Knowing the family of this company i know their customer service is top notch! As a current active duty member of the armed services Sam and Joe have treated me with the highest respect and appreciation. Anyone who has worn or currently wears the uniform understands we do NOT expect special treatment because of our job title, unless you joined for the wrong reasons.

This company is a value to the community, I know from personal experience they’d rather lose money than have a unsatisfied customer, everyone customer and employees are considered extensions of there family. If you read 98 percent of reviews reiterate what I’m saying, family owned franchises are dying off and I’m glad to see they work so hard to keep this one alive. I would buy a car here for my daughter and trust that it would be the safest on the road means a lot to me.

Outstanding local business with top notch service! Not only are they a car/truck dealership but they also rent heavy machinery. I had an emergency and needed a mini excavator badly. Called Mitchell’s and they had one delivered the next day! Will definitely go back. Thank you so much!

I bought my first vehicle that I ever owned from them and they gave me top dollar for my trade. They also worked with me to find the best rebates and interest rate that I could possibly get. My sister got her first car there too and I was with her in the appointment. The computer system was “taking long than it should have” so they ended up giving her $100 cash to go out to eat afterwards for her trouble. Jane Hunter is who we always have worked with and she’s AMAZING. They do so much great things for the community as well.

Great people no matter what you need. Weather it be a vehicle or the support they give the community. Every vehicle I have owned in the last thirty five years have came from this dealership. That comes with the knowledge that they will be there for you no matter where you are.

The people there were very considerate and very helpful. When we bought our vehicle they were not pushy but very understanding and let us take our time and make up our own mine and gave us good advice and helped us.

As always my experience at Mitchell Chevrolet is exceptional and I would not buy a vehicle at any other dealer, regardless of price. Price is important to a point but there are other things to consider and Mitchell excels in all respect.

My truck broke down at the top of Snowshoe Mountain on Fourth of July weekend. Nobody in the area was open or available to look at it or fix it. I had to leave my truck there on the mountain and return home to Hurricane WV ( 4 hours away ). I called and spoke with Joe Mitchell at Mitchell Chevrolet on Tuesday July 5 when they opened since they were the closest Chevrolet dealership to where I was and even though the service department was booked up for the day he was able to send a rollback about 35 miles away and tow my truck to the dealership that morning. Within 2 hours, Donna, from the service department called me and said they found and fixed the problem. It was the main battery fuse. They went out of their way and the extra mile to help me and kept me informed the whole time. I would strongly recommend Mitchell Chevrolet to anyone in need of a quality service department with professional, caring employees. Very impressed!

The management and employees are friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable. They are willing to answer your questions and provide information. Customers are treated with respect and in a timely manner. The facilities are clean and organized.

The customer service at Mitchell Chevrolet is by far the best I've experienced in the 45 years I've owned a vehicle. Donna met me in the parking lot when I arrived and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my service to be completed. Then scheduled the warranty repair, reminded me of my appointment by email and arranged for a rental car for transportation during the repair. Other dealerships could take a lesson on customer service from Mitchell Chevrolet!

I found a car that I was interested in on Mitchell Chevrolet's website. I called and spoke with Brian; a salesman, who took time to discuss what I was interested in and my price range. I scheduled a time to come look at the car, as I live several hours away. When I arrived, the car was waiting for me ready to go. Brian was informative, friendly, and made me feel comfortable in making my decision. The facility was clean and modern, the paperwork was a breeze, and I was happy and confident in my decision to purchase my new car. I will definitely proceed to give Mitchell's Chevrolet my business for many years to come.

The Mitchell dealership sales, service, and office staff are amazingly wonderful. They go out of their way to help whether in emergency situations, buying a car or servicing a car. In over 40 years of going to them we found that it has been a pleasure to deal with them. They are honest, friendly, and agreeable. Since I moved from the area three years ago I continue to return there for my car and truck needs and that is 125 miles away. Brian Tankersly, sales staff, has always been most helpful as has been Robin Wieford, financial staff. The original owner, Reid Mitchell, should be very proud of how his sons Joe and Sam continue to run the business. He taught them well.
