I went in hoping to just get an idea of what was in my price range and I ended up buying a car that I love. I am on a small budget and was really interested in an suv with all wheel or four wheel drive, but expected that I wouldn't be able to afford that. Had the pleasure of looking at a used Toyota Corolla at Miller Motors a couple of days ago and for once going to a car lot was not a like going to the dentist for a root canal! Ron Greiner was my sales person, great guy. No hassle no pressure just pure information. Ended up buying the car and couldn't be happier with my decision. Here's the kicker, I also needed to get rid of two older cars and he recommended donating them to the Rawhide organization. He happened to be the local rep. The last thing we wanted to do 4th of July weekend was to go shopping for trucks. We tried a few dealers in Illinois with no luck. Most salesmen were too pushy or couldn't answer our questions regarding the used trucks we were interested in. We decided to drive to Burlington, 30 minutes across the Ill border. What a difference when we met Lyn Hendriksen at Miller Motors. We told her what we were looking for and our price range. We saw several but still left not seeing what we wanted. 15 minutes later we got a call about a truck we overlooked up front on display. We went back and as soon as we saw it we knew,this is it! My buying experience could not have been better. Travis quickly found the exact Mustang that I wanted and arranged for a dealer transfer. Just bought my new 2014 Ford Fusion from Miller Motors, and it was a great experience! I first worked with Monica Lind and she was so helpful in providing information via email. She was terrific!! We just wanted to say - so far, so fantastic! To start with, we met Lonnie - the salesman who sold us our baby (2104 Chrysler 300) - a pretty fantastic guy all the way around - so far anyways. He answered all of our questions, gave us a pretty good deal on extras, etc. I love the bumper to bumper warranty. I love the undercoatings and protectorants we had done. I love the fact we didn't lose too much money driving her off the lot (holds the resale value, if taken care of) and after driving her today, I'm sure I'm going to love the free car washes - (she got dirty today). All in all, I love, Love, LOVE my baby! Then, we met the financial guru, [Bob Haisler] Tuesday, [the service advisor], the parts guy [Jason Molle] and the older gent [Larry Hacker] who runs the body shop - also, all pretty fantastic so far. Everyone has been very nice, everyone has answered all of my questions - even the dumb questions - and everyone's satisfied the "wise consumer" part of me. I'm the wife, I'm disabled and at this point, I can't work and I haven't won a lawsuit for these disabilities - so - needless to say, I was a little freaked out by the large price tag...HOWEVER...I LOVE my baby! (I also love 0% financing!) The level of comfort my baby gives me and the huge sense of independence are quite priceless! So, thanks, it's just another "brag" I can add to the long list of brags. At no time in the process did I feel pressured to make a decision. She also took the time at closing to go over my car and SYNCED my phone and made sure if I had any questions that they were answered. This is the 3rd time I have purchased from Miller Motors but this time, I let my fingers do the walking, researching the Used Car inventory on line. Monica Lind was very helpful in providing information about the vehicles I was interested in. Once I went to the Dealership, I was greeted by my Sales Person (Lyn Henriksen), as well as the Sales Manager (George Penzel) who thanked me for coming in and hoped there was something they could do to continue to earn my business. I took test drives in two different vehicles and ultimately decided on a 2011 Kia (Sorry it was not another Ford). Lyn was very professional the entire time and ultimately, from start to finish, I was done in less than 90 minutes. Lyn came back with a wonderful offer that required no haggling. Bob Haisler helped me with the Financing and I was in his office less than 10 minutes. Once again, another great experience with Miller Motors. Well done everyone! After owning gas guzzling trucks my whole life it was time for a change. I was looking for a low cost vehicle with great gas mileage. I had researched dozens of vehicles on the internet and narrowed my choices down to three, one of which was a Ford Fiesta. I built my car on the Ford website in the morning and shortly thereafter received an email from Monica Lind, Internet Sales Manager for Miller Motors in Burlington. I responded and then received a phone call from her and we set up an appointment for me to test drive a Fiesta that evening. I don't know if this was a coincidence or if Miller Motors went to work and found my car at a different dealership, but when I walked into the showroom at Miller Motors the exact car I had built on the internet was sitting in their showroom! My salesman, Ron Greiner, was very professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable in regards to every question I asked and more. In the course of talking about the Fiesta, I was thinking out loud how it compared to the other cars I was considering. Ron actually pulled up the specs of those other vehicles from the web and showed me his screen so I could compare the facts myself - talk about honest and forthright salesmanship! Kudos to you, Ron! I had only intended on test driving the Fiesta, but I really liked the way it drove and the fuel economy and Ron just made it seem to good to pass up, so I bought it! Bob made the financing end of the deal very easy and was so prepared that I spent only about 15 minutes getting it all done. I grabbed a few of Ron's business cards and will definitely be recommending him and Miller Motors to anyone I know who may be looking for a new or used vehicle. I will definitely be a repeat customer at Miller Motors. I love my new Fiesta and am very happy with the treatment, service, and deal I received. Thank you Monica, Ron, and Bob!

I was shopping around to trade in my 2011 Ford Fusion for a the new and improved 2013 Ford Fusion with ECO boost. I knew I wanted the Titanium in White Platinum. I went on the Ford web sight and "built" the Fusion I wanted and then sent it out there to several dealers. Miller Motors was the first to respond through an E-mail from Monica Lind, there internet salesperson. I corresponded several times via with her with my biggest concern being affordability. Monica asked me to come in and meet with there new car sales manager Rex, which my wife and I did. Rex introduced us to Travis Harder as our salesman. Travis had a 2013 Fusion waiting for us to test drive. It was the SE model, but it gave us an idea of the "new" characteristics of the car. After the test drive Travis went through all the options and answered all our questions. It was the best experience my wife and I ever had shopping for a new car! Travis was very thorough, honest, and very pleasant. NO PRESSURE!! My wife and I returned a few days later and made a deal on the EXACT Fusion we where looking for. Travis spent the time to find us and have delivered to the dealer in a timely fashion. Upon delivery, Travis again spent the time to explain and help set up our "NEW" Fusion. I look forward to doing business with Miller Motors in the future. PS. My wife and I are in our 50's and have purchase new vehicles often in our life and this truly was our best experience.
