A nice experience with good people. Could use some work on communication as I sat in the lounge for almost 20 minutes after my truck was finished. (I understand that they can get busy but perhaps they could send out texts to the costumer as part of the process as they are closing out their paperwork. Just putting it out there. )

As my 1st time buying online, this was an overall good experience. The dealership handled paperwork and transportation with ease. I appreciate that this was a fairly hassle free process. I’d buy from here again.

Weird experience. I went there to purchase a brand new $74,000 vehicle but the salesmen didn't even try to sell it to me. They showed me a price and said "how's this sound?" I asked them to break down the rebates that took the price down to $68,000 but they wouldn't. Then I said that was a little too much and then that was it. No selling, no haggling, no trying to entice the customer, nothing. So I walked away. A true salesmen would have got me at $64K. But they didn't even try. So weird. Maybe they're used to nothing but overpaying, uneducated, suckers.
