We purchased a 2015 Murano from Monroe Nissan. Rob Hunter was the sales person who assisted us. Rob could not have been more accomodating in his quest to ensure that we found the car we wanted. The finance officer was Desmond. He was efficient and professional and finished the paperwork quickly as he explained each document. Rob gave us a tour of the service department and the gentlemen there were very friendly. Hannah reviewed the manuals with us and explained the functionality of the numerous features. Rob answered any questions. We were pleased with the entire staff's efforts to assist with this purchase.I

Such a great place to buy your next new car from. My experience with Nissan of Monroe and CarMax are on two totally opposite ends of the scale. The customer service was excellent. Big applause for Jake helping me get out of my old car and into a brand new one. Thanks again buddy! I talked to a sales man online because because I had stopped by earlier but didn't see the car I was looking for. He told me it was still there to come by to test drive it when I got there it was sold. When I told him I did appreciate being done like that he kept cutting me of saying by. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

I needed a good second hand car. My Cadillac had 120 ,000 miles on and I wanted to change to a high seated, small compact crossover vehicle. I like the Buick Encore and shopped around for the best deal. Nissan Monroe had the ideal vehicle for me and I went to pay them a visit. I received exceptional service from a sales associate, called Abeba. She even brought the vehicle out to Ballantine, for my son to look at it too. The manager of the store Dawud Mohammad, is like no other that I have ever encountered. I was not happy with some small aspect of my contract. Dawud sat down in his office and cleared everything up, spent so much time with me, that I started to feel bad, taking up so much of his time This is the kind of man, you want on your side if anything goes wrong with your car, after you drive out of the store. Something else that impressed me a lot about Mr. Mohammad, was that there was no sales pitch or any pressure on me as a client. Not from Abeba, and not from her manager. I now have a car that I really enjoy driving and I have a person in charge of my affairs at a garage that really cares. Pay a visit to Nissan Monroe, and leave as I did, happy and comfortable with what a good manager can do for you. Makes a big difference in one's life. Hilda Cifu

I bought a new Nissan Sentra from Monroe Nissan. My sales person Mr. Mazen Tutah was very helpful. There was no pressure to sell me something that I did not want. The price was exactly what I expected. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a car.

My vehicle was one included in the airbag recall, so I took it to Monroe Nissan to have it serviced. Service advisor Jamie McClain was extremely courteous and efficient when scheduling my service time. I dropped my car off at their state-of-the-art facility and picked it up when at the agreed finish time. They even gone above and beyond and washed my car. I will definitely return to Monroe Nissan for all my future repair work.

I began my shopping with Abeba. She is very professional with great customer service skills. She was very helpful in finding the car I wanted just by listening. From there I met Robert who worked hard to make the deal. Together they did a great job. Two of my cars have been Nissans, and I don't see myself driving anything else again. I would definitely head back to Monroe Nissan to work with Abeba - and recommend her to anyone looking for a personable sales rep willing to find your car.

I bought a new Rogue from Monroe Nissan and it was a great experience.My sales rep was Ray Singleton.Ray was a big help in finding every thing I wanted in my car.He was very patient and very understanding.I took a long time to make a final deceision but Ray stayed with me all the way! Once I made my deceision things went well and smooth.It was one of my best experiences in buying a new car.

I traveled 2 hours to purchase my vehicle from monroe nissan. My salesman was Anthony Underwood. He was helpful through the entire process and was a man of his word.The whole staff is Awesome. The finance dept was very helpful and informative as well. I didnt feel pressured into buying something i didn't want. When I'm in need of another vehicle this is where I will be going.

Anytime you are purchasing a vehicle or are in need of service it can be overwhelming and can put you on edge in regards to a dealerships trustworthiness. After shopping the internet for a week and finding the exact color and style of what my wife wanted I contacted Monroe Nissan. I dealt with Anthony Underwood who was in charge of internet sales. He was helpful, not pushy and had a great personality that actually made the car buying experience fun! My wife and I were just visiting Charlotte for the weekend so everything had to go smoothly if we were to purchase a car 200 miles from home. Anthony made the entire process easy of trading in our minivan and the purchase of the new Armada painless. With a lot of laughter and some Pawn stars negotiating back and forth we agreed on a good deal for everyone. Overall a beautiful new clean and friendly dealership.

Purchased a 2012 Infiniti G-37 from Monroe Nissan in November. Customer service has been fantastic. Went back for 2 minor adjustments to the car and was treated me like I had purchased a new car. I have no complaints about this dealership. Great car and a great experience. The place is new so it is very nice and clean. Great coffee too.

I went to Monroe Nissan to look for a new car when my old pick up broke down. I had been to many other dealers before coming to Monroe Nissan, but none of them seemed to compare to them. For starters their prices where better on the car I wanted than the competition, but above and beyond that, they have a special way of making you feel welcome, while not trying to force a car down your throat. I met with Sales Associate Tarik Cranke; he goes by Cranke. He gave me excellent service all around. He showed me the cars I wanted to see, answered any questions I had about a vehicle, and he never tried to pressure me into a commitment. He was easy to talk to and really made me feel welcome, When I decided I wanted to buy a car from them I also met with Rich Ransberger and Matt Cady. They took care of all the financials and made sure I was getting a great deal for my money. Plus I was able to trade in my broken down truck. I really appreciate everyone at Monroe Nissan that made my car buying experience a good one. If I ever need a new car again, they will be my first stop. And Cranke better still be there.

When my husband and I was in the market for our 2nd car we went to numerous dealerships where all they wanted to do was sit us down in front of a computer screen and say do you know what you want or looking for but we would say NO but we know it when we see it they didnt want to show us cars or they just wanted to put us in what we could afford so we was discouraged a little bit but we went back online and my husband found the car that he loved on modern nissan website we went down there the next morning met the amazing sales person ever Jacob Cole who said what you looking for my husband replied a dodge nitro I saw it on your website he went and got it for us took us on a test drive we came back and was done we ready to buy great place great people that want to help you we have our car for 2 weeks and we love it thanks Jacob

I just recently purchased my vehicle a 2013 Nissan Altima and I must say I really enjoyed the experience. As much as I loathe the process of buying a new car, Omawale Shoetan was a real breath of fresh air throughout the process. He was very informative without being pushy. I purchased a 2011 Armada from Monroe Nissan a week ago. I had a great buying experience. Very friendly sales person who worked with me and answered all my questions. The entire experience was much better than I could have expected and better than any other dealer I have dealt with in the Charlotte area. I had an issue arise with the vehicle and Monroe Nissan took care of the repairs. I will return to this dealership to purchase additional cars and service of my new vehicle.
