I had an appointment to have a recall taken care of on my vehicle. I was surprised as to how fast it was to check in at the service counter. Then when I picked it up the next day, it took less than a minute. I realize I didn't have anything sophisticated to discuss, but with their set up there were no lines or waiting. The staff was pleasant.

The level of service is consistently very high. Appointments are easy to schedule, confirmed over the phone as a reminder. I am greeted in a very welcoming way when I come in. I am offered transportation, given a full explanation of work to be performed and discounts applied. The waiting area was just remodeled and is very comfortable. I recommend Monaco Ford to friends and am extremely satisfied.

2012 F350 .vehicle was very well detailed in shop for delivery & fueled up. salesperson was knowledgeable on truck.. miles 44,405But the truck was never gone over thoroughly for resale . 2 cab lts burnt out; power telescoping mirrors broken;seat filters never changed; and never got an oil change (44,349 carfax) i changed it myself after i drove 125 miles and it was dirty and black , outside of oil filter was dirty (hmmm after 250 miles)????

you need to inform the service customers that no matter how many days in advance you make the appointment and no matter how early you drop your car off, i.e. 7 am, that if a time you need you car by is not specified, then it will be taken for service based on other appointments that specific time is asked for. I made the appointment 4 days in advance and dropped it off at 7 am for oil change and tire rotation and the work wasn't completed until 4:30. This is not the service writer's fault in this case but the person who takes the appointment should be informing the customer. Pat was my service writer and he is the best. You should have more employees like Pat.

We leased a 2016 Escape as a replacement for our 2008 Escape. Aside from a glitch in the lease agreement where the cost or extra miles was misquoted we had an extremely pleasant experience. We are from NH so no one knew how to get the car registered. We were supplied with a dealer plate to get us home and we went down to the town office and with everything we were given that the dealership thought we would need, even though they researched for the better part of an hour online to try to figure it out, we were in and out in record time and we sent the plate back. We could not have been more pleased with the experience from the sales associate that is a true people person and had everything ready for us when we got down there to the finance specialist that worked like crazy trying to figure out the New Hampshire registration process. Thank you for such a great dealership and the renovations look great!

Went in for a oil change and to check an engine light that came on and went away the next day. did the oil change and called me to let me know that the cooler corer had gone south. Had also told me that it would be covered under warranty. When repair was done sent a car to pick me up. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Mike, our service representative, is a superior representative of Monaco Ford's service department. He is knowledgeable and polite, and he kept us informed about the status of our Mercury Sable's service, which turned out to be more involved than originally anticipated. The repairs were completed satisfactorily and we are happy with how the car is now running. At all times I feel that we are in good, competent hands with Monaco's service department. The prompt, obliging shuttle service and updated waiting room provide icing on the cake. All in all, this experience deserves a 5-star rating.

I like taking my car to this dealership. I always feel they do a thorough professional job and I feel confident my car is in good shape leaving my service there. They make any necessary recommendations but don't pressure you to do anything. They just explain what needs doing and let the customer decide. My car was recalled. I was surprised by how easy it was to get an appointment that fit my schedule. When I turned over my key I wandered around looking for the waiting room and bumped into my salesman (from eight or nine months ago), and he remembered me! He stopped by the waiting room for his own cup of coffee and pointed the coffee maker out to me. And after only 45 minutes into a 90 minute appointment my car's service was done.

I dont shop for a new car very often because the process of obtaining price quotes from dealerships is often a very painful process. In my 57 years of life, I have experienced every possible deceptive and misleading pricing scheme imaginable that dishonest dealers play to low-ball the price on a new car. I dont understand why these dealers feel this is the only way they can earn your trust and business.However, there is one dealer that I have returned to many times over the past 15 years, and every experience has been the most professional, ethical and honest anyone could ask for. I recently visited Monoco to assist my mother in purchasing a new car. We met with sales manager Greg Smith, and business manager Richard Pearson. The price quote was very competitive. No games! No deceptions! Everyone we met with was very professional. Needless to say, we purchased the car and I know my mother will experience the same professionalism from the service department that I have experienced over many years.I cannot think of any dealer I would recommend more strongly than Monoco Ford. Visit Monoco Ford yourself, and you will understand why Ford Motor Company has awarded this dealership the Presidents Award 10 times for service excellence and customer satisfaction.

I had been to Monaco a few months earlier to look at and get a lease quote for the C-MAX Energi but my current car lease wasn't up yet and so I left without making a decision. Jason did not pressure me at all with endless calls or emails in the following months (like I've received from other dealers) and I just knew I wanted to work with Jason when my lease was up. Last week, I called up Jason to go ahead with leasing the C-MAX and he got the deal together so quickly that by the time I popped in, I was in and out in a little over an hour. Best car buying experience ever! Jason and Rick are great guys I felt I could trust through the whole process. They were upfront and gave me the best deal they could give (I verified). I plan on coming back to Monaco when my C-MAX lease is up and am recommending Monaco to everyone I know who is looking for a new car.

I have purchased seveal cars at Monaco Ford. This purchase was the usual outstandinig experiience. Greg Smith, Rick Pearson and the entire staff, along with the owner David Monaco, treated me fairly and with great respect overall. I am treated as family when I come into the dealership. The vehicle was also gone over in a very professional manner, with Henry Gregorie. Jason Karzian also was a great help in the ordering process. The service team of Andy Dimoff and Scott Duchon also prepped my vehicle exactly the way I wanted it. The entire crew in the detail shop were also perfect tens! From beginning to end, exceptional experience. With the help of Jason, a very knowledgeable salesperson, vehicle was ordered and I was delighted when my new 2015 Edge arrived. I had certain expectations, but this vehicle turned out to be more than I hoped for when ordering. The advice I received from Jason regarding various features was spot on. He was very helpful in syncing my phone and explaining the new features in the car. I have had the Edge for about 2 months and all aspects of the car's new designs are terrific. We were recently notified by Ford of a possible water leak issue and advised to go to the dealer ASAP for attention. I called Service at 9:00 a.m. that day and by 11:30 AM our car was at Monaco for inspection and repair...great service. We bought a 2012 Ford Certified Escape from Tom P at the dealer. The sales process was a nice experience, no pressure to buy, as Ford does not condone that practice anymore. I spent 30+ years until 3 years ago working for various Ford dealers as a Parts manager and counterman. I know the sales process and what to expect. We bargained with Tom and we came to an acceptable price. Rick, the finance man was easy to deal with, explained everything to us. Very easy process. Vehicle was ready at the time promised. Tom explained how a lot of the features worked on the Escape. I do have 2 negative comments as we did not get the original keyless entry code, so I could reprogram a new code in. The 3 month free Sirius radio was not activated at the time of delivery and after several calls to Tom, I called Sirius and did it myself. I have the keyless code and the radio is activated, so I am happy overall. I know that if I need any service work on the Escape, that Monaco will take care of me. They have a good reputation out there. If you're looking for a used car, make sure you buy a Ford Certified one. The benefits make it the only way to go!

After a car accident, I needed to quickly replace my 7 seater vehicle. I checked out a bunch a vehicles, and was intrigued by the Flex. Car shopping with an active two year old is a trying experience at best and I wanted to make it all as simple as possible. Monaco had a used Flex on the lot, and as I live in Glastonbury, I headed out for a test drive. Jason Karzian helped me out, and the experience was great! His enthusiasm for the product was very apparent, and made the whole process fun. He had endless patience for all of my questions and for my toddler. He showed me everything that the vehicle could do and made sure that I fully understood the Ford Certified Pre-owned program. When it came time to make the purchase, Jason was again great to deal with. He made the whole process a lot smoother than I ever expected. At delivery, Rick (the Financial Services Manager) was very professional, polite and accommodating of my toddler as well. He understood that my attention was fully divided between child watching and car buying, and assured me that both he and Jason would be available at any time in future to answer any and all questions. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely go back, although I expect it to be about 10 years before I need another car!

I recently went in to Monaco after viewing a car online, Monaco having the highest amount of used Ford Escapes in the area. I went in to the dealership and drove a like car and left a deposit on a car that was not in their possession. After five days of not hearing a word, I called back and went in. Still no car!!! Having no choice, I was forced to look elsewhere for a different car.But, wait, this gets better, While at Monaco my car was damaged when taken in to look at for trade!! Monaco has been sent the pictures and we have not heard a word in return. Not trustworthy!

From the moment we walked in, people were friendly and helpful. I had emailed Ben asking for information about the Certified Pre-Owned Ford Escape's I was looking at before going to the dealership. He was very helpful and willing to email me all the information about the cars I needed. When I went in, I met with Thomas. He was very nice and was able to answer almost any question I had about the Escape. When he wasn't sure he was honest and directed me to someone who could answer my questions. He had no problem with me wanting to test drive the three different car's I was looking into! In the end, I went with a 2013 CPO Ford Escape. The one I ended up buying had a crack in the front screen. Tom was able to get that repair completed for me with no extra charge, so when I went to pick up the car it was as good as new. Rick in Finance was also helpful and efficient with all the purchasing paperwork! I would certainly recommend this dealer to others!

I made a deal with a salesman which included multiple factory incentives. Once the finance department took over, they supposedly "saved me money" by switching the finance offer in exchange for losing SOME incentives, which appeared to work out in my favor. I would have given 5 starts up to this point. In the process they failed to tell me I lost ALL the incentives and they won't deliver what we shook hands on. $1000 Amazon gift card? Promised, but not delivered.

I felt informed rather than pushed, and the atmosphere was not at all intimidating. Jeff helped me pick the perfect Edge- we ended up going with a certified pre-owned car. He let me drive multiple cars and even showed me available options on other cars so that I could see them first hand instead of just reading about them in a book. Jeff was up-front with everything and explained every aspect of the certified pre-owned program so that I understood what I was purchasing. I shopped many other dealers, and this was by far the best! Was in Glastonbury for a Dr's appointment and needed to charge my Ford Focus Electric to be able to make it home. I usually charge at the charging stations on the green in town, but they were both occupied. I called Monaco in hopes that they would help me out so I could make it home. No such luck. They were rude and after leading me to believe I might be able to charge there, eventually told me "sorry, only plug in electrics that are in for service can use our charging station". Nice Customer Service Monaco! Instead of having someone who will tout how friendly and helpful you were, you now have the opposite. If you want to be treated poorly by a dealership that has zero interest in helping someone in need out, go to Monaco Ford! What makes this really amusing is their slogan is "Where Our Customers become Our Friends". If you behave like this with everyone, you're not going to have customers or friends for long.

Everyone at Monaco was great from the moment we arrived. George (our sales rep) was wonderful with explaining the vehicle to us and trying to accomodate anything we asked for. Even after sitting down to negotiate, we were still a little nervous about our purchase. He brought us back to the vehicle and went through any other questions we had. We came back to pick up the vehicle a few days later and he helped to connect my cell phone before leaving and made sure we did a thorough inspection of the vehicle before we left.

I lost the brakes on my f250 drove slow to the dealership,I didn't have an apt.i asked if it would be to leave it and fit it in when they had time? I asked for a ride home next you now I'm on my way home. The following day I was out of town with another vehicle and service called me and told me what needed to be done.wow that was fast I agreed and the next day the vecihle was done, new brake line and I'm back pulling my horse trailer. I would rather go to the dealer than worry how the truck will be fixed, keep up the great work, again thank you. I worked with mike Monaco and will call him for both sales ans service.

Purchased a New 2012 Explorer, picked it up a month ago. I love this truck! Everyone at Monaco's was very good to me, I even made an appointment to go back for some extra training on the navigation system and they helped my out a lot! Couldnt say enough good things. Only reason why price wasnt a 5 was because of the actual price of the vehicle, I dont think they could of done anything else, I still feel like I got a good deal.

My check engine light was on and I scheduled my car to have Monaco diagnose the issue. They told me I needed a new catalytic converter. My car is 10 years old with 81K miles and I did not want to pay $1,500 for that genuine Ford part plus labor and misc. part. The total cost would have been around $2,000. The car is only worth $6K at best. The service rep offered an aftermarket catalytic converter (est. $575) and I agreed to that. It took a day to get the part so on the 3rd day without a car Monaco discovered that the part did not fit. I couldn't get my car back because it was the end of the day and there wasn't time to reassemble the car so I was without a car for the weekend and the next Monday while a new part came in. The 2nd after market catalytic converter came in on Tuesday and that did not fit. They said they would take $200 of the Ford catalytic converter but it would take a week to get the part. They said it could be 4 days or 2 weeks. I asked that they reassemble the car with the old parts and I would be on my way. I had to pay to have them reassemble my car because they couldn't get a proper part! They agreed to split the 3 hour cost after I complained. I was never offered a loner car this entire time and most of the time I had to call them to get an update. Before I left, I asked for a written estimate with the Ford catalytic converter so I could shop around. One of the parts on the estimate included a new O2 sensor. They never mention the O2 sensor which only cost about $75.I got my car on Wednesday and scheduled to have a Midas shop in Enfield, CT diagnose the problem on Thursday. They fixed the problem and now the check engine light is off. The problem was a bad O2 sensor. The catalytic converter is fine. The O2 sensor was cost plus labor was about $200. By the way, the mechanic at Monaco striped the threads that the O2 sensor screws into. Midas had to repair that. Nice job Monaco!So now I wonder if they are inept or a bunch of greedy crooks on commission?
