They had a Nissan Xterra on the used lot I was interested in. Emailed them, told them I was interested and that I would get up there as soon as I could to check it out. I drove 2.5hrs to see the truck, arrived early because I had a wedding to get back to. They were there early to meet us. They offered a fair price and a fair value for my trade. They knew we had to get back and had things happening the whole time we were there. No pressure, except me on them. They didn't hound me with phone calls or emails, but did check in to let me know the vehicle was still there during the week plus delay before I could get up there. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. The dealership is awesome all the way around. They get it from the top to the bottom on how to take care of customers and it shows in their success. True customer service professionals.

I am very impressed with the vehicle buying experience at Modern Infiniti. John Strickland immediately answered my questions about the vehicle that I was considering. When I test drove the vehicle, Holden Long assisted me and was very knowledgeable. Holden made me feel welcomed at the dealership, and was easy to talk to. I just can't say enough good things about the whole crew. You just cannot go wrong with Modern Infiniti.

Dave Harris has assisted me numerous times, while the two of us have been negotiating for me to purchase a new car. I decided on a 2014 Q50, after researching other brands. This car meets my needs. I am very pleased with the car and it has almost all (no memory seats) the features I desire. I love the dark gray color. The ride, handling and power far surpass my previous G25. I have to praise Dave for his patience and salesmanship, and rate him and the dealership with a "5." Modern in Winston-Salem is a small store, but I have found everyone extremely helpful and friendly.Jean E. Dostal

Don and I discussed buying a new Q50 a couple of weeks ago. I told him what I wanted on the car and very shortly he found the exact car I wanted. We discussed the price and were able to reach an agreement that was satisfactory to both of us. He called a couple of days later and said he had the car at the dealership. It was exactly what I wanted. He had the papers ready for signature and the car was bought. A very easy smooth transaction. Great service and friendly people!

It was the best vehicle purchasing experience we had at Modern Infinity. Initially we went to purchase infinity qx60. We were greeted by Mr. David Segers who is one of the best sales person we have ever met. Finally we ended up buying new Q50. The color and featchers we were looking for was not available at the dealership but they got the vehicle of our choice within few days.There was no hassle in negotiations and we had every paperwork ready when we came to receive the vehicle.Over all outstanding service and honest people to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

We tried to purchase this vehicle in our area and the dealership treated us like they did not want to sell us a car. All they needed to do was find the packages/colors that we wanted. i searched online and found the vehicle we wanted at Modern Infiniti. Jessie responded with a quick video on youtube and we knew this was it. From there, Brian and Dave made everything easy for us. This was a smooth transaction. Even the delivery was well done by Mr. Duvall.
