I have to give 5 stars to the deal and service I received from AutoNation and specifically, from Mitch Ramirez. I was in a quest for either a 4Runner or Tacoma and this place had both but when I saw the rare long bed Tacoma I knew I had to get it. Every other dealership I visited, had the same models for 4-8k more so I went ahead and purchased the Tacoma. Mitch helped me with the buying process, making sure I got the lowest rate possible and within half an hour I was driving home in my Tacoma. After the purchase, Mitch kept in contact asking if the truck was up to my expectations and if I was pleased with it. This is the type of service that brings you back when you need another vehicle.

Our sales person Mitch was great. What I didn't appreciate (like most dealerships) is the time involved. I really thought it would be less time consuming since I financed our vehicle through our bank. Overall, everyone was professional, courteous and accommodating.

A great experience start to finish! Mitch and the entire crew were so friendly. He listened to what was important to me and didn't try to sell me something that I wasn't looking for. I never felt pressured, no games. I'm happy with my purchase and will go there first for my next vehicle!

Today, I just got 2015 BMW M4 from here with the help of John. He was very nice person and he was very patient at explaining things. Doing business with him was great and It really is a nice car. I did not have to take pic with him but hopefully next time when we meet again because my brother told me that he’s looking for to get a car with trade in. Thanks AutoNation… it was worth driving over an hour to get this nice car from Austin. :)

I walked into AutoNation to see the car I was looking at online. I had read reviews about them before I went to visit them. If you look through the reviews you will see Mitch’s name all over the place. It was like it was meant to be because this guy walks up to and says, “Hi I’m Mitch”. This guy lived up to the reviews. The dude is not selling cars. He’s building relationships. After I told him my situation he tried to put me in a cheaper car to meet my goals. I stuck with the more expensive car I initially wanted and he helped me inspect the car like he was buying it for himself. I’m rebuilding my credit and came in hoping to use a second chance finance company. Mitch told me I could go that route but that the finance team might be able to get me a better rate even with my credit. The finance person, Heather, was able to find me a better rate and terms when I thought my options were extremely limited. The AutoNation experience is real because the people are real. Believe the hype and ask for Mitch!
