I had outstanding service and was well taken care of. Just plan better than me and either book an appointment for service or prepare to wait a while. Not their fault at all and they did everything in their power to make sure I was on my way as soon as possible. Happy to be a new Subaru owner.

I have a hard time trusting people when it comes to buying a new or used car. The question is, if it’s a good car why did they trade it in? Bought a certified car and as my luck continues to haunt me, the car ended up having massive issues. Since the car was supposed to be for my wife to commute to the bay and back from Tracy, I started panicking after she told me the issues with the car. Sure enough called Subaru and they said we replaced all the parts. Drove it off and was back again. It was a domino effect of issues one after another. It got to a point where everyone knew us. I had prepared everything in my head to go and ask for a replacement. I did t feel comfortable with my wife commuting with the car and in my head I was preparing for a heavy resistance. Anyways, got a call from the service center telling us to come in for a meeting. Met with the guys and they asked my wife, “how can we remedy this for you?” I was shocked! My family doesn’t even ask me this stuff. She told them how she felt and without any hesitation they came up with a replacement that has completely restored my wife’s confidence in commuting along with my belief in humanity. From day one we were treated with respect and kindness. From the sales staff all the way to the detailing crew they have been AMAZING!!!!! It embarrassed me that I was ready to raise hell if needed but they had already taken care of everything before I could open my mouth. Our sales guy has been working with us and the service staff along with the management to make sure everything worked out for us as customers. It’s not just our sales guy, it’s all of them. They went above and beyond to help us out. To say that I don’t trust dealerships will be a lie! I trust these guys at Subaru in Modesto. To Perry, Kenny, Tamara, Robert, Adam and everyone one at the service center, I want to sincerely thank you. You guys are Excellent!

The absolute best car buying experience we ever had. The staff was extremely knowledgeable & gracious. The show room & facility was clean & hospitable. The most caring young men ever ! The deal was the Best! Drove 3 hours to get there & they'll be delivering our car themselves because my husband was unable to drive at this time. If we ever buy another car... we would go to Modesto Subaru!

His attentive customer assistance is exceptional, he deserves to be recompensed for all the help he has given us. We worked with Debra not once but twice buying an Empreza. We looked and test drove various cars and makes before coming to our decision. I was able to get my Subaru in for an oil change and tire rotation, Steve (the service manager), who's always been great to work with and still is, greats you by name and knows what going on from our last visit. It's great to come to a place "where everybody knows your name."

We originally were advised to make a 10:00am service appt., and arrived about 10-minutes ahead of schedule. However, our car was not driven into the service bay until about 10:30, so we were delayed leaving for our next meeting. We were not advised of the "possible delay" at check-in, and I believe this should have been better handled by the service department staff. However, the complimentary car wash was included at the end and that was a nice feature. We will be returning to Modesto Subaru for future service on our 2016 Outback.

Steve and all the service department staff always treat me with the utmost respect. If they give me a time-frame for the repair to be completed, they meet their commitment. Having the option of Saturday hours is very important to me since I work about 15 miles from the dealership. Wouldn't consider taking the car anywhere else to be worked on.

After 6 months of ownership of my 2010 Subaru Forester, I wanted to have a noise checked out. They offered to get a part to help out with the sound issue. They ordered the part, called for an appointment, installed the part, and delivered incredible service the whole time. At no charge to me!!! I couldn't be happier with a car dealership! Steve in the service department makes a point to remember customers and takes care of them. He remembered that I had a particularly long wait for an oil change on a previous visit and he is diligent in making sure that doesn't happen again. When he called my name because my car was done it was sooner than I expected. The service department is friendly and professional.

Modesto Subaru has changed my opinion from "stealership" to dealership. The process was seamless all the way from showing up to taking a shiny new car home. Customer service was excellent. Finance department was easy to work with. The service department is top notch. I got remote start installed on my car shortly after purchase. They even offered me a loaner car to go about my weekend business. How cool is that? The sales guy is now my Subaru bro. I especially love how they have pictures of Yosemite hung up around the place. Just shows how well they know their customers. There's nothing bad to say about my experience. I came knowing what I wanted and left with just a little more!

We had an exceptional experience in purchasing a 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited. It was very pleasurable in it's ride, accessories and the sales staff was exceptional. The only drawback was the length it took to complete the paperwork. All of the staff were easy to address our needs. The financing was quick. they offered us a fair price for our 2014 Toyota Rav4. We are very pleased. We used the Costco Purchasing Deal and things went as expected.

Ron Meyers was an excellent salesman with a lot of patience. He tolerated many questions and several visits before I made up my mind. He was excellent at teaching me things about my new car--when I purchased my car at Maita Subaru in 2004, no one spent any time showing me the little amenities and useful information to enhance my driving experience like Ron did. In 2004 I remember being frustrated the first time I had to use my windshield wipers while driving. Even though I had been driving an Outback for 12 years, Ron took the time to explain all the features to me. I was very grateful for his consideration.
