Emilio and Tyler were very helpful and knowledgeable which made my first time leasing experience a breeze. We had issues with our bank loosing the payoff check for our trade in. Tyler was very responsive (even a month later) to help get to the bottom of It! Victoria in accounts payable was quick to provide me with all the tracking information and provided me with copies of check to get the situation resolved immediately. The miracle team went above and beyond for us.

Went to this dealership as it was close to where we live, was open to both new and used... however we were able to narrow down the make and model we were interested in... when we expressed an interest in a used vehicle the dealership pushed one on us that was absolutely rediculous... it was extremely dirty on the outside, the interior was just as dirty and had actual trash and old French fries in under the seats... the tires were so bald that one was showing the interior chords.,, how they could even present a car to us in this condition was appalling.... when we mentioned this to the sales person, he brought over the sales manager who used a "hard sales tactic" right out of a bad movie... I'm sure this is a fairly decent dealership, but we certainly won't be back.

If I could leave a zero star we would. Both myself and my fiance work in the automotive industry and this was by far the WORST buying experience we have ever dealt with. From the follow up to zero communication from finance to the delivery process we both felt taken advantage of, not handled professionally at all. We were promised the vehicle would be detailed before pickup which they had known all day when we were picking up the vehicle. That was not done. They lied about several things during the finance process. Tyler the finance manager has not contacted us back with issues we are having now with the previous finance company from which we traded our car in on. We have left message after message. The only person who helped at all was Rob in sales. We are now on vacation for our wedding and have spent over 3 hours dealing with all of this mess which the dealership should have taken care of prior. If we could have found the vehicle elsewhere we wanted I would have purchased elsewhere. Meanwhile while we were sitting in the dealership to purchase the vehicle another customer came in furious about his experience and being lied to. Word to the wise go buy your vehicle at another reputable dealership.

The dealership was clean and friendly. I dealt with Joshua. Unfortunately, they wanted way too much money for a new vehicle. I was paying cash and they wouldn’t negotiate, so I went and purchased the same equipped vehicle for $4,000 less. I might bring my car here for service, but their prices are ridiculously high compared to other dealerships.
