly satisfied with the work they performed, and more importantly, felt safe that the car would be reliable. I paid a decent price for the repairs, yet he worked very haard to get me the best service price. Although I paid hundrends on the preventative maintenance, that was a small price for the peace of mind knowing that Mark was honest with me and the repairs were impecable.

Let me begin by saying that Mark Jarvis is amazing in all aspects of his job. First, when my car was being serviced and my wife went into labor, Mark arranged it so that I did not have to worry about returning the loaner and made sure that I had a working vehicle to take to the hospital and to be with my wife and baby daughter. Second, Mark has been servicing all my family's Acuras for as long as I can remember to the point where when we go in for a service it is actually like visiting a family friend. Also, Mark is the reason why I bought my last Acura because I knew he would be able to help me with service and advice honestly. Finally, it is hard to trust most people nowadays in the service industry but not in Mark's case. He is a man of integrity always going above and beyond. Mark Jarvis provides destinctively personal service when I bring my 2003 Acura TL to Mile High for periodic service. He follows up on all work performed to ensure I personally understand what service must be performed and what can be delayed. In the case of a motor mount he told me how I could save money by waiting until the timing belt was changed to have the motor mount also changed at that time.

In my many years as a car owner, I have never had the exceptional service that I consistently experience with Mark Jarvis and the Mile High Service Department. Mark is always prepared to answer my often inane questions with patience and understandable information. He explains the necessity for the current service and also helps me to anticipate any future service visits. He has represented me with Acura with a premature transmission problem that Acura then replaced, and genuinely looks out for the interests of his customers. Additionally, he performs his job with good humor, friendliness, and knowledge. Because of Mark and the service department, I will definitely look at other Acuras for future car purchases.

There were a few times where I brought my car in without an appointment, and Mark was always able to accomidate me and supply me with a LOANER car. Any questions I had were always answered clearly. Great Service, Great Personnel, and a great product. Mark treated me as if I was his only customer.

Mark has been outstanding and i have worked with him for years since i bought my car 10 years ago. This is my second Acrua in the last 22 years. I am the one who takes the cars to have regular service work done and to have any repairs looked after, which are very few. Each time I go the service department Mark knows my name, has the paperwork ready, and gives me an estimate of how long it would take. He makes sure that I am informed of issues with the car that need my attention, and is always ready for alternatives. Mark is a friend as well as greatm service rep.

The service has been responsive and reliable, but most importantly to me has been the ability to work with 1 person who knows me and I can connect with. Mark Jarvis, is the reason that I keep coming back to Mile High. I feel extremely comfortable with him and he has bent over backwards to make me feel important to the company. I can get my car worked on almost anywhere, but I cant get the great customer service anywhere!

I have owned several cars and dealt with many dealerships in 6 different cities. Hands down the best service experience I've ever had was at Mile High Acura. And specifically with Mark Jarvis. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel pressured to get additional things done to my car when I would bring it in. In other dealerships they put the high pressure on and guilt you into doing additional work that may or may not be absolutely necessary. I also like that Mile High offers a courtesy shuttle and a welcoming waiting area. Everyone is very friendly and they also make a follow up call the day after your service to see how everything is. I would absoultely recommend this dealership and especially Mark Jarvis.

I have been a Mile High customer since 1986 and have purchased two vehicles, the first a 1986 Legend. At first the service department was vey negative--told us the 1986 Legend was a lemon. But then that changed and I have been treated very well. Especially since Mark Jarvis became my Service Representative. And this has covered all aspects of my current Acura, batteries, tires and maintenance, suspension, fender bender repairs, heater/radiator replacement, window washers and wiper blades, quarterly lube and safety inspections,i.e., all aspects of keeping my vehicle safe and secure. Mark explains everything in terms I can understand and treats me like a valued customer, making me feel secure in dealing with Mile High. I think Mark is a very definite asset to Mile High. I have been asvised to go to cut rate repair shops, but I have utmost faith in always working with this dealership. While waiting for service I have observed Mark with other customers and he is the epitome of what a service representative should be. He is not only an order taker, he is a specialist in automotive repair--can tell what is needed just by observing or listening and then confirming with the experts in the maintenance department. He is special. Please appreciate him as much as I do.

I have a good relationship with Mark Jarvis, and feel well taken care of on every service visit! I am recognized when I come in, and feel welcomed when I am there. I have had many different brands of automobiles over time, and one thing always seemed to be a constant - if I continued to take it to the dealer for regular service, then something always came up that drove the price of even a routine visit to hundreds of dollars. It was either bad products or - more likely - a service department that was measured and paid on how much service, whether needed or not, that they could sell per visit.When I went "upscale" with my first Acura, and started dealing with Mark, that all seemed to change. The vehicles (I now have 2) seemed to run fine with just regularly scheduled work, and when I did need something above that, Mark was great at explaining whey it was needed, what the urgency level was, and if there were any alternatives. This has continued over 12 years, so I now know that most of my visits will be for what I planned, and only a few will "need more" as all cars will from time to time. In addition, Mark has become a good friend that is easy to visit with. That means that visits for regular service are enjoyable, the amenities are great, and I know that I will be paying for only what my car needs, not what some quota dictates. I am a person who is not shy about complaining when I get poor service, so it is a pleasure to discuss really good service. I highly recommend the dealership in general and Mark in particular.

I bought my second Acura in 1998 from Mile High and have had it serviced over the past 14 years by Mark Jarvis and have found him to provide exemplary service. He explains thoroughly the problem with my automobile and describes exactly how it will be repaired; He doesn't hesitate to bring the mechanic out to explain in even more detail the work that is being done on my car. My first experience with Mile High Acura was in 1987, my first 1987 Acura which I kept for 12 yrs. The next was 1994 Integra, that's when I met mark Jarvis and have dealt with him ever since. My current Acura is a 2006 RSX which I love and again, Mark Jarvis. His professionalism is top notch and a great personality. He's a great spokes person for Mile High Acura, very knowledgable. Acura should be proud to have him on board.

Mark is the perfect example of "Employee of the Year". I've been in customer service for over 30 years myself and to see the way Mark treats his customers or to be one of his customers is an excellent experience. Mark goes above and beyond the call of duty, he makes sure your kept up to date on the progress of your car while in the comfortable waiting room or if I've dropped my car off he will always call me during the day. He is professional and carries such a positive attitude that it is actually "fun" to bring my car in to have service done. He takes "one on one" time with his customers and that in itself makes you feel like someone special. He will take the time to explain the service departments recommendation on fix up or repair in a manner that one can make a sound decision on what might be the 1st most important item to fix (because of cost) - and that is a major reason I trust Mark and Mile High because I don't feel "ripped off". I have no problem recommending Mark to my Acura friends and many have called upon him and have been just as satisifed, so Thank you Mile High for having employees such as Mark!

Everyone there takes the time to explain exactly what has to be done in terms that someone who knows almost nothing about the inside of a car can understand. If Acura gave an annual award for service excellence by a service representative they would do well to call it a JARVIS. Mark greets you with a smile in expression and manner; listens closely while noting in detail your concerns; volunteers a rough estimate of the time required and expense involved in those cases where the service to be provided is known ahead of time; brings the unwelcomed news about time and cost with the bedside manner of a hospice physician; moves you through the "check out" process smoothly with all charges explained in detail along with a reminder of the next service recommended by Acura.The service performed at Mile High on the car is of the highest quality also. I have had my Honda or Acura serviced there for over 20 years and I have never had to bring the car back because it was improperly or incompletely serviced. Mile High Acura runs a service department you can trust.

This dealership services our 2 Acura's. Mark and the service group provide the very best of service. We are treated as friends when we come in. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what our options are. If they see something that needs to be addressed other than what we came in for they call and let us know what is going on and let us know our options for service. They always give us an estimate on what it will cost and if it critical that we have it done now or we can wait on the repair. This service is what built our trust in the dealership. When we are ready to replace our vehicles this will be our first stop.Mark is the best! He always has time to answer questions and gets us through our pick up as quickly as he can.

I've been visiting Mile High Acura dealership for the last 2 years since purchasing 2009 TSX from them. They were great at the purchase stage when I was talking to them and the other Acura dealership and I continue to have great experience with them with all service and maintenance requests. I've been working with Mark Jarvis, service advisor there, for a while and always receive awesome customer service and feel welcome. Mark always keeps me up to date on the repair/service status and very flexible to accomodate my schedule on when I need to drop or pick up the car. I never had a problem to get a loaner while my car is in service there and, on one occasion, when they needed to keep car longer, Mark just extended my loaner without me coming there until they got all required parts.So far I am very happy with this Mile High Acura dealership and would like them to keep their quality standards high and customer service to stay excellent!Volodymyr

I live in Castle Rock and looked at cars at another dealership before I purchased my TL at Mile High in 2005. The otehr dealer was closer to my home but I was treated better at Mile High so I decided to purchase from here. After I purchased my car I decided to remain at Mile High for service in hopes that the customer service in that department wsa going to just as good. I first worked with Brain who was fantasic to work with, then with Mark Jarvis for a short period of time and now I always schedule with Charlie who is as good as Brian (to be as good as Brain is saying a lot). This being said, after Brain left I almost found a service department closer to my home but after working with Charlie I decided to remain a customer at Mile High. Customer service is a big deal to me, thank you to Mile High for givign such great service!

I purchased my Acura 2001 CL Type S from MileHigh in 2001. I have all of my service done at MileHi and usually deal with Mark as my service advisor. Mark delivers excellent service and is a true professional. All of the service advisors deliver excellent service. I have never had a problem in scheduling an appointment. When the service is going to take a least a day or longer I usually get a dealer loaner. I find that service pricing is usually competitive with other dealers/auto service shops. This is my second Acura and will be lookig at new models when the time comes to trade. Also, I appreciate the senior discount on services.

I bring my MDX to Mile High Acura for all its maintenance and repair needs, in large part because of the service provided by Mark Jarvis. Mark is always friendly, helpful and reliable. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that I understand what repairs my vehicle needs, how long they will take, the cost of the repairs, and the best course of action in the event there is a choice to be made. Mark also works around my schedule so that the maintenance or repairs can be completed with little interruption to my busy schedule.

He makes appropriate recommendations and I totally trust his judgment about servicing issues. The quality of work by the mechanics is also excellent. Finally, can't beat Mark's personality and personable style, which makes it a joy to work with him. He is a real asset to the dealership.

I thought the customer service was outstanding. I had to visit the service department due to remote key problems. Although no resolution was found, the auto technician and the customer service representatives appeared to do everything in their power to attempt to find the problem. A subsequent appointment was scheduled for a second opinion, but I do believe the individuals that worked with me that day did everything they possibly could. I was only charged for issues with the car that were repaired. I was not charged for the extra 2.5 hours of diagnosis and troubleshooting the Mile High Acura personnel completed on the car. Thanks for the help.

We have had a long association with Mile High Honda (to service our 1986 Honda Accord) and then another long association with Mile High Acura (when we purchased our 2001 Acura MDX). We have always felt that service received from Mile High Honda and Acura was very good. Within the past few years we were fortunate to work with Sr. Consultant Mark Jarvis at Mile High Acura; who has singlehandedly moved our experience from good/very good to excellent. Mark has done this through his wonderful personality, his friendliness, his expertise, his reliability, and especially his integrity. We have never felt that Mark tried to up sale us in any of our service visits to Mile High Acura; that he has ever tied to increase Mile High's or his own profits by recommending services that might be unnecessary. I have two Acura vehicles. Neither was purchased at Mile High Acura because they were not price competetive. However, soon after buying the first one, I had a problem secondary to significant damage to the underside of the vehicle from road debris. My vehicle was towed to Mile High as it was he nearest dealer. The bad luck of the damage was countered by the good luck of meeting Mark Jarvis in the service department. I found a man who is articulate, knowledgeable and motivated to deliver the finest possible customer service. There was no doubt that I wished to continue my service at Mile High. I chose to buy another Acura and Mark referred me to a Mile High salesperson. However, once more Mile High was not price competetive so I bought the second Acura at the same dealership where I bought the first. I immediately chose to bring that vehicle to Mile High for service solely because of Mark. He has repeatedly made my spouse and me know that he cares for us and intends to deliver satisfaction. Never has he failed to do that. If ever there was a problem with servive or repairs, which has been quite rare and never too significant, Mark has immediately made it right. Mark has always been accommodating in arranging for a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. I don't go to any dealership with the expectation of above and beyond service. Mile High routinely surprises me with extra care. When I note a problem with my auto, they fix it, often at no cost. I've never been given rationalizations that give me pause.Most recently, I asked for service to replace or secure body molding that was damaged below the front bumper. Mark got on his hands and knees and resecured the molding below my front bumper. He said that he had experienced the same problem with his car and therefore knew the fix. I was embarrased to see him on his hands and knees fixing my car and certainly did not expect such exceptional attention. And there was no charge.I was surprised and appreciative of the senior discount offered at Mile High. Things get done quicker than I expect, which is always a nice surprise. I don't expect but appreciate a loan car when service takes a good part of a day. While I don't recall all of the examples of exceptioal servise that I have experienced at Mile High Acura over the years, I ask for and trust Mark Jarvis and the other service representatives to advise me regarding care of my car. If they say they recommend a fix, I want to do it.I go to Acura dealers with no reservations about the honesty and dependability I will find at the service departments. Mark Jarvis has always provided personalized service with a smile. I've worked with Mark for a few years now and I have to say his warm and bright personality make visiting Acura more of an experience than a chore. Mark welcomes me to use the waiting area with Wi-Fi, beverages, and snacks which makes my wait much more comfortable. During repairs that require my car to stay for extended periods, Mark provides a very nice loaner car that he thoroughly orients me to before I take off. Mark is in contact with me every step of the way, calling me with information on the repairs, the expected duration of serving, and details on pricing. He kindly welcomes my questions and presents answers without using automotive jargon outside of my realm of understanding. He advises me of cost-saving alternatives whenever possible. When I pick up my car it's nicely washed and vacuumed and when weather does not allow for a washing, Mark kindly offers a coupon to return for a cleaning when the weather permits. I am glad to have Mark as my service contact and am appreciative of the first-rate service he provides each time I visit Acura.

Matthew Heintz was excellent in his handling of the presentation of getting a quality used car through a detailed explanation of what to expect to what we were getting. Also, after the sale, Matthew sot us into the vehicle and explained all the buttons and gizmos that we would be dealing with, from the radio to the dash to all the controls to operate this car. My wife and I feel we were treated with the utmost respect and not just as any client, but as an ongoing (future) customer. In all our years of car purchases, we have never received the handling and walk through, nor the receipt of information about the vehicle that we just purchased. Also, the ongoing personal touches that the salesperson has taken the time to insure our satisfaction has been above and beyond any experiences we have had at any time.

Our service representative, Mark Jarvis, stays in contact with us throughtout the year and makes certain that our cars are well maintainedon a timely basis. Mark has is a professional, whenever I need assistance, I always look for him. If he is with another customer or on the phone he has a way of acknowledging you while still giving the person he is helping his undivided attention. I have always appreciated how in a few minutes you are his next priority and your concerns are his highest priority. He takes the time to explain what is needed or why the repairs are necessary. He will follow up with a phone call updating you on the status of your repair and has stayed late to help assist in picking up your car.Its because of Marks friendly outgoing personality and making your feel so important. I am very picky about who services my vehicles. Although I don't work in the automotive industry I once graduated from a two year automotive school and I service my other two cars myself. Trust is an important aspect of where I take my vehicles.While shopping for a new Acura, I contacted every dealership within a fifty mile radius of my home and I feel that the experience I received from Mile High gained my trust and confidence. When I bought my new Acura from Mile High,everything from the buying experience to the service was outstanding. I have consistently received EXCELLENT service from Mark Jarvis at Mile High Acura. He remembers my schedule (I have kids to drop off at school, so it's hard to be there before 9 a.m.) and knows I can't do service on the weekends. He also knows I am flexible for short service calls and prefer waiting in the super comfy lounge (where it is quiet and I can get some work done.) If I do need a loaner, he always makes sure I am comfortable with the car and how it works before I leave the lot. Let me put it this way, I can't wait to buy my next Acura from Mr. Mark Jarvis!

I met Mark Jarvis when I bought an Acura Legend in 1997 and needed to get it serviced. The woman I bought the car from said that even though she had bought the car at Courtesy Acura, Mile High was the only place she would ever take the Legend for service work. The car had less than 30,000 miles on it and throughout its check-ups, and one issue with the rear brake kicking in the ABS system in the summer months, Mile High never disappointed. I have to drive 300 miles for service as there is no Acura dealer in my town, and there was never a time when the loaner car wasn't waiting for me. Mark Jarvis always explained exactly what was needed and what was being done to my car, and he made a single woman very comfortable with taking her car "into the shop". That had not been my experience with other dealerships, or repair shops, and other service manaagers. Mark Jarvis goes above and beyond and became a trusted friend as the years went on. When my Acura Legend rolled past 100,000 miles, I felt it was time to replace it with another luxury vehicle. Because my experience with everyone at Mile High Acura had been nothing but teriffic, I was predisposed to buy my next car from them again. I briefly considered a Lexus or a Mercedes, but a large part of my purchasing decision was getting the Mile High service department, as a bonus with my new vehicle. I turned to my service advisor, Mark Jarvis and asked him what car I should buy. I remember it clearly when he said to me, "two words, RL". I laughed and said that isn't two words, he laughed, got a sweet saleslady to work with me, and four hours later I drove away in Uri, the sales manager's, former demo RL. Unlike previous experiences at other dealerships, Uri and Mile High made buying a car easy and not degrading. Currently at 66,000 miles, I still love my car and I still think the world of Mile High Acura. I have had no problems with this car, and Mark Jarvis is always there to tell me when my next maintenance check-up is and what it will entail. I know my car is in good hands, and Mark has always been upfront about the cost of the service and what my options are. My cars have always been ready at the promised time and cleaned to boot. The bottled waters are appreciated as is the clean service area. When my RL is ready to be upgraded, (but since I love my car I may drive it until the wheels fall off), I will buy an Acura once again from Mile High. Hopefully Uri and Mark will still be there to help me every step of the way, and the 2012 RL will be larger and something I would want to own.

Mark Jarvis is the reason I keep coming back to Mile High Acura. My Acura went out of warranty back in 2007 but Mark takes such amazing care of both me and my car that I won't go anywhere else. He is always courteous, caring, friendly and always remembers me. I know that the work that is being done on my car is the best anywhere and if there is ever any question, Mark is there to make sure everything works out. On a couple of occasions, Mark test drove my car himself so he could answer my questions or explain a concern that I had; he is truly the absolute BEST! My service rep is Mark Jarvis and he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Recently, I had a problem with my MDX not starting and it was the end of the day. Not only did he guide me through getting it towed over and repaired, he arranged for a loaner car on a moment's notice that allowed me to make a critical meeting the next morning. It was above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciated it greatly.

Mark and the rest of the staff in the service center always made me feel like I was the only person they were helping. They made sure I was well cared for and informed at every step of the process. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. We really like working with Mark - he knows our cars and is very accommodating. He has found us loaners when we weren't scheduled for one. He gets back to us in a timely manner to let us know the extent of the work and price before they begin work. We have 3 Acura's and love them. Customer service is very important to us and Mark is among the best.

I would have rated great (5), except I think that all people and organizations have room for improvement and cannot rest on their laurels. Mark Jarvis over the years has become pretty close to great and Mile High Acura is a well run organization. I have purchased several cars from them, and had them serviced there. I have referred them many times.

That being said, Matt was great. He was very friendly and unreushed in his approach. This was the first dearlership we stopped in for the evening and then drove around to the surrounding dealerships. They were old school slimy and we felt trapped. We should have just bought this car right up front and not wasted out time.

Great service! Friendly, helpful and timely. Came in for a the B1 service on my RDX which does a vehicle inspection. The minute they found out I needed new front brake pads, rear brake pads and fluid, they got me into a rental car on my way so I wouldn't be sitting there any longer.Great work!

I keep coming back to Mile High Acura because Mark Jarvis has always been right there with help when I had a question about my new or my used Acura, or when I needed service. I only buy Acuras now because of him. I live two hours away from Denver in the mountains, but I wouldn't think of getting my car serviced or Any repairs done anywhere else because I trust him when he tells me what needs to be done. I Know I can call him and he will fit me in if there's an emergency that needs taking care of. My daughter recently was in Dallas and had a car emergency. I called Mark, he found an Acura dealer close to her so she could have it towed there, and he got in touch with the technician so he could keep me informed. I always knop that I'm getting the correct service and the right part for my car and I even asked him for help when I purchased my last Acura. He is so knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional, the dealership should be very proud to have such a wonderful employee.

I have owned an Acura since 2002 and had a pleasant experience purchasing both vehicles. However, my much more extensive experience with Mile Hi Acura, Denver, Colorado was with the Service Department. And, in that Department, found myself more and more seeking to work with Mark Jarvis one of the Service Managers. I found that Mark Jarvis was personable as well as professional in handling my regular service appointments. He was especially helpful when I had specific problems, viz. my radio/CD system crashing. Mark explained the problem and resolved it within an especially expeditious amount of time. He has always gone the extra mile in researching, assessing, and solving any auto difficulty of mine from regular scheduled service to replacing tires, to more significant electrical and/or mechanical difficulty. He was responsive to phone calls and messages, called me down when I was overly anxious, and was generally a "professional companion" regarding service needs for my Acuras. I found him knowledgeable, clearly explanatory of problems, what was needed (but not over needed), costs, and overall responsive, accomodating as far as that was possible, and personable in all my dealing with him. He is a credit to Acura, Mile Hi Acura, and the industry in general. I would recommend anyone to Mile Hi Acura in Denver particularly because of the service I received through Mark Jarvis. I am so glad to have a chance to rate Mile High Accura in general and Mark Jarvis in particular. I am on my third Accura. I had a brief experience with another Accura dealership in S. E. Metro area. (my husband got a "deal" on oil changes) The difference is remarkable. Mile High Accura is clean,organized and welcoming. Being there is a pleasant experience. That was not my experience at the other dealership. Mark is competent,friendly, helpful and professional. He exemplifies the meaning of service in a service industry. As a matter of fact so does Mile High. Actually everyone that I have come in contact with at Mile High has been outstanding. That kind of perfection must "start at the top". From the follow-up calls whenever I have any work done to the reminders of the change to daylight savings time this dealership is one that I would highly recommend.

Mile High Acura, and specifically service representative Mark Jarvis, has been absolutely GREAT to work with! I've been taking my very old Acuras there (first a '94 Legend, now a '97 RL) for more than five years. What I really love is that I feel so confident they're making the right recommendations for service, doing quality work, and standing behind it -- no matter what. I feel I can trust Mark's advice and that he's making the same recommendations to me that he would give his own family. I've never had an issue with the quality of work done there. The customer waiting room is pleasant, well-equipped (computer stations with Wi-Fi and current magazines and newspapers), with good coffee, water and snacks. And they wash your car! It's almost someplace you'd go if you didn't have a car issue (almost). If they keep taking such good care of my car I may never need a new one, but if I do that's the first place I'll go.

I have been taking my 2005 Acura-TL to Mile Hi Acura since I purchased it. I always deal with Mark Jarvis as my service advisor, and I trust him implicitly. My vehicle now has 113,000 miles on it, and all service has been performed by this dealer with Mark coordinating and advising the service. I have many choices were I can take the vehicle for service, and I continue to use Mile Hi Acura because of Mark Jarvis.

I have worked with the team at Mile High Acura since 1993, shortly after I had purchased a new Vigor from an Acura dealership in Kansas City before I moved to Denver. Mark Jarvis was the first contact I ever made at Mile High, and in the 18 years (!) that have passed since, he has always made sure that my vehicles left the service department fully functioning and in tip-top shape for my safety & that of my son. Even after I left Denver, Mark & his team responded to many a service question from me, and they are always the first call I place whenever I need help. When I purchased my '07 MDX from Mile High, there was so much new technology in that vehicle compared to the '93 Vigor I had previously owned (and put more than 326,000 miles on!), that I frequently called simply to find out how to operate something. Despite how busy the shop always seems to be, Mark and the service team are unfailingly patient, and I end up feeling like I am the only customer in the building. Even though I now live in Minnesota, I've never been able to establish a service relationship as trusted as the one I have with Mile High. If they tell me I need something done on my car, I believe them, knowing I can trust what I'm being told. Mark is phenomenal, and I only wish I had the chance to interact with other service professionals of his caliber.

I bought my 1994 Acura Integra from Mile High Acura, and I kept it and had it serviced there for 17 years. I felt that Mark Jarvis was always looking out for me as well as my car. He knew I needed to keep it going for as long as possible. He and the entire staff were always friendly, available, and extremely helpful. They NEVER recommended service I did not need, and they helped me prepare (financially) for the service they anticipated that I would need. The work done on my car was always flawless and, as a result, I never let any other dealer or mechanic service it.I would love to buy another new Acura, and if I do, I will definitely purchase it at Mile High Acura.

We own a 2004 Acura MDX (purchased new)and have had all owner manual recommended services performed at Mile High Acura. In all these years I don't recall any service issue arising with our MDX in between those recommended services (as an aside, we are so happy with our MDX, we have decided all our future auto purchases will be Acuras--and, yes, we will utilize Mile High Acura for service). If so, any out of the ordinary service would have been performed at Mile High Acura. We are confident in the service work performed. All personnel (our service consultant,service techs and cashier) are professional, knowledgable, very efficient and warm. I look forward to my service experiences at Mile High Acura. Our service consultant for many years has been Mark Jarvis. He makes sure we are well informed and possesses all the qualities described above. He also welcomes any telephone call I make to him on occasion with a general question. The environment at Mile High is pristine and we find it a pleasure to be a customer. In short, we do and have highly recommended Mile High Acura.

I had an issue with the fan for my heater in my MDX. I was getting a loud noise coming from the fan everytime I turned on the air conditioner or heater. A few days earlier I had the windshield replaced by a local glass vendor and began to notice this noise immediately. I took the car back to the glass vendor and they were not able to locate the cause of the noise. So, I took the car into this dealer and they were able to find that a piece of paper towel was wrapped around the fan. They saved this piece of paper towel for me and I was able to file a claim for the cost of this service with the glass vendor. The glass vendor was willing to reimburse me for the cost of this service. I want to say thank you to the dealer for helping me get this issue quickly resolved.

The reasons I continue to be an Acura owner are twofold - one is the quality of the vehicle - I love my Acura! The other is the way Mark Jarvis and the rest of the service team take care of me and my vehicle. When I bought my MDX in 2007 I did look at other SUV's but I just could not imagine no longer having the service experience that I get with Mile High. They are friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to work with my schedule. They are an awesome group!

I am very pleased with Mile High Acura. I find all the people I have dealt with over my 25+ years years to have been top draw - they are honest, responsive, respectful and very friendly. The quality of work for my service requirements has always been excellent. I greatly appreciate the TLC treatment from providing another Acura car to drive if I need one to washing my car when they complete their work. I have worked with several of the Acura service writers and specifically have worked with Mark Jarvis since I purchased my 1st Legend and he is always committed to making sure I am satisfied and has gone out his way to make sure the problem is diagnosed correctly, repaired and is in line with my cost expectations. Mark is a a long-term employee that knows how to treat his clients. I have also been please with Brian Alvarez as he also is very customer oriented and has a friendly and engaging personality as well. Bill Dowd, when he was on the Acura side (now is the Honda Service Manager) was a terrific service writer and very smart and responsive which is why I believe Yuri promoted him to Service Manager. Yuri Albin is one of the rare Car Dealer Managers I have ever dealt with - he is very honest, never pushy and always meets my price, choice of vehicle and special features. I always do my homework and have other prices from multiple sources and Yuri has never failed to meet or beat the competition. All in all, I couldn't be more please with Mile High Acura/Honda and have purchase my wife's MDX and daughter's CRV as well as four Acura's for myself from Mile High because of consistent focus of delivery the best customer experience the can provide.

I have been going to Mile High Acura for 29 years. Mark sold me my first Accord in 1982. It's a great dealership, close to my house and the people are terrific. Mark is wonderful, and I hope he will stay there as long as I have Hondas or Acuras. I like to believe that whatever car I've brought in (Honda or Acura) that the same technicians are working on my car.

I just had my Acura MDX serviced at Mile High Acura this past Friday. Mile High's service department is excellent in both work performed and customer service. Mark Jarvis is the Service Consultant I usually work with at this dealership. Mark and Mile High have consistently gone above and beyond normal customer service by making a loaner car available when I need it, meeting me after hours for drop off and pick up and accurately estimating time and cost associated with the vehicle's service.

In fact, I purposely sought out a pre-owned Acura after my first was stolen so I could continue to rely on Mark and the rest of the staff to handle all my service needs without giving it a second thought. I have worked only with Mark Jarvis for my service needs. He is absolutely the friendliest and most professional person I have worked with in the auto industry. I have thus far only required routine service, with some warranty work. In every instance, Mark has resolved the issue on time or better, to my complete satisfaction. He is a large part of the reason I continue to patronize Mile High. If he moved to another Acura dealership, so would I. I realize that he has many customers to deal with, but he has a way of making you feel that he is genuinely interracting with you on a personal level, that he is genuinely concerned about your problem, and that he cares. I would not consider buying a car (other than a truck) from any other dealer, because of Mark Jarvis. I've bought 2 Acuras from Mile High thus far.

We have been working with Mark for over 10 years in servicing our Acuras. He is always helpful, greets us with a smile and inquires about our family at every visit. We trust that we are being treated fair and that our cars will be taken care of so that we can drive them for many years. I have been going to Mile High Acura for service since I bought my car in 1999. I have always had a positive experience. I fell comfortable that I am being given an accurate, truthful picture of the service that my car needs. Mark works with me to assure that repairs are done when really needed or he lets me know what repair needs I can expect in the future. I feel very comfortable that I am not being oversold repairs or parts. Prior to this experience with Mile High, I used an independent repair shop as I had several less than positive experiences with dealership repair shops. Mile High has changed my mind about the dealership option.

Steve is also fantastic and worked through issues I had a few years ago after a repair was done and they never doubted my issues and finally figured it out!It is a quality operation that I would recommend to anyone, anytime... I have always been impressed with Mile High Acura. This is where I bought my Acura and that experience could have been more pleasant. Never the less, I continue to have my car serviced there because I trust the work will be done correctly and quickly. I do want to comment on one of the employees. When I schedule my car for service I always call Mark Jarvis. He is knowledgable and professional but most importantly I trust him. He is an excelent example of what customer service should be. I originally purchased a car from Erik several years ago, in fact, the car just before this one. So, I have purchased two car, in succession from Erik at this dealership. I found him to be honest and caring, and even though he knew I was shopping around, he was very diligent in his follow up and follow through. Although I had a preconceived expectation of going into a car dealership, to deal with a 'car salesman', Eric was different. He was a professional. I am a trainer and found him to be refreshing in his approach - not quick to try to sell, but finding out more about me, what I do, what my needs are. He did a great job at selling the reputation and service of the dealership, which meant a lot to me. And, as I said, this is my second consecutive car from him, and I get all of my service done there, and have been very satisfied! I also appreciated follow up from Erik, AFTER the sale, and even on my anniversaries (1 & 2 years out)! This shows me he's a true professional, and loves his work. I own a 2006 TL and have used Mile High and Mark specifically for over a year and I could not be happier. I am treated well every time. I feel like I am a valued customer no matter what I come in for. I felt the pricing for the work was done was very fair. And I trust the technicians since they work predominantly on Acuras. We have been going to see Mark Jarvis at Mile High Acura for the past 6+ years. We now live an hour away from Denver in Colorado Springs, but make the drive to Mile High for all of the service on both of our Acuras, everything from oil changes to tires and recently suspension work. The drive is completely worth it for the service we get. The customer service is excellent, everyone is always very friendly, and they always have a loaner car ready for us if it will be alonger appointment. The quality of their work is excellent, and I know I can trust them when they tell me what my car needs. Mark and Mile High Acura have always gone above and beyond our expectations and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great Acura service center.

Service staff, particularly, Mark Jarvis has intimate knowledge of Acuras. Staff always accomodating and friendly. Appointments suggested, but work and completion time are as promised. Loaner car provided. Shuttle service to home/work provided. Additional work only done w/ your knowledge and confirmation. Clean waiting area that is well stocked with refreshments and snacks. Prices are higher than from an independent garage but dealership uses original Acura parts that are pricier than aftermarket or remanufactured parts.

The whole process of bringing a vehicle in for service is somewhat painless from start to finish: The service people are friendly and helpful, a loaner is available, they provide accurate estimates and the service is generally completed earlier than expected. But more than that I feel that I am treated with respect and that they value my business.

Had my MDX serviced 2-3 weeks ago. I also had a defect battery a week ago. Unbeatable 5 star service all the way! The regular service was done on time while I waited. When my car battery went, a tow truck picked up the car at the time that was promised and took it to Mile High. I notified Mark, who kept me in the loop all the way made sure it got fixed painlessly and effortlessly.I have lived in 4 countries on 3 continents, including Europe, and I've never experienced this kind of service from a car dealership. I made the switch to Mile High Acura from Courtesy Acura and have had the BEST experience at Mile High (unlike Courtesy). Mark Jarvis has always been my service consultant and he has accommodated my needs on every occasion. This past visit, I needed an oil change and didn't have an appointment. Even though the appointments were booked all day, he managed to fit me in! The time before that, he managed to get me a rental car last minute so I could make it to a doctor's appointment on time. He is always very friendly and delivers excellent customer service time and time again. He is the main reason I bring my vehicle to Mile High Acura.

Mark seems to have great knowledge about my car. He has a geniune desire to want me to be happy with the service. He's been out of town a few times during my servicing and has taken measures to make sure work is done properly. He follows up every time and even checks in to make sure my car is running smoothly. I've been to many other dealerships and never had this level of service.

My family and I have been doing business with Mile High Acura and Erik Traeber in particular for more than a decade now. I have personally just recently purchased my third car with Erik Traeber's help. I dont think many people can describe car buying as a pleasant experience, but at Mile High Acura it always has been. I live two hours away from Denver and when im in town I prefer not to spend hours and hours at the dealership negotiating. Erik Traeber is always sensitive to this fact. He takes the time to find out exactly what i need and by the time I get to the dealership Erik has the offer ready, the offer that he knows will work for me. The quality of Erik Traeber's customer service as well as that of everyone whom I come in contact with while there is what brings be back to Mile High Acura. I already do and will continue to recommend Erik Traeber and Mile High Acura to others.

The salesman we worked with was very knowledgable, friendly and thorough. He was not one of these old school, hard core salespeople who were uninformed about the details and the inner workings of the cars that they sold. He made multiple cars availble to me to test drive. And when we finally purchased the car of our choice, he spent an hour getting it prepped, going over the features of the car, and setting up all of our personal settings. He even took our picture with the car and emailed it to us!

We have been in several times to have items fixed that are covered by the warranty and everything has been taken care of, no questions asked. This is my first Acura and so far very pleased. I bought a new Acura MDX in 2005. I loved the car and always had positive experiences at the dealership so when it was time for a new car I headed back to Mile High Acura. Mathew Heintz was my salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He spent several hours with me on the day I picked up the car- helping install the phone and showing me all the details of my new car, most especially the navigation system. I know that I can call on him with any questions and at anytime.

This was my very first independent car purchase and the level of professionalism and ease of the transaction suprised me. As I live in Vail and am not able to personally visit the dealership, our sales representative, Matthew Heintz sent detailed reports on vehicles that met our specifications. I appreciated being educated and aware of the various options before driving down to make the purchase. Once at the dealership, everone was courteous and helpful and even the financial side was quick and easy. There wasn't the pushiness that is often a perception of car salesman and instead, it was very comfortable and Matt was great at giving me a tutorial of all of the technical features of the vehicle. I have been very pleased with my purchase and with the staff and service at Mile High Acura. I will certainly be returning for my next vehicle purchase and would recommend to anyone interested in Acura or Honda.

I have been getting my 1994 Acura Legend serviced at Mile High for approx 13yrs. During that time I've dealt almost exclusively with Mark Jarvis. I can't say enough about his professionalism, his wonderful personality and his great knowledge for the job. I've sent many United Airline friends as well as my other friends to Mile High service center for their Acura repairs due to the fantastic and honest service I've received from Mark and the others there at Mile High. He's assisted me so many times and has been so accommodating to my schedule. Being a 1person, 1car family he is appreciated more than I can say. Mark is definately the reason I have been so loyal to Mile High Acura. Until I can afford a newer Acura, I'll just have to count Mark and the rest of the service family to keep this one going.

Casey Irvine showed me the Accelerated Service Checklist and explained the condition of the tires, oil and filters. I purchased my RDX in December so this was the first time that i had the need to visit the service department. I had spoken with Mark Jarvis, from Arizona, by phone in January,. The right fog light had been broken on my trip to Arizona. I was not comfortable going to a dealership with which I was not familiar. Mark assured me that since Arizona had no snow, ice, and little rain it would be safe for me to wait until I returned to Colorado to have the light repaired. When I called to schedule an appointment for the 5000 mile service and repair of the fog light Mark remembered my situation. Casey was great. I was 40 minutes late for my oil change appointment and he was still able to change the oil, check the car out and wash it in less than one hour. That is the shortest amount of time I have ever waited. I have been using this dealership for over 16 years. Two different Acura cars. I love the new speedy service available for just oil changes. Eric is great to work with. He knows his product, the competators products, his dealership and those of others and presents all this to the customer so that the customer makes a great choice. He worked hard to get the best price and exact model we wanted. On delivery, he demonstrated the vehicle (2 MDX purchases) inside and out and so complete that we had no questions. As we returned for service he would greet us and see if he could be of service. We will work with him again.

My experience with Matthew Heintz at Mile High Acura was a great one! I was looking to purchase a pre-owned Acura TL and had very specific terms in mind that would work for me. Matthew was nothing but patient and hard-working to find me a great deal on exactly what I was looking for. He understands the customer's needs and would never put his own interests above those of the customer, nor would he try to talk someone into a vehicle that they can not afford. Erik always knows the details about the vehicles that he sells, whether mechanical, financial or otherwise. He is extremely familiar with new features, as well as those that have not changed. I prefer to lease my vehicles. Erik never calls to try to sell me something I don't want or need during my lease. He knows that I will come back to him when I'm ready for a new vehicle. He is extremely thorough when it comes time to take possession of my vehicle. The vehicles are always spotless and ready to go. Erik is more of a friend than someone I just do business with. How many people can say that about their car salesman? He does a great job overall.

I've purchased 2 new and 1 used vehicle from Mile High and Sales Consultant Erik Traeber. Erik is easy going and a pleasure to work with, he's the first person I call when I'm in the market for a car. Erik and the other members of the Mile High sales team take the anxiety out of the car purchaes experience. If a deal can be made, Erik, the sales managers, and finance managers, find a way to get it done. This was our second vehicle we bought from Mile High Acura and Matthew Heintz. Matt always takes the time to listen to our needs and work within our price range. In addition the finance department is very fair and friendly. Mile High also does a tremendous job following up after the sale. There service department is quick and knowledgable and there waiting area is comfortable and offers many nice amenities.

Matt was wonderful...I leased my Acura TL from Mile Hi Honda in December of 2007. Matt helped me understand the differences between leasing and buying outright. He took the time to thoroughly explain my new car to me even though it was late and I'm pretty sure he had been there all day. My original intent was to buy a used TL, but Matt explained that leasing a new TL was just as affordable and the residual amount due (should I choose to purchase the car) was less than what the actual value of the car would be, making leasing a new TL seem like the right thing to do. After 3 years I came back to Matt and Mile Hi and purchased the car (why not, great car, low miles, 1 owner...ME!)I would also like to say that I purchased my daughter's Honda CRV from Mile Hi and also (several years ago) a Honda Accord. My experience with Mile Hi has always been very positive, from sales to service.Speaking of service...I have always had my Honda and Acura serviced at Mile Hi. The service dept. is so courteous and always has my car ready as promised. They go to lengths to explain the service work to me and I never leave dissatisfied.I would definitely recommend the dealership (for sales and service) and I commend them on a job well done consistently!

I have purchase 6 vehicles in the past 21 years from Mile Hi Acura. Matthew Heintz sold me the past five carsAlways friendly, always welcome, always remebers what car he sold me, always makes me feel home and comfortable. Yes, always some negotiations, but not to painful. Always come to an agreement (price) on the first visit, never protracted negotiations. I have been coming back for 21 years, so the experience (6 cars) must be good. I would be very disapppointed if Matthew Heintz would not be around to sell me my next car. I have gone along with my daughters to look/buy other vehicles. Some good car salesman out there, but none compare to Matthew.Don Brunkhardt

We received a reply promptly and with a honest, haggle-free, lowest pricing. When we arrived for the test drive, Randy greeted us with enthusiasm and friendliness. We have purchased 3 new Acura vehicles and our experience with Randy and Mile High Acura far exceeded any other dealerships. If this isn't convincing enough, we live in Colorado Springs and we never considered going to the local dealership for a price match. The 60 mile drive north was well worth our time. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences. I wandered in absolutely clueless about the Acura product lineup and was quite surprised at the quality and value. The salesperson, Corey Robertson, was great and was quite easy to work with. He answered questions and offered sound advice without being pushy or agressive.I did most of my negotiation via email and Corey was professional, fair and very responsive. I was in the finance office less than 15 minutes with no icky up sale pitches. Simple, easy, comfortable. It's the way car buying should be.

We have leased 2 new Acura TLs and just purchased a certified used RDX from Erik. He is easy to work with, friendly, straightforward, and very knowledgeable. I never liked buying cars until we went to Mile High Acura and worked with Erik. He made the whole process enjoyable. Erik's work during the sale and follow up, as well as the finance and service staff have always been great.I have recommended Erik to my family, friends, and co-workers when they are in the market for a new or used car. He is a pleasure to work when buying a new car.

We have probably purchased at least 8-9 Hondas and Acuras from Mile High and Matt. No nonsense when we go in. I hate to play games and at Mile High we never have had to. We always recommend them. Our youngest son was looking to replace his CRV and go the round around from another dealership. He is on a limited budget. Matt worked with him to purchase a vehicle that he would afford. The other notable item is that they stand behind the product for service also. That is so important nowadays.

We were very pleased with the service we received when we purchased our TL. Randy Schmuki is very knowlegable and did an excellent job of explaining and demonstrating all the features. In fact, it was his demonstration of the AWD that convinced us that it was the car we needed. All of the negotiations and paperwork were handled very efficiently. Randy even delivered the car to us on his day off which was very much appreciated.We have also been very pleased with the Service Department when we have been back to have service on the car. They have been very friendly and efficient and have completed the service in a very timely manner. In particular, Charlie has been very helpful in making appointments and making sure the service was completed satisfactorily.

I went to Mile High Acura prior to my lease end trying to determine if I could get into a new leased TL. I worked with Erik Traeber. He was AWESOME! He did a great job of getting me in the car I wanted for the price I wanted! He also did an excellent job of going over all of the features of the new TL . I left knowing exactly how to use everything on the car. It was a great feeling knowing I had full use of the vehicle immediately with the knowledge he provided to me. We realized at one point when we were finalizing all of the paperwork that my car insurance card was expired. I had insurance I just didn't have the new one. He got right on the phone with my insurance to get the matter sorted out. I also had to bring my 16mth old daughter with me to the dealership because this was during the week. He worked quickly to get everything taken care of as my daughter had become very fussy and he was never bothered by her presence. Very understanding.. I give Erik a very high rating. I would definitely buy another car from him and refer my friends and family to him.. He is a great peron to work with. At the end of the day I know that I can call Erik for any questions or concerns I might have with my new TL and he will get right on the problem to resolve the issue.. That is a great feeling to have, especially when you are making such a big purchase..

I have had my Acuras serviced at Mile High Acura for the past 11 years with Mark Jarvis as my service advisor. The bottom line is I trust Mark to see that my cars are serviced properly and only for work that is required. Mark is knowledgeable and personable who genuinely appreciates your business. The technicians who have serviced my cars have provided quality work without any issues whatsoever. I have worked in the service area all of my working years and I can honestly state that the Service and Parts Department at Mile High Acura are first rate.

A very pleasant experience. I set out to buy a 2011 MDX while trading in a 2008 MDX. Ron and the whole sales team did an excellent job. They were aggressive but not in a bad way. I visited them in the morning to get a price on the new purchase and a price on the trade-in. I then visited another dealership to get similar quotes. I then haggled over the phone. I returned to Mile High Acura to execute the transaction. Fairly painless process with a friendly and informative staff.

Matthew Heintz listened very carefully to our wish list and found the perfect car for us. It was easy to communicate with him and negotiate a price on the car. Erik Traeber helped answer our questions on the features of the Acura TSX and was extremely friendly. They both stayed behind at the dealership until our finance paperwork was completed. We appreciated that!Our experience with the finance person (sorry forget his name) was the perfect ending to our day. This is my first Acura purchase and my first time buying a car from a dealer. Randy and his staff made our experience very pleasant. They were not "pushy," they made us feel comfortable, and when I was having some technical difficulties with the car, Randy did his best to help me. I highly reccommend Mile High Acura. I love my Acura TL and the features that it comes with! I especially like the hands free link feature, leather heated seats, sunroof, and the engine is very quiet and smooth. Randy and his team also did their best to provide me with great financing.

My wife and I went into mile high Acura and Erik greeted us with a smile and made it comfortable from the beginning. He was very helpful with finding us a car that would fit us and our child. In the end we acutually ended up buying a used Accord, but Erik being an Acura salesman was with us until the we drove off with our new used car. As for the rest of the staff they were all very nice as well and the finance manager was very helpful with all the paper work needed to complete the sale. I would recommend using mile high acura and Erik Traeber to anyone who wants to have a good non hasseled car buying experience. Thanks againg Erik and Mile High Acura!

Corey was extremely helpful as was his manager, and the entire staff. It was nice to be able to trade-in my lease for my used acura rdx, and in a timely manner. I believe the price point on the acura was a little high, but it was the vehicle I wanted, and they were able to meet my monthly payment goals, so thanks to all.

110% Satisfied! I'm writing to say what an easy buying experience I had at Mile High Acura. I first met Matthew Heintz in 2008 shopping to replace my Honda Accord. I remember what positive energy I got from him then. He was not pushy at all and very knowledgable. I am impressed he took the time to sit with me to find out what I was looking for and I actually felt he cared about what I had concerns about. Well I loved my 2009 TSX I got from him but I say loved because I recently got the 2010 TL with the TECH pkg! Again, Matthew made it so easy and enjoyable along with the Sales managers AL and Robert. I was prepared to pay more but I got a newer, more expensive car for less then what I was paying...SWEET. I'm so glad I have Matthew to take care of my car needs! Truly a diamond in the rough of other bad salespeople.
