I had my 2008 F-150 serviced here. The problem was in the transmission and the recommended fix was a new transmission. This was no surprise to me since I'm very well-versed in the mechanics of vehicles and had already determined that myself. I just needed an approved shop to do the work in order for my warranty to cover the expense. Monarch did not disappoint. I didn't lead on that I already knew what was wrong, I just let them do their thing. They did not try to lead me on at all. They communicated clearly and didn't hide any details. Any time the 'ball was in their court' during the warranty process, they worked very quickly; much faster than I anticipated. The process was effortless and painless. If my vehicles require any work that I cannot complete myself, for whatever reason, Monarch will be my first call. I think it goes without saying, but I will anyways, I am very VERY pleased with the customer service I received from Monarch's Service Department. Hopefully I get to purchase a vehicle from them sometime in the near future, once this truck is paid off.

Tried calling the dealer repeatedly and the phone was picked up & hung up. Finally got a hold of someone and found the vehicle was still available. After driving an hour and a half to test drive the vehicle my son was upside down on his current vehicle, offering him a ridiculously low appraisal. Nine days later, vehicle failed to start, called Chance who put me in touch with service manager, John. On June 28th 2014 I went in to check out some used vehicles and had the worst experience I have ever had in any vehicle dealership. I had the unpleasant experience of being approached by a man with a heavy accent who called himself the manager of this facility. He was ignorant and extremely disrespectful in the form that he spoke to me. I have never ever been spoken to in that tone and never thought I would be treated that way. Extremely disappointment as I surely didn't expect none of this. Will never return nor will I recommend to no one.

We just bought a preowned 2013 Taurus here and it was a very good experience except for the hot weather! The sales staff was very accommodating even though the day we came in they were short staffed. We originally saw the car listed on cars.com (awesome site!), we called Monarch and told them we wanted to test drive the car, they got the car ready and when we got there, they gave us the keys and away we went. There was no haggling on the price of the car afterwards and within an hour or so, we were done with everything. Only bad thing was that we couldn't take car home that night because Ford had recall on child safety locks and parts hadn't come in yet. It took a couple of days but once they fixed the locks, they drove the car to our house and dropped it off! I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. I would highly recommend this dealership. They actually care about customer service.
