As always everyone was ready to help in anyway they could, very kind, big smiles; under those masks you can still see when someone is smiling by the look in their eyes. Went into the service department and as always they were right there ready to help. Smiles as always and kindness are always in their hearts. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle at Modern Nissan of Concord. I was looking for a reliable, safe car with low mileage for my daughter. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Staci Hopper was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. Staci found me the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and was in my price range. Staci had to attend a training for the remainder of the week and had Jose Gonzalez assisted me with finalizing the deal. Jose was very pleasant, responsive and it could not have been a more seamless process! Normally buying a car can be a dreadful, however, I found the process was stress-free and pleasant. I truly appreciate both of their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I walked out extremely happy and appreciated the great customer service! I would highly recommend anyone in need of a car, new or used, to go to Modern Nissan of Concord!

This is my second sales experience at Modern, however Gil, Jonathan, Pierre and the team were outstanding to work in both experiences. Gil was extremely responsive, answered any questions I had before, during and after the sale. This was a 7 hour drive for me from Louisville, but I wouldn't have went anywhere else after having such an awesome experience the first time. The team exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Once my wife is in the market for a vehicle in the next 12-18 months, I'm sure we'll make the drive again.

Awesome as usual. I LOVE this place!!. The Service Department is Amazing.!. Heath is my Go-2-Guy..however,he was busy and I had the pleasure of being served by Jordan, who was excellent. I had to issues that I forgot to mention when I initially got there..remembered halfway through the service...and Jordan took care of. Thank You Sir. Thank You Heath. I appreciate you all in the Service Department, You Guys and Gals..ROCK..

Incredible experience! Fast, easy, and the staff was fantastic. Robert helped us out with incredible knowledge of the car we wanted. Mike helped us work out the financial part with ease, and Pierre explained the warranty information in great detail. Can't say enough of what a great, painless experience it was.
