They were very accommodating. They brought the vehicle that I ultimately purchased up from Peabody for me to test drive. Very laid back, no pressure. Very respectful, I felt like I had known my sales rep for years... very easy to deal with.All the people involved were great. This is my 3rd MINI. My other one was not purchased here, but I brought her here for recall work and maintenance. They always treated her like she was brought there. I appreciate that. I try to selll everyone on the MINI brand. : )

Friendly courteous, listened to what we were looking for and offered a number of choices. We tested a few used Mini's and then we looked at a new one. Drove the new one home. Very impressed.

Best car buying experience ever! No pressure. We drove from midcoast Maine to purchase our Mini, Mini Cooper S. The sales associate, Cliff, was the best. Courteous, friendly, and very knowledgable about his product. No pressure at all from him or anyone at the dealership including the Business Office. Car cleaned, gassed, and delivered as promised. Mini of Bedford is the very best hands down!!

As as general rule, I HATE car shopping. I hate the pressure, I hate the attitude of the salespeople, and I hate every step of the process. THAT IS until I went to Mini of Bedford to investigate buying a Mini Cooper. What pleasurable experience it was. There was no pressure, I was allowed to drive as many vehicles as I wanted until I found "the one," everyone was smiling, and extremely helpful. I love my new car and I would definitely encourage anyone looking for a Mini to come to this dealership!

I first discovered Mini of Bedford after spending a number of years traveling to Boston for sales and service. In June 2013 I traded in my 2010 Countryman for a 2013 Paceman S. Later that year I trade my 2008 Cooper for a 2013 Cooper S. Both these vehicle were order direct from the factory and only took about 6 weeks from order to delivery. Custom was what I was looking for and that is what I got. Finally in regards to sales, in 2015 I retired and was looking for a a nice 2 seater convertible, Cliff in the sales department found me what I was looking for, a loaded 2015 Roadster. 6 months later a got another itch and traded in my 2013 Paceman for a 2015 Stealthy Paceman All Wheel Drive fully loaded. Never pressured always assisted professionally. Thanks Cliff. Over the years I have had my vehicles service at Mini of Bedford and have always been treated extremely well. Even when I came in to have a simple service done which turned out to be a more complicated one, a loaner was made available. Ed is always there to help and do what he can if you need an appoint sooner than later. If you need parts Steven or Nicki in the parts department are there to help and they will turn over backward to do what they can. Well thats it so if you are looking for a place to buy a Mini, have it serviced or even get some parts Mini of Bedford is the place for you.

Mini of Bedford is the best dealership I have ever used. The place with the most honest, friendly, helpful, group of people. The waiting area is great. Snacks, drinks and wifi, makes waiting much less painful. When all is done, the car is washed and vacuumed. Great place to go to purchase and service your car. I enjoy doing business with Joel in services. Very. Informative and pleasant.

Visiting my local mini dealer is always a pleasure!!! The service manager is always funny and will listen to any concerns I have no matter how trivial they may seem. The facility is always clean and coffee bar well stocked. Overall, thumbs up!!! PS. Recently we purchased a larger vehicle for my husband from another dealer. As much as we love their service department, they could learn a lot from my mini dealer. Everything from delivery of the car to a minor detail.... Cleanliness of their facility. And, this was a luxury vehicle. So thank you mini guys!!!

Van was instrumental in helping me find the right car within a tight financial situation. He made the sales process simple, the financing was easy, and there was no pressure for purchasing anything extra - only to be aware of what was available. I've also had the car serviced there 3 times and their advisors are super friendly, communicative, and the work is excellent, including a nice wash and vacuum. The waiting area is flexible if you want to sit and watch the news, read, or sit at a high top and work - free wireless, as well as free coffee, drinks, and snacks.

The buying experience was so great we went back and got a second one for my husband! Any time my car needs servicing, I have no issues getting an appointment that works for me. The service is quick. It's a pleasant place to wait for the car to be finished. Best dealership I have ever dealt with for anything I need. If either of our minis wears out we will replace them right here.

I am on my 3 rd MINI and so pleased now that there is a dealership in NH. I was able to get a next day appointment for an oil change, unheard of down in Massachusetts. Great experience from the initial phone call to the wash/vacuum at the end.

I purchased a used CR-V from them. Van my sales agent was awesome and down to earth. There was no games to be played and the first asking price was their lowest. I found the dealership because CarsGurus app rated the CRV as the best deal in my area marking it well under market value. The whole purchase and sale went very quick and I was driving home the vehicle the same day. They have been very helpful in getting the vehicle inspected for free and their showroom and maintenance were impeccably clean and friendly. I would purchase from them again. I USED to be interested in purchasing a mini cooper, so I emailed this dealership. I told them that I was interested in buying a used mini, and made it a point to specifically ask if they "negotiate their online car prices," knowing that nowadays, some dealerships have steered away from the traditional car haggling process. They assured me that they DID negotiate, and PROMISED to "work with me." After that, I drove all the way to Bedford (I live in Milford, NH) after work to check out some cars. They were all nice and friendly (of course) during this visit, and I ended up putting a 2009 mini on hold for the following day, with the intention of bringing it to my mechanic. The next day, I returned, and did so. My mechanic told me I'd be a fool to pay more than $9,000 (it was an 09 mini base model with almost 90k, they had it listed online at 10,995). So, figuring that they'd "work with me" I returned to the dealership and made them my $9k offer. The salesman, I think his name was Cliff, was a complete jerk, and scoffed at my offer, shrugging his shoulders and ROLLING HIS EYES at me, he goes, "HA, yeah that's definitely far off from what my manager's going to go for, but I guess I'll go run it by him." I was in shock, I told him, "but you guys said you'd work with me...I came all the way out here two days in a row because I was promised that you guys would work with me, a negotiation is supposed to go back and forth, there seems to be zero negotiation happening..." at that, he rolled his eyes at me again, sighed, and walked away to "talk" to his manager for TEN MINUTES, only to return with a quick, "HA, yep I was right, those numbers are far off, we can go down to $10,400 for you, but that will only cover the DEALERSHIP FEES and you'll be back up to $10,900."Needless to say, I was floored, but kept my cool--the night before, I had run a Kelley Blue Book on the car, and KBB's value for the car in the condition it was in BARELY passed $10k!!! So I called him out, and showed him the KBB paperwork, and in response, he rolled his eyes at me yet again and said, "yeah we don't go by KBB." I came back with, "yes, but if the trade in value of the car was barely $7k, and the "repairs" done to the car weren't too expensive (no mechanical repairs were even made when they got the vehicle, just tires, which aren't too expensive, especially since they have their own shop on site) your refusing to come down from the exorbitant amount of almost $11k, meaning your making at LEAST $4k on the car..." And then came his best retort yet, "yeah, it doesn't matter how much we paid for the car...if we got the car for free, does that mean we should give it to you for free...nope!" I was dumbfounded, and shot back, "yeah...but you didn't get the car for free, you paid MAYBE $7k for it, and are trying to sell it for a $4k profit, I came all the way down here two days in a row because you guys promised to work with me..." by then however, I was done, and stormed out. I have never been so mistreated by a dealership in my entire life. Cliff and his sales team effectively turned me off from Mini Coopers for the rest of my life (I'm only 22). Their customer service representatives flat out lied to me, claiming that they "do negotiate internet prices" when in fact, they're only willing to come down on their prices enough to cover their dealer fees. However, I suppose this awful experience was a godsend in disguise--I ended up leasing a 2015 Chevy Cruze from Bank's Autos in Concord, and am able to put 15k miles a year (my lease is only 24 months too) for a LOWER PRICE than I would have been paying monthly to finance the mini cooper (and don't have to worry about repair costs on top of that since my 2015 chevy is in warranty for the duration of my lease). Banks helped my restore faith in the car dealership industry. I'd strongly advise against choosing Mini of Bedford for anyone who is used to old school car haggling and negotiating--the Mini of Bedford team should try using a dictionary once in a while, because where I come from, "negotiating" a car price doesn't translate to, "we'll take off $300 to cover your dealer fees, but even though we know that you know that we paid 4 grand less than our internet price, WE DON'T CARE..."-Ali C.July, 2015

I have been taking my mini to this dealership for yearly maintainance and anythingelse it has needed since they opened. I'm not an easily impressed customer, but I have found their assistant service manager and the workers in the service dept. to be exceptional at their jobs. I am always impressed with their beautiful workmanship. I could go on and on but I'll just say, I would highly recommend this dealership and will definately go there when it is time to trade my baby in.

I'm on my 3rd Mini Cooper S and the 2nd one from Bedford Mini. Van is the best and so easy to work with; knowledegable on the cars, friendly and professional. He goes way beyond the extra step in finding you exactly what you want and getting it taken care of in a timely fashion. He keeps you informed every step of the way and makes the buying process simple and straightforward. It's especially refreshing to work with someone in the car industry that takes a female customer seriously, without making sexist assumptions on their level of expertise. Van is my "go to" person at Bedford Mini and I'm their customer for life. There's no need to shop around...it's Van and Bedford Mini all the way.

I selected this dealership to buy a used car from based on ratings, proximity and the fact that I felt I would be able to get a good deal on an off-brand used larger car, which is exactly what I did. Although the car I bought was not their specialty I felt that they were very knowledgeable and in many cases had previous experience with the brand of car I purchased. The sales and service staff are friendly, knowledgeable and fair and made my first time buying a car on my own a great experience. If you are worried about buying a used car and not having a warranty no worries as they do provide them at a reasonable price in addition to the car if you are interested. I was able to get my car quickly and there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed so I was written an IOU because they had to wait on parts and they did good on the IOU in a timely manner. However, I did have to follow-up with the dealership on said parts and service.

My first introduction to this dealership was on-line. I logged onto Kelly Blue Book to research several cars, and one car I liked was a Mini. I followed a link and looked at several cars on sale for Presidents Day, and received a prompt and helpful respoyse from Doug Currie. Doug confirmed a car of interest to me was available in the showroom, and gave me additional information about the vehicle. His comments piqued my interest further and I made an appointment to visit Steve. At the dealership, Steve introduced me to Leo DeBrum, who was a tremendous help, giving me key information that helped me to determine which models were of interest, and we went on a good test drive. I really liked driving the car I ended up choosing, and Leo then helped me to move quickly and painlessly through the purchase. I was given a good deal on a car that I purchased and love to drive. The whole experience was very enjoyable, and Leo went out of his way to help me at each step; he even followed me to coordinate the return of my former leased vehicle so that I could get it all done without having to arrange other transportation to make it all happen.I highly recommend Doug, Steve, Mike, John, and especially, Leo -- as well as those behind the scenes who provided me with a spotless, inspected, beautiful car at delivery. Mini of Bedford is an exceptional dealership.

They sold me a 04 mini cooper s at a premium and less then a year later its falling apart. CV joints are going the revers light dosent work the drivers side window mothe ris going and the power steering is dead. I have never made a bigger mistake then to buy a mini from mini of Bedford
