Had my Prius in for 75,000 mile service. Because I did not need my tires rotated, they checked my car over for no charge! Same thing when I had my 65,000 mile service. Also, while I was waiting, Robin Martin came into the waiting area and offered to buy everyone's lunch. Another pleasant surprise! First class. Beautiful dealership.

We were at Milton Martin to have the seat belt clasp replaced. Kimberly Sutton was the person we delt with. Our car was taken in timely and the seat belt replacement was done. She was very good to come back and check with us during the process. My husband asked that one other item be checked and thank goodness she had them do that as we live about 1 1/2 hrs. away. We were very pleased with the overall experience and would ask for Kimberly as she seemed to get things moving quickly.

Upon searching for a 2016 Camry at the dealership's website, a 'chat' was initiated, in which I was asked what I was searching for. I responded, and within an hour, I was called by a salesman from the dealership. He inquired about what I was looking for, and a couple of hours later, he contacted me back and then sent me a 'fact sheet' and a quote on the car I wanted via email. This was Saturday afternoon by this time. My husband and I did research over the weekend, and on Monday morning I called him and told him I wanted this car! I put down a deposit, and was told that it would be several weeks before it was available. I was perfectly fine with this. The next day, I received a call from the salesman stating that my car would be in THE NEXT DAY. I went in to pick it up and had the most pleasant experience of buying a new car that I have ever had. My salesman presented the car, I took a test drive, and then he explained the Entune radio and paired my phone to it, as well as explaining all of the main options that my car was equipped with. There was no 'haggling', no arguing, no bullying, etc.; I was treated with respect, and while it took a while longer than expected to complete the purchase, he repeatedly apologized for the delays.

"This dealership truly makes car buying so easy! The service level here is extraordinary, they NEVER pressure and they truly do treat you like family (this is their motto and it really rings true)! They care more about people than they do about making money & it shows throughout their entire staff. Our 2014 Camry backup camera quit working. They had to order a new wiring harness. As the dashboard of the car was apart and we could not drive it home at the end of the day, they gave us a free loaner until the work was completed. Will be going back there to get my 2017 Tacoma when they come out.

I have used Toyota service for 10 years on my 2006 Tundra and Milton Martin keeps her running strong. This service was for a timing and drive belt as well as brake job. As usual they did a great job. Even more helpful was an emergency they helped me out with. I got back to Cleveland GA and started feeling some very strange jerking movements when accelerating. I thought for sure it was related to the service. They had the truck towed down to their shop, paid for a rental car and when it turned out to simply be a crack in a spark plug they opted not to charge me for the costs.I think it is important to develop long term relationships with businesses and I truly appreciate them going the extra mile for me on something that ended up not being their fault.Thanks so much! I had a lot negative equity to cover and Milton Martin Toyota made it happen. This was my 3rd visit to the dealership over the course of 1 month, it would have been nice if I had known about all of my options on visit 1 or 2 but regardless they made it happen. The time spent at the dealership was disappointing as I was there for 4.5 hours and didn't even see the car that I was wanting to test drive until 1.5 hours into the discussion. Overall, I am pleased that they were able to help me out and make a deal, but I believe that the amount of time spent could be improved. Everyone was extremely nice and informative.

They have nice power over the employees that they hold earnings from and take as a form of self imposed penalties. Went in for 60,000 mile service on my hybrid Camry and receipt said conventional oil when it required and I asked for synthetic oil. After I questioned this when I got home and noticed the receipt, a manager called me back after hours on a Friday and confirmed he had talked to technician who worked on my car and he had caught and put in correct synthetic oil. I have taken both of my cars (one not a Toyota) for 15 years and always been pleased with my service at this dealership. Many times I requested a certain service and they said it did not need it so I always feel I can trust them not to run up my bill.

I had an appointment for a 120,000 mile inspection and checkup on my Toyota Tundra. All went great until the service manager, Louis was informed by the mechanic that a seal on my transfer-case was leaking. After inspecting the problem myself with Louis, I made the call to replace it. It's not everyone that would notify the owner of a problem, but I'm glad that Toyota did so. This type of professionalism is something that people should know. They look out for the customer.

I brought my daughters car in for a regular service, after the service appointment was complete I took her car over to the collision center to get a estimate on some recent damage her car incurred. I spoke to Travis Gilleland to get a estimate. He looked at it and asked me if I had a few minutes while he took it over to the detail shop to see what he could do with the scratches, which were down the entire side of the car. 10 minutes later he brought the car back looking almost as good as new. The front fender still had a dent in it but all the scratches down the entire side of the car were gone. Travis said they could fix the dents as well but offered up a option for paintless dent removal. He put me in contact with the PDR person (Matt) who I met up with. He looked at it and was easily able to pop out 95% of the dent in the fender and refused any payment. So I went from a potential $1,500 repair to the car looking almost as good as new for zero dollars. I can't believe our good fortune. I was lucky to encounter 2 very honest people who truly had my best interest in mind when dealing with me. Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Took my 2012 Camry in for normal maintenance and was told there were two things that needed servicing under warranty. The torque converter was shuddering and the passenger side air bag pressure sensor needed to be replaced. Kimberly was very helpful. After the first try to adjust torque converter did not work, Kimberly set up an appointment and provided a rental car for me to use because I work out of town. The work was completed that day and my car drives like new.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Louie Fouts at Milton Martin Toyota. I recently moved and in the middle of my move broke my ankle and could not drive as I was in a wheelchair. My engine light came on and I had my car towed to Milton Martin. I would not take my car anywhere else. It was my catalytic converter and required some driving after repair for it to pass the emissions test here in Atlanta. My first service trip to Milton Martin Toyota was for front brakes on my 2004 Toyota Sienna which has over 128000 miles. Kent was the assistant service manager that I spoke with. Kent let me know up front that I was looking at replacing brake pads and rotors. There were also two factory recalls that were to be fixed during this visit. I received a call from Kent stating that the brakes had been repaired and a leak from the water pump had been discovered. I was asked if I had had the timing belt replaced at 90K miles. I authorized the replacing of the water pump and the replacing of the timing belt. I also requested that an oil change be done. Kent was very professional and the repairs were done in the time frame that was stated. I would recommend Milton Martin Toyota for future service requirements.

I chose the service I wanted. There was no pressure to buy something I didn't want. I wasoffered transportation ( I had already arranged for someone to pick me up) to work. MaybeI will take them up on that offer next time. I asked if I could pick up my car at lunch. Ireceived a call at 10:00 am letting me know my car was ready and could be picked up at my convenience. I just recently had my Toyota repaired at Milton Martin's collision center and they did a great job. You can't tell which panels were replaced because it looks exactly like it did before the accident. They also worked directly with the insurance company who was very unresponsive. The team at Milton Martin were very persistent and escalated the case to upper management to get everything resolved. GOODDAY & GOD BLESS USI ran out of oil at 83k miles. Mall of Ga Toyota said "for $4600 we will find out why". I had been using them and $14 coupons for oil changes. I saw on the internet that there were complaints of excessive oil usage but mall of ga toyota gave me the big corporation shoulder shrug. I heard about your move closer to Buford and decided that I would return. I was eating chicken livers at Loretta's with my best friend and a man entered the dinning room and all the tables were full so I invited him to join our table. He was Mike Martin and I disclosed that I had bought my 2008 camry from Evan Martin. Mike asked for my vin so he could check for a recall. We met with Brian Carden, the first thing we discussed was budget and what type of vehicle we were in the market for. He only showed us vehicles in that price range. He never attempted to up sell us, we were given a fair trade in on a vehicle we were glad to wave goodbye to. They made us an offer for financing, we did some research through our own bank and then they eat it. He was honest and transparent with us the whole time and did his best to get us into the vehicle we wanted while trying as best he could to keep us within budget.

When I called to see about having my tire repaired, the person on the phone told me when would be a good time to come in, and told me which of the service persons I would need to see. She also told me about how long the service would take. So I went at the appointed time, saw the particular service person, gave him the key to my car and went to make myself comfortable in the waiting room to read. When the suggested amount of time had elapsed, along came the service person to say, "Mrs. Smith, your car is ready." I have always been pleased with the service I receive at Milton Martin Toyota--that's why I keep coming back, and it's why I buy my cars there!

I drove up to Gainesville because Casey Smith sent a price sheet by e-mail that beat my local dealers. He wanted to make sure I was getting the car I wanted and asked questions to verify. In the process by e-mail I realized I needed a model higher than what I had previously been looking at. I was able to drive up and look at the specific car I was interested in and made a purchase that day. Despite it being a Friday afternoon and them being a little short staffed they were able to process everything quickly.

I could not be more impressed with the Collision Center at Milton Martin Toyota. Travis and Debra were utterly professional from the moment I arrived and dropped off my vehicle to the day I picked up my newly-repaired car. Even though it was busy the person who helped me was very helpful and was just a genuinely nice guy. (I can't remember his name, he was the black gentleman in the quick-lube service area). I was in a trap from a predatory lender paying an enormous amount. The people here at Milton Martin Toyota looked over my contract and helped me out of a bad situation. Now I am in a brand new car paying around the same monthly I was with the other company. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I can only hope other people find themselves in good situations such as this. I was paying over 10 times the amount the original car was worth and they helped pay the loan off and add it to the new car. We had been looking for a family truck that we could pull our camper with and still have room to take the grandkids with us camping. We started looking at full size trucks but they felt very bulky to my wife as she is going to be the primary driver of the truck . We looked at the mid size pickups and she felt more comfortable with the size of the tacoma and after driving the truck we decided that this truck had everything that we needed to use as a family vechicle and with the towing package that came on the package. We are very satisfied with the truck and with the customer service that was provided by the dealership. We were there until after their closing time and did not feel that they were trying to just make another sale , they treated us like family. And we did appreciate the atmosphere of the dealership. My husband and I went to Milton Martin on a Saturday and by the end of the day had 2 Highlanders ordered. I had done my homework regarding the features I wanted and the color so when Mike Morrissy found one in the system, i said I want it and my husband piped up, "make that two, with the same color"! Overall Milton Martin did a great job taking care of us as we purchased a new Toyota Rav4. We purchased the car over two separate appointments. Both times the sales staff gave us their full attention, asked us a lot of questions, and made sure we were comfortable with our buying experience. Milton Martin, specifically, Mike Morrisey was exceptionally easy to work with. Currently the Highlander Limited Platinum is a difficult vehicle to locate in the color we wanted, or so we thought. After interacting with multiple dealerships to no avail, a co-worker recommended I try Milton Martin. Milton Martin had located the car I wanted within 24 hours and had it at their dealership within 48 hrs of us first talking. The sales process was quick and easy and Mike was impressively knowledgeable regarding all the options that the Platinum contained. Overall, I was very pleased with Milton Martin.

I am not from Gainesville. I called Milton Martin because I was frustrated by the poor service and run around I was getting at my local dealership. I was connected with a salesperson (Brian C.) and was literally able to strike a fair deal on the phone in a matter of minutes(much better and much faster than I had at my local dealership). It's an hour drive from my home to MM, but the customer service and efficiency I experienced when we got there made it more than worth it. They located the exact color/option combo my wife wanted in our new Highlander. They respected and gave fair value to our trade in...and even though we arrived just before closing, Brian insisted on staying late with us to go over the new vehicle features and make sure my wife was comfortable and well-versed. I have had a lot of car buying experiences and this was definitely one of the best.

I was having a negative experience with my local Toyota dealership Heyward Allen Toyota in Athens GA. We had considered trading our 2010 Tahoe in April 2014 and had visited them then. It was difficult. We tabled the idea until this year. Again we sat down we them in hopes of trading our Tahoe in on a new Highlander. The experience was the same...very poor. The manner in which they interacted with us was pure dealership cliche. Gamesmanship, very lowball trade allowance, a lot of waiting while the appraiser checked us out, while the dealer swap guy looked for our Highlander, while the sales manager reviewed the deal...a whole lot of wasted time and bottom of the barrel tactics...including mild confrontation. I have a computer and internet access, I have tried hard to maintain my vehicle....I have a reasonable expectation of a fair deal. There's no need for pomp and BS.I walked out of HA at noon. I called Milton Martin on my cell phone from the parking lot. I was connected with Brian Cardone in Sales. I told him specifically what we were looking for in a Toyota, gave him the VIN on my trade, and what I thought were fair parameters on a trade. He called me back within a half hour. He had located a Highlander that met all our requirements and had an offer sheet that was reasonable and fair...and bettered Heyward Allen by $3,000. I drove up that afternoon and we had a deal done in 20 minutes.I took delivery of our new Highlander 2 days later. My wife and I drove up (an hour drive) after work. Brian stayed well after the dealership had closed to make sure that my wife was well-versed in all the cars features and made sure she felt comfortable before we left.Brian was great, Milton Martin was great. We love our new Highlander. No gamesmanship, no hassle. Fair and efficient. We got great value and outstanding customer service. I'll be making the drive to Milton Martin for all my regular maintenance and service as well. It's worth the drive to be well taken care of.

The work when done was fine, they did forget to hook up my trunk light and I had to drive back to get it corrected. I have a difficult time getting return calls or answers to the status of the work. Communication isn't the collision centers strong suit. I also asked for more work to be done that I was willing to pay for myself. I was given one price for the work at drop off, and was called later and told it would cost twice as much as originally estimated. I canceled the extra work at that point.

I brought my 4-Runner in for a new belt. After replacing the belt a technician took it out for a test drive. While driving it he noticed and noise in the rear end. It turned out to be a bad wheel bearing and that in turn became very complicated to replace. Paul and the guys in the shop handled it very well keeping me up to date with progress made and kept me in a rental car while mine was being repaired. I am so glad they caught the problem and got it repaired before it caused a much larger problem. Hats off to all the guys that worked on the 4-Runner. Job well done.

Although it took a bit longer than expected (it was a 90,000 mile service) the outcome was great. They did everything that was scheduled and let me know of any deficiencies there were and how urgent was the need. They gave me the discount from the coupon I had and credited me for work that was not needed (I just had new tires & didn't need rotating or balancing). The waiting room was comfortable and coffee & snacks were available. Since I chose to wait instead of coming back for my vehicle I think this makes the best of a boring situation. The people are friendly and the technician explained everything to me to my satisfaction. I will continue to come to Milton Martin.

I was looking for a small 4dr with hopefully at least 32mpg, like my previous car, an 01 Camry. I drove several other brands but then checked out the new & used Toyota's again. Dealt with Russ, got all questions answered in a friendly but expeditious manner. I have been averaging 32mpg+ so far (2 wks) so am very satisfied with my first brand new car. :-)

I had a concern about my cabin air filter being properly installed because of broken pieces of plastic falling on the passenger carpet after the previous service visit. The technician showed me the filter and explained everything was ok and that there may have been a rodent in there at some time. The staff at this dealership have always provided prompt, professional and personable service. I do not hesitate to recommend this dealership.

I took our car in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. I was also concerned that the air pressure warning sensor was staying on. The service department checked it out and told us that the sensor had been changed from the original one. I explained that my wife had been in a wreck that involved the tire/wheel in question. The repair shop had failed to reset the sensor. The service department reset our sensor free of charge when they found out my wife had been in a wreck. They did not have to do that since the auto repair shop was responsible, but they did anyway. That saved us a lot of time and hassle, and we appreciate it so much. Not every business you deal with would go that extra mile, and I am so very thankful that they cared that much.I am also impressed with how they explain what they have done to your car, and what the car might need later, without being pushy or talking down to you.

Customer service solved one problem with my husband and me having only one listing in your computer for the both of us and our 2 Toyotas by making a separate listing for him.Service man showed me that my back window wiper coverage could not be improved. He got a 2012 4-runner to compare with my 2013. It had the same poor window washer coverage. This is a Toyota design flaw.

This was the most recent in a number of buying experiences I have had at MM. They have all been satisfactory, and this one was especially pleasant. Brandon Martin, our sales associate, proved perfect for us. He explained details to my wife and me in individual ways that suited our separate styles and needs. We were looking at a Highlander, which we will be buying later we think, and a Tacoma, which we did purchase. Also, being remembered in detail by Mario Lugo, who handled our paperwork in a fast efficient manner, was another plus for our experience. The folks at MM are helpful and considerate of the customer's time and needs. We will keep coming back and bringing others.

My husband and I have been buying cars and trucks from Milton Martin Toyota since 1980. We have lost track of exactly how many but the 1980 was a SR5 Truck which was replaced with a 2009 Tacoma. Since about 1993, we have bought Camreys for business use. These were replaced about every four years, with the old one going to an eager family member. The new Highlander replaced a 2004 4-Runner which is still in the family. There was a matrix for a granddaughter (wrecked,unfortunately, but no one hurt) and a Corolla which is still in use. We will continue to be customers for service and sales. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, helpful and patient. We highly recommend Milton Martin Toyota.

Was very pleased with Mr. Felipe Linhares. He was very conscientious, and sought out correct information if he wasn't aware of the answer. I appreciated he was not aggressive or pushy. He took his time and was patient with the process. I was initially in the market for a new vehicle, but he made the process a positive experience. We are still working together to resolve an issue of non-compatible parts transferred from my trade-in vehicle to the new vehicle, and hope this works out well also.

Everyone was friendly, nice, and treat me and my baby great. The girl driving the cars around even helped me get my baby's car seat out. Two things that disappointed me was that as I was going home I noticed trash in my car that was not mine. An empty Wendy's cup in a plastic bag. My family do not go to Wendy's. Also the back of the driver seat has grease hand stains. I'm sure it was the mechanics. Even though I went in for a recall, and was no fee, I don't see how they would do that or leave my car dirty. A recall is not the customers fault so there's no reason to treat any different. Other then that everyone was great.

It's not often that you feel good about spending a lot of money, but in this case, the experience was great! The Martin Toyota dealership in Gainesville, GA listened by telephone to our specifications and then located the exact car my mother wanted. They brought it in from another state. Ethan Martin, a son of the dealer, was our sales rep, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire buying process. We felt that the price was definitely a fair one. Follow up has been excellent and we look forward to doing business in the future with Martin Toyota! The best thing is that my mother LOVES her new car. Now she thinks she needs a Smart Phone so she can take advantage of all the features and I'm thinking I may need to send her back to Ethan to help with THAT !! We have already recommended this dealership to friends. We also loved the additional manual we found in the glove compartment: The Owners Manual for Life!

It is never good when your car is not working, but the Milton Martin Toyota Service Department made the situation a positive, pleasant experience. On the first cold day of the winter, we went out to find that our Prius would not start. New to the area, I wasn't sure where to turn, but finally connected with Kent in the Milton Martin Toyota Service Department. He listened to me with keen interest, and used all the information to come up with the best service plan for our car. He clearly explained options and provided detailed information. The car was ready when he said it would be, the cost of the needed service was very reasonable, and best of all, my 8-year-old Prius is now running as good as new!! I didn't realize until I called my father about our purchase that my mother and father bought a red Corolla in 1974 from Mr. Milton Martin. I was around 2 years old at the time, but remember the car well - we had it for a long time. Due to the dependability of that Toyota, the Chevy Nova that sat in the driveway with the Corolla was the last car they bought from a US-based manufacturer. At the time my father tried to buy the car, another salesman happened to sell the only red Corolla on the lot to another fella right out from underneath Mr. Martin. Dad reports that needless to say, Mr. Martin was not pleased with the salesman but made it right by giving my parents a loaner car. They had they loaner for over 4 months until another red Corolla could be located. It goes to show you that how you react to bad situations is what ultimately matters.We actually had no idea about the story when we drove up. But my parents' experience with the dealership 40 years ago matched our own. Even though any car purchase is a quite large and stressful "business transaction," the folks there were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and organized. Any business would be challenged keeping consistent customer service over a 40 year period, but it seems MMT has been able to do it. We would definitely recommend MMT to our friends. From the minute I walked in the door of the dealership, Brandon Martin, the Car Salesman, was professional, informative and didn't pressure me to buy a car before I was ready! Chad Smith, the New Car Manager there called me personally after my visit to the dealership and helped me get to a monthly payment that beat out the other dealerships I was shopping at. Brandon Martin was able to locate and deliver to me a unique exterior / interior combination that I really wanted but very few were made that way. I was impressed that he was listening to my needs and then he figured out a way to make that leather color happen! I ended up buying a 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE that was beautiful on the inside and out! I was also looking at the Buick Enclave Leather FWD and Chevy Traverse LTZ but the Highlander XLE was the best value with the most bells and whistles for the money. Lastly, the Finance Manager, Mario Lugo, was also fantastic! I got 1.99% financing because of my awesome credit score!! That was so helpful on the budget! The team of these 3 men really earned my trust and my business! I would highly recommend this high class dealership to anyone and would strongly suggest your Toyota purchase starts with Brandon Martin!!

The only thing I would wish for it that you straighten up your online service appointments. I used the system several times now and never once did anyone there know that I had an appointment. The least they could do is when I show or tell them the confirmation number, is honor the appointment. If you're not going to use the online system, you should just do away with it.

I was pre-sold on a Tacoma for about 6 months in 2014. I drove a couple used and new at different dealerships but was not comfortable with the trucks or salesmen. When the 2015 came out, I was ready to purchase and my boss at work convinced me to call call Michael Morrisey with Milton Martin Toyota. I knew precisely what I wanted and after negotiations, with Michael, I ordered a brand new 2015 Silver Tacoma 4x4. I anxiously awaited it's arrival for about 6 days or so. I got a cal from Michael on a Monday and was expecting on that Thursday. So I was pretty pumped from the call. When my wife drove me up to the dealership, I took one look at the truck and was totally in disbelief that the truck I was looking at could possibly be mine... but it was. It was more beautiful than I expected. It was late on Monday and way past closing time when all the paperwork was finished up and I drove off. They worked with me to get things taken care of and it was a great group of team members. The truck had 2 mi. on it when Michael filled it up with gas for me and the truck was built only a few days before it was delivered. I believe it came straight out the door and on the truck to me. I got a great loan directly through them for the balance after my downpayment. I have to say that it was the simplest and most positive purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. Since I'm 62, that is a few years of buying cars. I could not be happier with the dealership, purchase or the truck!

Would not have bought had I seen them and looked more closely. Scott and Chris both treated us with respect and were very pleasant. We pretty much agreed to a price over the phone and when we got there it was pretty straight forward from there. We went to Consumer Report on line picked the car, color, and options and within a couple of minutes we received a certificate for what price we could buy the car. Two dealers responded and Milton Martin was the lowest price. I have bought two cars this way and have found it to be a great way to buy. I always compare a dealer that does not respond to the Consumer Report process and find that they are always higher.

My experience with Milton Martin Toyota was simply amazing. I was treated like royalty. I had been to three other dealerships and basically had most of the deal worked out before going into the dealership. I received the deal that was excellent to me and was the best deal out of four dealership. I thought since they were smaller than some dealerships that I would not get the deal that was good for me, but I was wrong. They were all the way up to five grand cheaper than some of the dealerships that I had worked with and visited several times. Milton Martin was polite, professional, clean and went over my new RAV 4 completely with me. The Finance Director got me an even sweeter deal once we finished with the paperwork. I ended up with a 5% loan and my credit was not the best since I had some financial problems because of supporting my son and his family for 13 years. I plan on giving my son a down payment for a Prius V and we hope to work out a deal for my son as equally good as my deal was through Milton Toyota.

After living by faith for the 2 years and totally depending on God for our finances, we had been blessed with some money to buy a vehicle. Through prayer, God had showed us that we was to buy a new car so it would have no miles and have many years of service. Paying cash, we would have a set amount a no finance payment ----no debt! See my God works like that ---debt free! God led us only to Milton Martin Toyota in Gainesville, Ga. The first person we meet is Brandon Martin and my husband realizes he has locked our keys in the van. Brandon, who is very polite and not the typical salesman, offers to get our van unlocked for us and then show us around at what he has on the lot. So unpushy and very willing to help us and listen to our needs in any way. We wanted to pray over a couple decisions, and Brandon totally understood that making decisions should line up with what God wants and not what man wants. The salesman (Kevin) was courteous and respectful of our budget while still presenting all the options. The finance manager (Jason) was friendly and helpful, even beating an excellent rate for which my bank had pre-approved me. The facilities were also very clean and even included a small playroom to keep my kids entertained while I discussed my options with the staff. Overall, my experience there was excellent and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I drove a 2014 Toyota hybrid SE at a local dealership and really liked the car. There were not competitive on the price so I used USAA car buying service and had three offers. Milton Martin Toyota was over an hour away but we decided to make the trip. We met with the sales rep and test drove the car. The dealership didn't have the color I had wanted so they made an offer I couldn't refuse on a red version. I wanted a black version, which they could get in a day. We took the red one and I had my wife drive it over the next few weeks. She fell in love with the car!!!! I contacted Milton Martin again and asked if they would honor the same deal on a black version; they agreed and had the black version available the next day for our pickup. So the highest praise I can give to a dealership is to go back again and to tell friends of our experiences. I loved the no hassle on price; it make the car buying experience a partnership instead of a competitive situation. All personnel were exceptional from the sales rep, to the financial rep, to the electronics genius that explained clearly the various computer instruments in the car. Nice car! Great experience! Regarding the two questions below. I have already recommended Milton Martin to others and also I purchased a second vehicle less than a month after purchasing the first. Mr. Sims patiently waited, but stayed connected, until we could come in for an interview and to begin the sales process. He was very friendly, courteous, highly informative, efficient and eminently personable. Milton Martin Toyota was one of 3 dealerships that provided a quote using my insurance company's Car Buying Service. The professionalism, and more importantly, lack of what consumer's unfortunately have grown to expect in the car buying experience, was immediately obvious and very refreshing. From beginning to end, every step of the process was conducted in a very business-like, open, honest and transparent manner. I particularly appreciated the fact that they did not attempt to "up-sell" additional options - a practice that the other dealerships providing the quote did employ. The 4Runner color/option package I wanted was not in their inventory. They found the one I wanted within a few short hours, at the originally quoted price and had the car ready to go exactly when they said they would. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend Milton Martin Toyota - it's well worth the drive from Atlanta!

We were shopping for a used truck and contacted a few different dealers, only two of the dealerships who contacted us back made a strong positive impression -Milton Martin was one of those. Don made contact with us and was our salesperson and point of contact throughout the entire process. Having said that every member of the staff that we had contact with was friendly, professional, and thorough. Any time we spoke with someone other than Don the information, questions or answers came back from Don. It was an excellent experience. There was no pressure to buy, we were encouraged to test drive multiple vehicles and take time deciding. The purchase could not have been any smoother. We were running on a tight schedule and knew we would be coming in very near closing time. Don set everything up and had us send information ahead so that there was no sitting around, no waiting. We walked in with the check for the truck 40 minutes before closing time and drove off the lot 26 minutes later. They have their vehicles priced right, they have superior people & service and it shows so there is no need for 'sales tactics' or to pressure the customer. Completely happy with my experience!

Chad will try and sneak in an extended warranty and maintenance contract at a cost (in my case) of $1950.00 without asking. I purchased a 2011 Certified vehicle from this dealership and while I was in Chad's office he never mentioned the 2 separate but pricey contracts. The maintenance contract cost $750.00 and included 5 oil changes at their dealership and nothing more. (although Chad told me that the contract was good at any Toyota dealership, this was not true) and an extended warranty for $1200.00.As I was about to sign the paperwork I noticed the added charges and had to convince Chad that I was not going to take them.Be careful, watch what you sign!

Chris Maughon was the reason we chose to buy a Toyota. Our family didn't see much difference in price or quality between the Toyota Sienna and the Honda Odyssey so the decision came down to the sales experience. Chris did a great job working with us. During the test drive he pointed out the features of the Toyota Sienna and compared them to the Odyssey and admitted when the Honda was a little better in an area but wasn't overtly negative. The other dealerships we worked with spent more time trashing the competitors rather than selling their own product. Chris Maughon earned our trust and our business during the test drive and the easy negotiating process. I hope to purchase a new truck from Chris in the near future.

I bought my first vehicle from Milton Martin Toyota on 1/14/12 and it was a great experience. I drove from Jacksonville, AL to check out a used 4 Runner and contacted Mike Randall to make sure the SUV was still available. Mike was very customer focused and checked on everything I asked about over the phone and called me promptly with that information. When I arrived, Mike showed me the vehicle and showed me the CARFAX and all the work that was done to this vehicle to ensure it would be in great shape for its next owner. Mike was great and so was the pre-owned sales director, Pat Van Norman. I arrived in Gainesville late and didn't decide to buy until 6 PM Saturday night (closing time). Both Mike, Pat and finance rep stayed until the deal was complete so I didn't have to drive back again on Monday. While we were doing the paperwork, Mike had the vehicle filled up with gas and ready to go. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and integrity of both Mike and Pat and our family loved the dealership. Milton Martin thought of everything- the kids had a safe play area, there was a nice lounge area with large TV, drinks and snacks and everyone was very friendly. I'd recommend Mike, Pat and Milton Martin Toyota to anyone.

No sooner had I "clicked" SUBMIT, approx 15 minutes later I received a call from Chris! Made an appointment for Saturday November 19,2011 at 1:00. I had left Milton Martin by 3:00 with my New (2011) Toyota Corolla! Buying a car can be a ETREMELY anxious experience UNLESS you go to Milton Martin.
