I purchased a vehicle from these guys a few months back and it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I live 3.5 hours from the dealership so we were talking numbers over the phone and email. I asked how the car had been maintained and they said everything worked well and it had no issues and that the previous owner had taken really good care of it. So I sign papers and make the trip to bring it home. I noticed it was probably going to need brakes so I immediately took it in to get them fixed and the mechanic said I had bigger safety issues which was about $6000 in serious repairs which was out of my budget since I was already paying more than I had planned. I contacted the dealership and explained the situation and let them know this was going to be our main family car for our young son and our twins on the way. After much back and forth they ended up telling me that they couldn't make a profit if the helped make the situation right. They literally chose money over their customer's safety. Stay away from this joke of a dealership

I had a wonderful experience working with Larry of MJM Autos. Actually I call it the "Senior Citizen Special." I am not from the area and I cancelled three times & I became lost three times. Larry was very kind & patient with me and my sister. I now have the car I want and with a fair no haggle price. They really do care about their customers & offer fair & honest pricing. Do yourself a favor and hit up their website. They have something for everyone!

Went to look into a BMW x3, was very pleased to be attended by a professional person. I tried going 3 consecutive days in attempt to buy the car but issues kept arising. I found myself driving and going back because of the notices and I am an hour away so that was frustrating. Besides that, I communicated with the sales men but they were negligent to communicate with me. I was never addressed as the buyer even though I had stated that I was. I don’t know why but that didn’t resonate with the sales man there. Therefore, they only communicated with my brother in-law who I asked to accompany me along with my dad. I can’t understand why they wouldn’t communicate with me when I was clearly the buyer. It was very unhelpful to keep communicating through a 3rd person when I had asked them to communicate with me as well. If I could post 0 stars I would.
