My Jeep Liberty, purchased from a different seller, had a catastrophic event with the motor and not worth it financially to replace the motor. I was just over a year into the loan when this happened. So I was not at all in a good spot shopping for another car so at the suggestion of my brother in law I called Jesse Gregory at Milnes Chevrolet. I’m not usually one to enjoy any aspect of car shopping but Jesse absolutely made this the best and easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. He did what he said he would and was honest about financial numbers from the start. When it came time to close the purchase he had literally everything in order and ready to go upon my arrival (I drove almost 100 miles to get there). I lost my title and he actually went out of his way setting me up with an appointment at the SOS. I sincerely appreciate how he does business and will be back for any future auto purchases going forward. The Equinox I bought was better than expected. I was able to talk to Dave Lucas, the service manager and he reassured me that the vehicle was fit and well cared for. I would suggest Milnes Chevrolet to anyone in need of a vehicle or service on your vehicle. I sincerely thank them for a great automotive purchasing experience. If you’re far from Imlay City, it’s worth the drive.

Milnes Chevrolet is a great dealer! I just lease my new Traverse through them and loved every minute of our experience. We worked with Jesse who was very friendly, helpful and answered every question we had! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get into the Chevrolet family. I have been looking for a good use truck and all the places I went, and believe me I went to a lot of places, had vehicles with to many miles or a lot of rust. If they had a vehicle that was not ready they would not show it to me. They would tell me to come back in a few days. When I got to l Milnes they did not have one on the lot but they just took one and they wasted no time and letting me see it and it was the right truck for me. They had it detailed and it look great. I am very happy and I will and would recommend this dealership to my family and friends
