Tony, Adam and Mike were absolutely amazing! Tony was there every step of the way throughout my car buying experience and explained everything in detail all the way up to taking delivery. Adam was very tentative when it came to making sure I got exactly what I wanted and right on budget. Mike made sure everything was prepared and easy to understand in finance. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My first time getting a Volkswagen and going to a dealership by myself was the best experience I've had. Before, I never felt like I have the information I needed to get the "best bang for my buck." Anthony Rolls was the best salesman I could have asked for. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and easy the process was. My salesman Tony was great. Mike who did my paperwork and financing was professional, knowledgeable and made the process very simple and fast. He was able to answer all my questions and make me feel very comfortable. If i could think of one negative experience it was the first day with Mgr Jason ? I did not appreciate his very harsh and aggressive style. I could not get a word in with this guy. He gave me the impression that he could care less about what i wanted. He was very annoying to deal with.
