Bought a new van and traded in a car, first they didn't pay off my old car for 3 months. Many calls form the bank asking why no payments are being made. Told them the car was traded in to a dealer and I was told it's my problem and will impact my credit score. Then found some hidden charges in my finance paperwork that I didn't want but was lied to as to what I was signing. (my fault for not reading more carefully). After 6 months transmission failed leaving us stranded. Dealer said, "all fixed" drove home and got stuck on the road next morning. 3 more failures over 2 years and still not repaired. Rust through on hood was replaced under warranty, Done so poorly I wish I had my old rusty hood back! An absolute nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this dealership or Chrysler to anyone unless i absolutely hate you.

Completely full of **** all there salesman will lie through there teeth to get you in the door. I wouldnt recomend them to my enemy. I would rate them at zero if i could.

I purchased a brand new Suzuki Kizashi in 2012 from this dealership. I went in for the complimentary oil change and tire rotation after 5 months. 3 months later I needed to have all 4 tires replaced when my local mechanic, whom I trust, noticed how terribly worn they were. I drive approx 20 miles a day and am not a race car driver or going off road with my car. He told me the tires were obviously never rotated and most likely in bad shape when we bought the car. I take some responsibility for not noticing this at the time of purchase. Next comes the replacement of the brakes and nearly seized rotors (within 10 months of buying the car). I also needed to have them replace the left rear shock. My hometown mechanic inspected the car for me shortly after Milford did work and he found that the shock was cleaned up and never replaced, the brake pads were already wearing unevenly and noticed that the calipers were hanging up causing my nearly brand new tires to wear unevenly again. I took the car back to Milford (2 hr round trip) and they said nothing was wrong and would not even consider fixing anything (under warranty). My mechanic called them himself and they were very rude to him as well. When I called Milford to discuss this, the service person said, "You are going to listen to some bohunk mechanic out in the woods somewhere instead of me? I am a licensed mechanic and I am telling you there is nothing wrong with the calipers. It is the way you drive lady! You cant expect tires to hold up forever. And if you dare have anyone else work on your car we will void your warranty" He spoke to me like some kind of mad man with a total lack of professionalism or respect. I am so disgusted and will never use them again. The service dept heads are not honest. I cant speak about the mechanics but I do know that this dealership is not on the up and up. Never again, and the shame of it is, that we were not the first to be taken for a ride and wont be the last. They need to be shut down and someone put behind bars for fraud.

I purchased a vehicle from Milford Chrysler Dodge. The deal was, after I purchased the car, I would receive free state inspections for as long as I owned the car. Plus, free tires for life as long as I did their maintenance program. Well, the maintenance program was ridiculously expensive ( not worth it ). As far as the free state inspections, they honored it for two years and then decided to "do away with it". So no more inspections would be done for free as per the agreement. When I asked why they were going back on the deal we made, I was told the company did away with it and there was nothing that could be done. I told them that I had a paper showing the deal that was made. I was then told that that paper is worthless. Even though I was told to my face that it was free inspections for as long as I owned the car, the fine print stated that it was only good for 30 days after purchase........WHAT! I was told by the service manager that I was lucky to get the ones free that I did. I will never, ever deal with these guys again!

I have never had such an unprofessional and insulting experience as when I stopped at Milford Chrysler to inquire aboiut the asking price of a car.! I am a local businesman for over 4 decades and would never talk to a customer the way in which I was by them today. So my mistake was stopping there ,and I will never do so again , but the insulting fast- talking salesman and his dealership made a bigger mistake and they loose. My advice...stay well clear of Milford Chrysler..thier prior reputation speaks for itself!

Drove to dealership 3 days in a row 50 minutes each way, with trade in because they said they could get me a new jeep I wanted and all they did was jerk me around. Each time they said they found me a jeep it always fell through. All they wanted was for me to buy one off the lot and it wasn't the model I wanted.I ended up going to dealer in NJ that PA told me they didn't have the jeep I wanted and I found it there and bought it!I will never go to the Milford PA Jeep Dealer again and would talk anyone who wanted to go there out of going!

The sales staff misrepresented the price of the vehicle I purchased. They refused to review the sale or to discuss the issue. They told me a price and said that was the sticker price, they said they lost the window sticker. I asked them to order one it took 14 weeks to get it and it was LESS then what they had said the sticker price was.

I got a letter and key in the mail from them saying that I might have won a car, come down and try your key to see, BUT I definetly already won one of four other items. I make the trip there, key doesn't even go into the key hole 1/4 way, ok I expected that. Gill tells me, "you still won a $5 Subway gift card, but we're out of them, so we've been giving out $5 woth of lottery tickets". He goes to his manager's office and comes back and says "we're out of the lottery tickets..." I say ok, I'll take $5 in cash instead... falls on deaf ears. He proceeds to show me some new cars, but I already have a bad taste in my mouth. I brought my car for service that day here only because I got that letter from them. They did the job (timing belt replacement), but of course charged up the ying yang. I almost left there taking my car back without the service. It was very poor business to get someone to drive so far for what turned out to be Bull sh*t, I don't care that it was only worth $5, I feel duped... I would never buy a car from them or return to have service done there again, and every one I know will know now too.

I had my windshield replaced here and it now sounds like a drive a convertible. It was glued on crooked and they were so sloppy with the glue that its everywhere. I had them do a State Inspection and they failed me for my rear brakes, they said there was 1/32 left on them. The car only has 50,000 miles on it and I had the rear brakes done 9 months earlier. I asked him to look at the brakes, to see if maybe there was a problem because they did them 9 months ago, he told me if I pay $411 to have them replaced he would look to see if there was a problem but only if I paid to have the brakes replaced. I took my Jeep to another mechanic and he showed me that there was 3/4 of life left on them and they did not need to be replaced at all. I was lied to and they failed me on state inspection which I paid $22 for! Crooks!!!

I agree with these posts. Drive a couple hours extra to keep your sanity and some money in your pocket. I should have realized there was an issue there when most of the staff there was new. I only bought my car there because they were the only dealer in a 4hour radius that had the exact car I wanted. STAY AWAY FROM THESE Aat# HOLES!!!!
