It's always a pleasant and hospitable atmosphere! Justin took such good care of me! He even walked me to a table outside where I could sit in the sun and work with my iPad! They are very thorough and offer a free "all point inspection" if you so desire! Very professional and excellent work! I highly recommend!

Commitment to Service, Consistency and Professionalism is what I received at Mini of Glencoe. Throughout my visit I was given information on the progress of my service. I also was provided a video that reviewed in detail the issues with my Mini and also the solution. This was extremely appreciated due to somewhat limited understanding of the workings of an automobile. It made it very simple to understand the cause and effect. While providing support to my decision to move forward with the needed repairs. It also illustrated the importance of ensuring you’re oil cap is tight , if self checking oil levels. 😁

Service was excellent. Easy to schedule appointment, fast check in , very comfortable customer lounge with snacks ( even offered to make me breakfast ). Unique video shared on the inspection which was much better than just the check marks on a piece of paper. Service was completed quickly and the car was handed back to be freshly washed. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I had stripes put on my mini which I was foolish to think I could do myself and they look amazing.
