Everything was handled promptly and I was literally in a brand new van in a matter of days. Jeff delivered it to my garage, marked the location as to where to park for easy access, went over all of the controls, and was on his way in less that 45 minutes. Thanks for the great service and for being available to make North Carolina accessible for an adventure. I'm personally in an electric wheelchair due to a spinal cord injury, grateful for the resource.

This company does not have any concern for the safety of their customers or the general public. My wheelchair bound grandmother was swindled into buying a van that was not fit to be on the road. Within a month of purchase, it was found to be completely rusted out with a bent frame. Not only does this put her life in danger, it is a danger to any other drivers that may be on the road with her. Mobility Works has shown no remorse and has made no effort to correct this. Evidently, money is more important to this company than the well-being of their customers.

Set up rental of handicap van to take my 85 yr old Mother on a day trip to the mountains. Chrissy at the Little Rock Rd Charlotte location was most helpful. The questions I didnt know to ask were explained in detail. Trip will be May 3, 2021.
