Just a shout out to Liz in the customer service area - could not have been nicer, more efficient and had delivered a part to me! Rest of the staff was wonderful as well. Love the new video addition since covid does not allow in person sessions with the service people. And great loaner! Smart move as has me thinking about my next mini!

I've been looking for a used BMW X3 for over a year. While viewing Auto Trader I came across one that fit my parameters. MINI of Fairfield had one in inventory. I called Jedd LaPorte the sales associate and he was most helpful. We were able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with after several attempts with his manager. The service was very professional from start to finish. I was completely blown away by a short video that was said by the mechanic showing the undercarriage of my car and explaining all the areas checked and whether or not there were any recommendations. I've purchased several new cars in the past and only have had this service with Mini. Liz was very helpful and courteous.
