Absolutely amazing experience! Jamie and Rachel were so kind and helpful throughout the entire buying process. I’m in love with my car and I haven’t had any issues since buying it. Jamie stayed late to help me sign my papers and i’m very grateful for her assistance. Monticello Motors is a great place to find a used car. Rhonda and David are kind, informative, supportive and not pushy in the least bit. The car interiors are pristine and they have a good range with great prices. Since they aren’t directly connected to a mechanic, it is a good idea to get the car checked out by a third party to make sure that nothing has been missed. Cars with 100k plus miles once in a while have bigger issues come up. I would recommend Monticello Motors to others who are looking for a car in the area.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and not pushy. They gave me the time I needed to make my decisions and were available to answer my questions on the phone and in person. A very pleasant first-purchase experience! Also loved the cute office pup :)

I loved my experience at Monticello Motors! I am a first-time young car purchaser, and was looking for somewhere trustworthy and fair to buy a vehicle. David was super helpful and was able to give me fair price quotes and information over the phone before I even test drove the car! I appreciated their honesty and how easy they made the whole process. As a young buyer, I felt safe and was confident I was getting a great deal!
