This was my first time purchasing from Mitchell GMC and I could not be happier! The experience was terrific. I received a call from Ricky prior to me even arriving to let me know he would be taking care of us. Throughout the whole experience Ricky was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain the features of the truck and wanted to make sure I was happy. I never felt like I was just another “sale” but instead I was a valued client. I was introduced to several people at the dealership so I knew who to call if I needed help (finance, service). Every single person was welcoming. From beginning to end it was a fantastic experience. I’ve already spread the word about my great time with Mitchell GMC and told friends and family it’s the only place I would refer people to. Thank you so much! My wife and I are very appreciative of how we were treated.

I am very excited about being enabled, for transportation is the key freedom I need. I am the King of the Milky Way and offer zero energy in energy out for vertical mobility. Just because I don't have any money now doesn't mean I shouldn't have transportation. Please deliver me a vehicle.

I contacted Alex Anderson about wanting to trade my car in and the same day we set up a appointment. Himself and Greg Herridge were so helpful with the buying process and helped it go as smooth and quick as possible. I bought used and there was a small problem with the hatch back opening. I let him know and they had it fixed like new in less than a week. He even came to my work, picked it up and dropped it back off to me all within a few hours.
