Mint Auto Sales might be my new "go to" place for cars in the Orlando area. Awesome selection! I wanted an older BMW and found a 2008 328i with LESS THAN 55,000 miles at their location. I had to have it! I worked with Brian and Make It Happen Mike. They were both awesome to deal with, not pushy, and helped move the process along. During the test drive, Brian felt more like a friend instead of a pushy sales person. We talked about music and cars and it was just a chill vibe. Mike is a true professional also. He knows the business and knows his job. He made sure any gaps or hiccups in the transaction were taken care of. In terms of the vehicle, I love it! It was a clean slate for me to work with and I have started to update it to my liking. It drives beautifully and smooth. Mechanically & electrically everything is sound. Every last button in the car works. It is a true beauty. Reason for 1 star deduction: I found the trade in process leaving a bit to be desired and not transparent. On their website, the appraisal form indicates a firm offer range based on the vehicle condition, mileage, and features of course. I filled out the online appraisal form honestly, however at the dealership I was offered $500 less than the LOWEST figure of the trade in range. There was no negotiation, no explanation or evidence for deduction. Overall though, a fast, easy, and fun transaction. The dealership is a neat place with some amazing newer cars, interesting foreign cars on display, and even a Ford Model-T that I saw. Check em out!

Amazing all around, this was my first time buying a car but Make It Happen Mike made it so easy! He's so fun and welcoming but will tell you like it is, won't cut corners just to make a sale, I felt like I was given everything I needed to know and was informed the entire way of the process. And I love my car so much!!! Thank you thank you thank you :)))

I called Mint Used Autos on Sunday and set an appointment to see and drive a vehicle that I was interested in. They promptly returned my inquiry and set a time. This morning, I checked to see if the vehicle was still available. I saw a different vehicle that I liked better. When I arrived, I told Phil, my salesman, that I wanted to look at both vehicles. He was happy to show me both. I had a lot of questions which he answered in a very professional manner. He even searched through their inventory to see if he had anything else that ticked my search boxes. After weeks of searching, I had found a vehicle that I was pleased with! The office did the paperwork while I went to the bank. When I returned with the cashier's check, it took less than 10 minutes to finalize the transaction, vehicle was vacuumed and gassed up and ready to go. A very effortless process on my part coupled with office efficiency and a cold water! I had a great experience thanks to Phil and the office staff! Will definitely buy there again!

Felipe and the other staff made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. They allowed me to inspect the vehicle until I was satisfied, this type of transparency is unmatched. Felipe even helped me take my new car home. You wont find this type of service at a traditional dealership these are truly car people. Overall my experience was... MINT!

Overall I had a pleasant experience at Mint Auto, their selection of cars is really unique and there’s tons of options if you’re interested in sporty, imported, or Japanese make cars. I worked with Philip who was really patient with me and the entire office in the end worked with my parameters of the deal. Left the lot that day with a great car!
