I took my car in for service because I was having problems with my ABS sensors and my car was really riding rough. As it turned out I needed a new axle. The mechanic, Mark Miller diagnosed the problem very quickly and ordered the parts needed. I brought my car back 2 days later when the parts came in. Mark Miller explained the problem in detail. Fixed it quickly. The price was cheaper then the estimate. And since I’ve had my car back I have not had any problems. I will take my car to Ford Service for all issues. They go above and beyond. Their customer care is wonderful and Mark Miller is a GREAT mechanic

Just two thoughts: It was necessary for me to leave my vehicle at Miller Ford Service over night. When I picked it up all of the doors were unlocked. That was not good! This vehicle is my work truck and it carries my livelihood. Second, the latches on my new Reading body do not work. I asked them to make adjustments so the latches would work and I was told they couldn’t do it. Poor effort for customer service. Never coming back.

I worked with Mike to buy my Mustang and oh man I cannot recommend these guys enough. They offer service and ease that every dealer should take note of. Mike did everything for me to get my car that day although it needed to be inspected. If you want any type of ford, go here!

These guys are the best. They diagnosed my problem and quickly fixed it. Frankly, I thought I was in for a much more expensive repair, but the problem they found was a minor one, and easily resolved. Alias Gonzales is the best customer relations service manager I've ever met. He took the time to check out my problem with the mechanic to make sure it was fixed. His attention to detail is fantastic. I highly recommend Miller Ford for service and for sales. I recently purchased a Lincoln Aviator from Miller and my salesman, Keith Randall, was extremely professional and made the entire process very pleasant and easy.
